Kansas 3+2 Seater Sofa Set

Bought the Kansas Brown leather 3+2 seater sofa set due to the price.It looks good and fits in well to the room but the quality of the leather is only OK, it has no smell whatsoever of leather to it though.I wasn't expecting it to arrive in parts and the back cushions are connected by a poorly put on strip of velcro so they are not the most stable.The back cushions and the seat cushions are not perfectly filled, there seems to be little gaps at the corners so it doesn't look great (unlike the photos on the website).The depth of the settees are deceivingly shallow and you can often feel like you are slipping off, especially if you are quite tall. Good to lie on if you are tall due to having flat armrests. Delivery was as stated and the drivers were pleasant (unlike other reviews i had to unpack and put together myself) but there was lots of cardboard for me to recycle. Customer service was fine and they kept me updated when stock did not arrive when planned and they delivered at a time suitable for myself.Overall I would say that you get what you pay for, at the price I wasn't expecting the best settees out there but I was expecting something with a bit better quality.No big issues but a few little ones that just constantly play on your mind

Very pleased with the sofa, although I've only unpacked one so far. Very quick to set up and for the price very good quality as far as I can tell with my limited knowledge on furniture. Lovely and comfortable and looks great too. If it hadn't have been for an internet outage just after my payment was made, which meant I had to order and pay again (no fault of FurnitureChoices I must add), the whole process would have been trouble free as the sofa arrived within a week and I was able to track the delivery with ease. The only thing I found quite stressful was the long waiting time for someone to pick up the phone. I gave up many times and also no messages I left were returned. When I did get through, the ladies were very helpful. I also though support ticket times took a bit too long, especially as I was concerned about the double payment. I guess the downside of a non customer facing environment. That said, top marks for everything else.

Very happy with the quality and the style of these couches.My wife and I were already locked in to move house during the lockdown and everywhere furniture place we looked had massive delivery delays, but Furniture Choice delivered within 7 days of submitting our order and they arrived with no issues whatsoever.Because of lockdown we could'nt use the assembly service but they were so easy to put together ourselves there was no need for that anyway,We thought at first we would get these initially for moving in and then change them over time once lockdown had ended but honestly I can see no reason to do that now they are here.Comfortable, stylish, solid construction, great colour.Very happy and would definitely buy again if i had to.

Had my Kansas 2 & 3 seaters delivered today. From start to finish the service was fantastic. We had lots of questions at the start about measurements and every question was answered swiftly. We could choose the day we wanted for delivery. We had a two hour time slot for delivery and a call ten minutes before. The delivery men went out their way to make the settee fit. They were polite and very professional. They set up the settees for us and took away all the cardboard. They were fantastic and knew exactly what they were doing. I would highly recommend these settees they are perfect. I would definitely use this company again.

Ordered the grey Kansas sofas on behalf of my mum and they really do look lovely... she was worried about ordering online and I sold fashioned in the sense that she likes to ‘try before she buys’ obviously with the pandemic, everything is closed. The sofa is so comfortable and look very stylish. Can’t beat the price for the quality really and if they last long term, my husband and I will be buying from here for our next sofa(after the babies have grown out of destruction stage)

I was nervous waiting for my 3 2 seater leather Kansas Sofas. I was nervous because they were a lot cheaper than any others I could find. I wondered if I'd made a mistake. I need not have worried, they arrived, were set up and the boxes taken away by charming delivery drivers. More importantly though the sofas are very comfortable, look good and well made. I ordered the Black Kansas Suite and rece them in September. Ordering online was so easy, delivery was quick and efficient and the delivery guys were great. Unfortunately due to Covid I couldn't get rid of my old sofas so my new Kansas suite remained in their boxes for 4 months. Just opened them now and I'm over the moon with them. They are the perfect size for my room. Soft leather, very comfortable and look fabulous. 100% recommended.

Absolutely over the moon with my purchase! Was unsure when I ordered as it is a bargain price, but when it arrived I realised that there was no need to worry. I love the sofas and they look expensive. Payed for premium delivery but the delivery people didn't take the packaging, emailed them the same night to tell them and they refunded the delivery back. Super company Will definitely buy from again. Thank you!

For the money these sofas are impossible to beat, quality and build of sofas you would normally expect to pay treble the price in a store and still believe you got a bargain. Very comfortable and stylish, can't believe I got two first class sofas for half the price I would expect to pay for one. Highly recommended, thank you..

Highly recommended. I was worried as you would pay so much more for the same sofas elsewhere but the quailty, look and comfort are fantastic. Believe these reviews, this truly is a most excellent sofa. I purchased the 3 2 combo and for just under £600 you cannot go wrong. best decision I have made.....sofa wise that is!

Great sofa's, great price, looks like they're going to be really hard wearing. Very comfortable to sit on. I have 2 young children so didn't want to spend loads on sofas just to be ruined but looks like these may be tough enough. Delivered quickly and kept well informed of time. Really pleased, thank you

I was very pleased with the Furniture Choice services. I made few calls before I put the order. They were very helpful on the phone and they delivered the sofas very quickly and on time. I bought the sofas for my TV room and I was happy with the sofas as it has a reasonable quality for a low price.

Reasonably priced good quality furniture we had the two seater and the three Seater, easy assembly, slot the back in velcroback cushions to it and screw the feet on bottom of settee and that's it!! takes about 10 mins.Extremely comfortable, I'm just so pleased with them.

Love our sofas and a great bargain too! Easy to build. easy to clean also, spilt red wine on them already and it came out straight away (thank god). Comfy! Also came a lot sooner than the expected delivery date so I was super impressed by that!

From order to delivery was first classI couldn't believe the quality of the leather its so soft and not cold to sit on .2 seater quite big for a 2 seater and the 3 seater is huge and so comfortable. 5* for me

Had a lot of trouble finding a comfy settee I don’t like these silly settees covered with silly cushions,so this is perfect for us and totally matches my lounge it’s great and we love it it’s so comfy.
