Just got this Yokohama bed, adore the velvet-touch fabric and the integrated USB ports add serious convenience. However it has its drawback, the lifting mechanism operates via different remote as opposed to when the TV is turned on/off. A minor hiccup but worth noting.

We have had this bed for a month or so now and I will sum up our experiences below: 1. We have owned other TV beds before and this is by far the best. 2. The bed itself is well made and looks great. We also bought a tempura mattress on it and would never go back. 3. The extra storage is great. 4. Wish there were bigger TV options. Even an option with no TV would be nice. 5. OLED was an expensive upgrade for what is now an old model. Although the LG OLED is a great TV. 6. The bed has a solid floor, this is a good and bad. Routing cables under the floor is a nightmare. But once done its all hidden. 7. We bought the super king and tempura mattress. This makes the otterman very heavy to lift and the canvas straps to lift it have already broken (Dreams have sent replacements). 8. The speakers are good for a TV bed however they are not great considering this is sold as a Dolby atmos system. If you have a Dolby Atmos sound bar and are expecting the same results you may be disappointed. This is a real shame as I feel with the sound bar and rear speakers this could have been great if they had teamed up with a better manufacturer. 9. The speakers can be glitchy with sound not syncing properly and speech being too quiet; sometimes enabling and disabling atmos fixes this. 10. When the Tv is on at a decent volume the back speakers crackle. 11. We have been through 2 Tv bases due to defects. 12. I have raise all issues with Dreams bar sound issues. Dreams have been very good at responding and sorting out the issues bar same logistical problems. So I cant fault them in trying to sort things out. To sum up I really like the bed, but the cost and the sound issues (I personally dont think these can be fixed as I believe this issue are an inherent part of the type of sound bar used) I probably wouldnt recommend it.

After the initial problems with this bed (as a result of delivery men not workmanship or dreams) I am incredibly impressed with this bed and treated myself for my 30th birthday as I'm now getting old I need to sleep well! The TV in the living room has barely been switched on since this arrived, it's sleek, gorgeous, excellent quality and build and you can really tell its the Ferrari of TV beds for sure, the price definitely reflects the quality of this and with the built in speakers and surround sound it's just a no brainier, may I add even the music on full sounds like I've bought a sound system too it's incredible. I genuinely have nothing bad to say about this and it's one of the best purchases I have made, if your thinking about buying it THEN DO! Oh and to add it took my handy DIY husband about 1.5h all together to build, while I watched.

Absolutely love the bed, its stunning and finishes the room perfectly! The sound system is very loud and youd never be able to watch a film if children were asleep in other rooms, good job it can be turned off which defeats the design of the bed. The material on the foot board seems to have a scratch in it. But be mindful of the build, we paid for it to be built but the fitters informed us theyd only ever built 2 of these beds, and they managed to break the tv by trapping one of the wires under the bed, dislodging the hdmi port and knocking the tv shelf off balance. Have to wait 6 weeks for a new foot board & tv - another day off work while waiting for a delivery! Customer services have given us 100 back, doesnt cover the wages list from 2 days lost work and the inconvenience of clearing the room again to have the bed rebuilt!

Bed itself is nice but it has a few big issues. Positives; Looks good and feels very nice. We got the 200U&I adjustable bed which is very nice. We upgraded to LG42OLED which is a great TV but the we could have got the TV separately for the same price as the upgrade and still kept the base TV. Negatives; It looks like it has nowhere to put the power cable under the frame so the frame is sitting on the cable which is worrying. The installers had never built one so now I have an extension cable sitting outside the frame (trip hazard for the wife) at the side of the bed - we are going to have to enlist friends as we will have to try and take apart and redo . Surround sound sounds great when it works properly but it is constantly going out of sync with the image. It is difficult to find sheets to fit it.

This really is the most premium bed you can find! It is sturdy and well built, looks and feels very luxurious. The ottoman style base provides a lot of storage underneath and the TV element has meant that it is kept hidden when not in use as we feel a TV ruins the design of the bedroom. I would recommended paying that little bit extra to get the delivery men to assemble the bed for you as it is extremely heavy, to a point we cannot move it on our own. We did have some issued with a part for the TV but this was fixed very quickly. We also had an issue with the position of the bed and due to it being so heavy we werent able to move - dreams kindly organised for another delivery crew to attend and help get the bed in thr desired location. We honestly have no complaints about this bed, its amazing!

As others have said, it's a remarkable bed and it looks great. A few thoughts for others considering purchasing: 1. The storage system is great. It's got full support underneath so you can actually put heavy things in it unlike DIY/ flatpack beds which are supported by a small metal bar or nothing at all. We comfortably fitted carry on suitcases because of the substantial depth. However, the bed is heavy to open even though it is well supported by pistons. So good for medium to long term storage but not something you'll want to open every day. 2. The usb ports will not support usb c or any other quick charging. Not a huge deal for us but you may want to invest in some usb a to usb c cables if you intend to use this feature to charge your phone or tablet at night and keep your fast charger somewhere else. 3. The TV, by default, uses eARC sound encoding. This makes sense if you're exclusively watching fancy shows with fancy audio. However, it is useless for listening to music or YouTube because it will encode the sound on the fly meaning you'll get a little dip at the start of any track, or when you pause something, or you could get it switching output modes automatically if the programme you're watching is intercut with ads (e.g. Channel 4). My advice is to buy a cheap optical cable - there's no need to spend more than a few pounds as there is literally no difference between a cheap one and an expensive one - and ask the guys to install it for you. Then you can switch between optical and TV eARC as you need to via a handy button on the sound bar remote. 4. Speaking of which, unless you are very strong and have at least one other person to help you, you MUST get the assembly package. Given the price, it's a no brainer, and you are guaranteed to damage yourself, your room, or your new bed trying to do it on your own. The bed is heavy, comes in massive boxes, has an extensive build process, including the electronics. Having them take all the boxes away at the end is also a win, however they won't take the TV box so be prepared to dispose of that yourself.

Loving the bed and the quality. Its very well made and looks expensive too, which I know it was. We were worried that it wouldnt fit as we have fitted wardrobes and as the designs have now changed with bigger headboards it was going to be a tight squeeze. We had to return the first bed in another design as the headboard was too big and the measurements were different online to what it was in the flesh. Even the delivery men said this isnt measuring correctly. The delivery men were so helpful and patient and the service was fantastic I must say! They came back again to deliver this bed and was worried about it fitting in our gap, but luckily it did as we were sleeping on our New mattress on the floor! So make sure when ordering the headboard is correct. So this was the only option left for us for a Tv Ottoman bed! Now Im so glad as prefer this one and it fitted perfectly. Its a lot higher than my old bed which I like. But thats probably because we ordered a thick mattress for it and its so comfortable. Its a very plush looking bed and the TV is amazing with a good clear picture. I love the surround sound, its like being in a cinema. The ottoman is great for storage as I do have so much bedding to put away. So this is just what I needed! Perfect all round!

Had a bed similar to this but needed an update. After searching online I chose this bed and ringing Dreams in Fareham they told me they had one on display. After having a look at the bed with Ed from the store, I decided on the king size with the ottoman. The ottoman is a much bed feature than my old bed and great for storage. It came with a TV that I initially didnt need but couldnt decline. My old bed had a 32 inch tv but this bed came with a 43 inch tv and what a difference. Ive read reviews regarding the voice and picture syncing using the surround sounds atmos which I initially experienced but this is only due to settings being incorrect on the tv/sky. YouTube sorts that out. Overall its a nice tech bed and I love the surround sound and usbs on the headboard. Its a yes from me!

A lot of money for a mediocre bed. Also very heavy so make sure you have people to hand when moving it, but beware of it coming to pieces if you do. After moving ours about a foot from the original construction position, the TV electrical connection got snagged and snapped when lifting the TV the next time. We also find the devices (TV and sound system) are not naturally harmonious and sometimes do not work together when turning on. There is a birds nest of cables underneath rather than a well thought out structure.

So nice. SUPER heavy and really well built from the parts we saw when building it. We got superking and the headboard wouldnt fit so we took the window out to lift it up to the 3rd floor window. But So worth it the surround sound is great. Only complaint is the optical lead is not supplied? Everything else is even a 4 plug extension lead. But not this lead which u do need for the surround sound parts stupid really and spending this much that lead definitely should be included.

Wow, what an awesome bed. There's so much going on with this that I was sceptical about ours arriving in perfect condition, but everything has been faultless. The delivery guys knew it inside out, handled with absolute care and professionalism, and it all works as it should. Worth every penny, but be warned! Once it's in place, you're never gonna move it - it's mad heavy and the structure underneath is intricate, so make sure to get it right first time.

Beautiful bed, looks and feels luxurious! We opted for delivery to the room of choice & very glad we did cos there are lots of boxes and they are very heavy! We managed to build it in less than 2 hours (even with a baby) as my partner is very hands on with things like that! The longest part was all the wiring underneath! Ordered this bed to replace a previous TV bed that I had for 8 years. I feel like this is nice, but expensive for what it is. The quality has definitely dropped over the years. Its not the easiest to get extra connections into the TV such as a fire stick, but can be done with a bit of fiddling around. For nearly 3k, Id have expected something incredible. The sound system built in is really good.

The only thing I have trouble with is with the ottoman I cant lift it so I have to wait for my neighbour to come in and do it but all said and done I am 71. My advice is, if you dont have any knowledge with audio systems or patients with assembling things I would definitely consider paying the professionals. So pleased we purchased this bed. Very sturdy and so much better than a slatted base for mattress. Having better nights sleep now. TV and surround sound are excellent. Its very solid. I assembled it myself, which wasnt difficult but it did take several hours. It all works as expected and, with the Tempur mattress, is very comfortable. The only niggle I can find is that the television platform is a couple of millimetres off level. I havent investigated whether adjustment is possible.
