Its supportive without being too hard, and it gently cushions pressure points without feeling like youre sinking in. Took a couple of days to get used to it, but it's now been 2 weeks & I'm sleeping better and waking without sore shoulders. One important note - In the shop, I tried it on a bed with wooden springs & at home I had a solid base from my old bed. The difference was very significant & I've ended up buying a new bed base with springs -- check you are testing in the store on the same type of base you have -- these beds really need the extra spring from the base in my opinion or they're VERY firm,

The mattress is very good. We have been sleeping on it for 3 months. Its very supportive and you really do not notice your partner getting in or out of the bed. I would recommend if you can buy the deeper version as I am struggling to fit sheets - flat or fitted onto the 21cm mattress. I bought sheet clips which have helped but they are a pain to put on.

Had the mattrass for around a month now and i find ut extremely co.fortable now it has been used for a period of time. Initially felt a lot firmer than the one in the shop, however after a few weeks it became really comfortable. Mattrass remains very cool over night.

I was told by salesperson, mattress does not need turning and that it does not leave long term indentation from body weight, you have replied to other customer, for even wear you have to rotate, so will it leave body indentions or does it bounce back?
