You also get free next day delivery, with 8 year guarantee on this Slumberland mattress, although 8 years isn't the longest out there at this sort of price point.
The Slumberland Aero Gel Fusion 2400 Pocket Mattress is a solid option for couples who want firmer support with a softer top layer, but it's the wrong buy for a lighter side sleeper. On your side, I wouldn't expect a comfort layer this thin to let your shoulder drop in as much as a thicker one would, so if you're under about 70kg you might find it a bit too firm around the shoulder and hip. On your back though, it should sit nicely level, with 1600 pocket springs and 800 mini springs above them pushing back individually rather than the whole mattress moving as one, which is what you want if you share a bed. Owners' comments bear that out: one found it 'a little firmer than I expected' and another says they can't feel their partner moving around, though a third owner's only fault was 'no support on the edge'. That said, 2cm of gel-latex isn't loads, so if you're buying this expecting a plush pillow-top feel, it isn't that, and if you like a really soft, sink-in mattress, I'd look elsewhere.
