I had my eye on this bed and kept going to look at it in different stores. I was moving house and when I got to my new house without a bed, had to sleep on my new mattress on the floor still trying to decide. I ordered a white wood bed but it wasn't suitable so I sent it back. I decided to go for this one. Jenkins in oatmeal Dreams were great, when changing the address and keeping me up to date with my order. It was delivered with communication too. The bed was packed neatly with instructions and sachet to prevent damp. It was fairly easy to assemble with 2 people as far as assembling furniture goes. At the end we had to refer to youtube to see why it wouldn't go down, it was because we needed to put the mattress on the base. I wasn't happy with the colour and still am not, this isn't Dreams fault, although they could do with taking this review into consideration to think about a new training for their staff when helping customers decide to buy a bed The reason I am not happy is because the colour on the headboard looks like it's had dirty heads against it. This is due to the light. Natural light and the way the room faces makes a big difference to how the bed appears. The bed feels and look good quality and the room appear expensive. In the morning the bed looks ok when the lights shines different, I have had to change the headboard around so it's not as visible when I walk into the room. Consider the light in your room and bulb to avoid the headboard appearing darker than in the showroom which has bright lights upon it

We downsized when moving house so an ottoman stage bed was essential to make up for the lost wardrobe space. Dreams were the only store that has a range of ottoman beds that offered a divan style solid base, perfect for us as slatted beds are not as strong and supportive. We were genuinely split for choice but opted for the Jenkins as the style and size of storage were perfect. Having attached headboard was a bonus. The entire service from order, to pre and post delivery have been nothing short of excellent. Such lovely and accommodating staff. We opted for Dreams to assemble the bed and glad they did. Absolutely lovely bed so much storage and do easy to lift/close. When choosing the bed staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, all questions answered fully. We chose delivery to suit us which was no problem. The delivery men were brilliant both were polite, mindful of property. This has been everything we hoped. We have in a super king, the bed comes with a premium finish and feels exceptionally good quality. It was built by Dreams staff who left our room as they found it, taking all of the packaging away with them. The opening and closing of the bed is relatively easy, though requires enough effort to reassure us that our young children wouldn't be able to lift it independently. It's nice to have a bed that doesn't have wooden ribs underneath that sqwark. This frame is fit for purpose, a nice material and seems solid. The storage aspect is great and easy to use. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. My only minor gripe is the frame is a flat surface. No indentation or lip for a mattress so the mattress can slide left and right on the frame. Apart from occasionally straightening my mattress on the bed, nothing to complain about.

I was very pleased to find this ottoman divan in my local store. I already own a similar bed but that one is operated electrically. As this bed was for my guest room I would not need frequent access so I had settled on a manual ottoman. However at 76 years of age I had to ensure that I could open it if I needed to. This particular bed was the easiest model to open and while it is still quite a weight I can manage it.

The bed frame adds that something extra to the bedroom. Almost stately. Its very sound in construction and lift the mattress to access the storage beneath is very easy. as to how comfortable it is with the Heston 4700 spring mattress... I have no idea as I got kicked into the spare room after 3nights because supposedly I snore. Ive never heard it! My wife looks 10 years younger though.

Lovely bedframe and easy to lift as I am petite. Well made and what we wanted. We ordered the Oatmeal colour, it looked beige in the shop. However when it was delivered it was certainly more green and was the wrong colour for my beige bedding. Unfortunately it was returned but Dreams were very helpful and we got our money back. We have had lots of comments on our bed frame and how everyone wishes they had one. I'm quite tall so its nice to have the mattress higher. Storage is ample for us and its easy to access considering our mattress weight is probably pushing the weight recommendations. Its not hard work to open at all. Very sturdy construction.
