The delivery box was punctured and some underneath fabric torn slightly. I mended with tape. Not the prettiest sofabed but very practical. One of the screws for the legs was almost impossible to get in and I had to get the local handyman rather than pack up and return the whole thing. It is reasonably comfy to sit on and easy to turn into a bed even for a not strong person although one of the pull-out legs needs a strong yank to get it out. I have slept on it once, found it fairly comfortable but will get a mattress topper for guests. It was on special offer so was excellent value, at full price I would have hesitated.

Called in after seeing a bed settee in the window. Francesca came over to assist and showed me an alternate one which was just what I was looking for. After choosing a different colour it was delivered at a convenient time the following Thursday. After assembling it we couldn't find out how to convert from a bed to a sofa. This was solved by a simple phone call to the store. Both employees had good product knowledge and we are now enjoying our choice. Thank you for excellent customer satisfaction.

My son has used it for the first time and says it's not completely flat when in the bed position, and is very bumpy down the middle. I'm not happy that I have now had to buy a mattress topper for it and it has since gone down 75 in price! It looks very modern and smart when in the sofa position and is quite light. I specifically purchased it for how it turned into chairs making it for easy transporting upstairs .

This is the ideal size for our small space, however, the sofa cushion sinks in when you sit on it, and to lie flat - there's a bump in the middle that is uncomfortable. So, you would definitely need a mattress topper. However, the idea behind the product is great - to be able to separate the sofas and have separate seating. The mechanism to click the sofa back into different angles is also useful.

This is perfect for the spare room/office. I love the flexibility of having two chairs or a sofa. The zipped section underneath for the legs when the sofa was delivered or for use if moving house is a really nice design feature. It's comfortable enough for occasional use, which is what I bought it for, but I think it would hold up well for every day use too

This sofa bed is ideal for our study and we found to be good quality for the price. Easy to put together and comfortable to sit on watching tv. My wife has laid on it for an afternoon nap and said it was comfortable but we haven't had anyone stay over to use as a bed so hence only 4 stars. Overall pleased with the product though..

Great product. I love how versatile it is, perfect for having friends over. Easy to put together and quality seems great so far. I've not slept in it as it's an occasional sofa bed for guests, but I put a matress topper on it & it feels very comfy. A comfy sofa to sit on & so easy to change from a sofa to a bed. Just had to fix the legs on when it was delivered which was easy. So handy being able to split it into 2 sofas too

Really comfortable sofabed. Even as a sofa it is comfortable to sit on. There are a few long threads here and there. I love the colour (denim) looks great and is easy to move about or even have separated as 2 chairs. I have it covered at the moment as the dogs have taken a like to it too!

I have only used it as a temporary sofa so far until I get my new suite, then intend to have it in the spare room, so excellent as a couple of chairs in the short term. The comfort isn't bad to be honest and the build quality is good, but I do feel it is rather expensive for what it is!

This modular sofa bed is a great idea but it's only really suitable for light use in a spare room. Looks good. Fairly comfortable. Easy to convert from seating to a bed. I'd recommend using a mattress topper to improve comfort for sleeping.
