We bought this mattress 39 days ago, and have just about allowed ourselves the full 40 nights to try it out, but it's definitely more of a "firm" mattress than "medium". If you've got aching hips (which I have), this mattress won't work well for you - there's just not enough give in it for me to sleep comfortably on my side. But......my husband absolutely loves it! :-/ So, rather than pay the 150 to send it back, plus an extra delivery charge to change it for another mattress, we're investing in a deep mattress topper which we're hoping will accommodate my hip pain more comfortably, and works out cheaper than sending the mattress back!

I sleep so well that I definitely slip into some otherworldly space. My brain thinks I'm 20 but a couple weeks ago my body was pushing 90; now?! More spring in my step than Achilles before the incident. Cannot recommend this mattress enough. It's like being cuddled by marshmallows, and getting warmed from the outside in with the squishy insulating memory foam. It's only been a couple weeks but soon, I think I could take over the world.

The mattress is comfy but it's definitely more firm than medium although it may soften more. It's a very thick mattress so you may need to buy deep fitted sheets. I would recommend if you are a back or side sleeper. Might be tricky rotating it as recommended due to its thickness.
