It's designed with a cooling knitted top fabric, which is quilted and cool to the touch when you first lie on it. The air mesh walls are there to move air through the sides, and they help it breathe.
An essential component of this topper is the generously filled soft hollowfibre, designed to soften a mattress that has gone too hard.
The filling is hypoallergenic, so there's no feather or down in it to set off an allergy. It won't keep dust mites away on its own, so wash it regularly: it goes in the machine at 40 degrees.
The topper fits mattresses up to 32cm deep, so measure yours if it's a deep one. The elasticated corner straps hold it snugly and neatly in place.
Mattress Comfort
Comfort is, understandably, a key consideration for any sleep product, and the My Nature Topper does strive to deliver. The cooling fabric didn't impress our tester: it feels cool to the touch, but don't expect miracles in the cooling department.
Our tester found it medium: comfortable lying on their back, and better still on their side.
Suitability
This mattress topper's medium tension and hollowfibre filling felt like a good match for average-weight folks. Side sleepers get the most from it, because the cushioning lets the shoulder sink in. Back sleepers who like a firm feel should buy a firmer topper.

The Verdict
The My Nature Airflow Mattress Topper softens a hard bed well, but our tester found some areas for improvement. The quilted top and air mesh walls make it comfortable and breathable, but it doesn't live up to its cooling claims.
The hypoallergenic filling is a thoughtful addition, and the comfort is good, but hollowfibre flattens with use, so give it a good shake now and then to keep its loft.
Finally, the guarantee is short, and I'd want a longer one on any topper I meant to keep. Buy it to soften a hard mattress cheaply; if you want a topper to last for years, pay more for one with a longer guarantee.
