We've expanded on the specifications of the product to better help you understand its benefits.
Individually wrapped pocket springs each sit in their own fabric and compress on their own, responding to the weight directly above them. Less movement travels across the mattress than with springs wired together.
Made in the UK covers where the product is produced; 'British craftsmanship at its finest' is the brand's own praise, so judge quality from the materials and construction.
At 34cm (about 13.4 inches), mattress thickness affects fitted-sheet depth and bed height, while frame buyers should confirm which part the full dimensions measure.
A seven-year manufacturer's guarantee is included. The retailer's terms explain what the cover pays out on, so check these before relying on it.
Micro springs are small springs that compress under pressure, and the listing says they respond to even tiny movements as you change position.
Medium firm comfort is promoted as supportive with a little surface give, offering a starting point if you are unsure.
A pillow top is a cushioned layer attached above the main mattress body, without specifying the firmness underneath.
A single sleeping surface needs rotation from end to end every few months to spread wear, without turning it over.
Sold as medium to firm, the feel combines firmness with some surface softness for buyers wanting both qualities.
Promoted as handmade in the UK, the manufacturing claim leaves the amount of hand construction unspecified.
Sleepmotion compatibility means it can bend with the adjustable base as its head and foot sections rise.
