Yet, I was slightly apprehensive about the generous use of recycled material as part of the base layer, I usually struggle with unknown allergens.

I've been sleeping on this mattress for 3weeks now, as someone heavy (I'm about 135kg) with fibro and joint issues. This mattress, the Penzance Ortho Backcare Mattress is incredibly comfy and supporting. Some of these reviews are for different mattresses so make sure you read them carefully. I bought a mattress protector and used a very tall mattress topper on top of this mattress (incase it was a bit hard) and this combo is incredibly comfy. If you're worried about it being hard, to me it's not, but i would defo recommend a thick mattress topper and some deep pocket sheets to account for the height. For the delivery, the lads that delivered were very quick, very polite, but they do not unwrap your new mattress for you. As someone who is disabled that did cause some difficulty, but i luckily had a family member to help. They will put the plastic wrapped mattress on your bed frame and then leave, so please if you can't unwrap it have a family member or neighbour/ friend help you out with the unwrapping. Other than that, it's a fabulous mattress, super firm, hasn't dipped or lumped, and is a well worth it purchase. It also has two sides if you feel like flipping to the wool for winter. 10/10 mattress tbh

I waited fr more than 3 weeks to sleep on this lovely bed for my new flat .. though first two three days it didn't felt much n everything looked normal thinking its a new bed it might take time to adjust as per my body structure .. but its a daily thing that me n my wife feels back pain every day & feels it wasn't up-to the mark , as i went to bensons for beds after a lot of recommendations from many satisfied clients but it turns out to be turn off , n will never be looking forward to them fr beds may be ..

This mattress is so comfortable. I hadn't realised just how bad my old mattress was. I suffer from hip and back problems and just accepted how much pain I was in when i got out of bed every morning. Although my hip and back problems are never going away, I find it so much easier to get out of bed every day and the stiffness isn't there. I would reccomend this mattress to anyone suffering from back and hip pain.

I have always liked a very firm mattress and this is just the job. Bensons chesterfield had a super showroom with lots of beds to lie on and a very helpful staff member. The icing on the cake was a huge reduction in the purchase price. Post purchase support was really good. Mattress arrived when promised. Delivered by two helpful and courteous guys

Great mattress for the price. The retail assistant was super helpful in helping me chose the right mattress within a tight budget. It is really firm but extremely comfortable and I love that it has a winter side and a summer side.
