Weve been extremely happy with the Flaxby Masters Guild 3450 Pocket Sprung Mattress. From the first night, it felt noticeably supportive while still being comfortable and luxurious. After having years of shallow sleep and waking up with stingy eyes from a memory foam mattress, I decided to go for the Dreams Flaxby Masters Guild 3450 in the firm comfort grade after it recommended on the SleepMatch machine. When I received the mattress it was a lot firmer than I thought and I started of with new aches and pains. I contacted Customer Services, they said this is completely normal as your body is adjusting to the new support. This happened for 2 weeks and after the 3rd week.. My have I had the best deepest sleep ever and the last time I had a deep sleep like this was during my school days. Every time, I wake up now I feel I had a very restful sleep and feel rejuvenated. No stingy eyes and my focus has improved dramatically. In my opinion - this takes around 2-3 weeks to settle in and you have to be patient with the firmness but once it settles it becomes medium/firm the sleep becomes nourishing and refreshing! If you weigh over 85/90kg then would recommend the firm and anything less than that probably the medium comfort grade. I would say to Dreams do not ever discontinue this mattress as this is perfect!

The Flaxby Master's Guild 3450 Pocket Sprung Mattress arrived well packaged and at the expected time and date. My husband sleeps well on it. I find it supportive and comfortable, neither too firm or too soft. However, it has taken me a few weeks to get used to. I understand this is to be expected with any new mattress. It's an advantage that it only needs to be rotated, not turned, as mattresses are heavy.

Really comfortable mattress. worth the money - it's made in the UK too so no airmiles! We are using a mattress protector too. We chose this initially for the height (I couldn't get on our old mattress as it was 34cm high and I have MS so was straggling to get on it - literally!). Unfortunately the delivery men were unhelpful- i paid for them to bring the bed inside I am 89 years old - they very reluctantly took the old mattress downstairs but said they would be done for fly tipping if they left it outside ( i arranged for council to pick it up),

So i boughts the bed sees, and it's firm, but I accidentallys bought the medium/firm split, which unbeknownst to me is two seperate feelings, anyhows the dreams folks sorted it rights outs and mades the beds nice. If you prefer a tradition non Foam Mattress this is the one. Now feel we are on the bed rather than trapped in foam getting hot and not in a hole. Its also a thinner mattress that you don't need steps to get on too!
