Flaxby Nature's Finest 2750 Mattress, base and headboard. This was purchased for my husband who should be from hospital in the next few weeks having been in there for going on 4 months we have converted a downstairs room for downstairs living for him which was quite a task but we got there in the end so all ready for him to come home. WAOW. Ive been using the dreamcloud mattress for the past 3 and a half years which was fine for the most part but I wasnt liking the memory foam feel of the sink in the mattress so decided to try this pocket spring mattress. After ONE night Im already loving it. The comfort is absolutely phenomenal. Firm but still pure luxurious comfort and you can tell the materials are high quality. This is the sort of comfort you get in 5 star hotels. Personally Id never go back to memory foam or combo memory foam type mattresses like dreamcloud, Simba and tempur because in most cases the mattress will develop a dip or sink where you lie after a few months or couple of years and that doesnt properly support your body whether you sleep on your back or side, and with this Flaxby mattress I feel I can just lie in pure comfort and not have to move around all the time trying to get comfy with the memory foam type feel of my previous mattress. This Flaxby mattress is extremely comfortable on your back and side and all the other 5 star reviews back that up. The simple truth of the matter is if you want a high quality hotel like feeling mattress youre going to need to invest the money. Youre investing in your sleep, health, mood and comfort for every day life and when you consider how long mattresses last its absolutely worth it. The delivery team were also fast and fantastic two helpful gentlemen who took away my old mattress with no problem. Id recommend this mattress or any other pocket spring mattress over this price range will he just as good Im sure. I got this at 15% off in a sale so if you want a discount then wait until the next sale. I also picked the firm option not extra firm but Im sure extra firm is supremely comfortable as well. Like most people I dont purchase a mattress very often. So when I walked into my local Dreams Store in Knaresborough I was very intrigued. As my visit progressed, I then became more impressed. Clearly the days of bouncing up and down on a mattress to decide whether it is suitable have long gone. I explained what I was looking for and my budget and then was given the opportunity to lay down fully on a mattress for three minutes which was computerised. So while I was relaxing , technology was finding out what type of mattress would be suitable for my body to enjoy the best possible nights sleep . I was given six options and I was shown the mattresses which would be suitable for me . Because I had the correct information I could quickly make an informed decision based on my needs and the outcome of the computerised assessment. This was really helpful. Especially as the whole experience was gently and professionally guided by the excellent sales advisor. After I has purchased my mattress , I then received all the information I required as to delivery dates , times of delivery and who to contact if there were any problems. On the day of delivery, I was contacted first thing in the morning. The delivery men arrived two hours later , right on time . They were really helpful , efficient and professional. I can honestly say, from start to finish . The entire shopping experience at Dreams has been excellent. As is my lovely new British manufactured mattress. Firm, comfortable and providing me with a good nights sleep.

The Flaxby Oxton guild mattress has only been on my bed (heavy slatted base) for 3 weeks and its been an experience! Having had medium tension mattresses in my 60 years of knowledge, changing to a firm (for spinal issues) has taken a while to adjust. I can honestly say my back is loads better even from the first night but as a multi way sleeper its had its challenges. I believe side sleepers really need an additional thick good quality topper which I already had and that extra layer gives the hips and shoulders something to sink into, though maybe through regular use directly on the mattress it would perhaps give over time as it shapes to the body. The mattress itself is now starting to feel really comfortable and whilst the adjustment period is still in its infancy, I am overall pleased with my purchase. I cannot comment on the longevity but I can attest to its extremely well made structure and it has a good depth without being so big that regular sheets dont fit. With the topper, a deep king size sheet is still needed but it stays in place perfectly. No one wants bed linen that bunches up. I think Harrison Spinks produces some really excellent mattresses but I cant help but wonder what a true luxury mattress whatever that may be.. from day one would feel like or cost?! People say it can be like sleeping on a cloud but Ive never felt weightless on any mattress! Perhaps only in my Dreams!

We had bought a very well rated hybrid mattress online, one of the top recommendations in several sites such as Which, which was described as the best for back pain. Proper in-person guidance and the ability to test the different types and really understand what you are looking for. Online shopping is super practical but a mattress is one of the most important things in your life to ensure a relaxed sleep and a good recovery, way too important to just click and order! I used the sleep match machine so I knew which kind of mattress would suit me best and although I felt a bit like Goldilocks this one is too firm..this one is too soft the staff introduced me to the mattress which was just right!. There were many things to like about the mattress itself, its handcrafted so the quality is amazing. Its by a British company, who use sustainable products, which made me feel good that I was helping the environment. I can turn it when I need to to extend its life span and it somehow manages to keep me at the right temperature! It's been years since I can remember having a full nights sleep and now this has happened on many consecutive nights in a row. I can only imagine the reason must be that it's the new mattress as it coincided with getting this new one. We previously had a memory foam mattress, which was initially comfortable but we soon learned that it was also prone to sagging early on and we often became too hot with it retaining the heat. The new mattress is comfortable and cool to lay on, meaning we get a much better nights sleep than before. There is no sagging and we don't roll into each other as a result.. This has been a great purchase and we're extremely pleased.

After returning the mattress I originally purchased from Dreams due to a problem. Faye customer services was extremely helpful abd efficientsortingit all out for me. I paid extra for this Flaxby bed, which was a good choice as it is so comfortable.. and very supportive. It looks luxurious and very well made too. Although expensive for a single mattress...it is worth EVERY penny.... I have had continuous nights sleep since it was delivered a just over a week ago no aching neck or hip anymore. I am delighted with this mattress. So important to have a good nights sleep. I would totally recommend this mattress.

Comfy, firm superking mattress. Replaced a comfy, firm king size mattress from Dreams. We tried it in the shop. We preferred the 'very firm' to the 'firm' mattress from this company. We don't find it excessively hard. We prefer tufted mattresses made of more natural materials rather than the foam topped options. This mattress fit the bill. We bought a lightly padded mattres protector to go with it too. The price was in the region we expected for the materials and pocket spring density that it was made from.

Great service and custom made bed. Simon the store manager at Bromborough from the Dreams team was professional and polite... The delivery, installation of the new bed from the delivery team was seamless. It's a rare thing in retail to have good customer service. I was impressed with it. But then I have a strong personality, and I want things my way. I highly recommend this store, because they put you on a bed simulator to make sure that everything is right for every single customer custom made.

We are really particular about a good mattress, we both have back issues, so went to Dreams where we were scanned in a bed, with much laughing then shown suitable mattresses. We narrowed it down to two beds and the staff were really helpful with answering our questions. We always go for pocket sprung mattresses with a good thick topper as a separate item so we can turn the mattresses. Have slept so well since buying this, the best investment!

It is handmade. Since it may be then, protective cover does not cover perfectly and it is moving and protecting the shape, it creates a little bit difficulty in the morning about bed sheets every morning. It is not clear if it is one side or two side bed. It says it is written but I was not able to find. I bough very firm and I am not happy since it is too firm then I have tried in the store - I think i will change.

I am 92 years old and have arthritis in my spine so buying a new mattress was a big decision. The staff at Newbury were very thorough and recommended this mattress with 100 days trial which I found reassuring. We had a medium flaxby previously which we regretted as it was too soft for us. Went for this very firm option and its just perfect. No back ache, super comfortable nights sleep. Although its stated as very firm I think its fairer to say its just firm in my opinion. But its lovely and so comfy!

Comfortable mattress. Helpful staff. Ended up getting a zip up so we could get a super king into our loft conversion. Only thing I don't like is the dip in the middle whete two mattresses are zipped together but I guess that comes with the nature of it.
