I have had this mattress topper for about a year. It fits well, doesn't move about, all well so far. As I was getting ready for bed, my dog suddenly started relieving itself on the bed (out of character turns out she had an infection, why on the bed is a mystery). I pulled the dog off mid flow, and immediately started stripping the bed. Unfortunately it had gone straight through my duvet (which is quite old, but managed to soak up most of it).my sheets, and the last line of defence... This mattress protector which did not protect from anything, it soaked straight through. The duvet caught most of it, but what the duvet didn't catch just went straight through into the mattress. Obviously, a bit of an extreme case, but if you drink in bed or spill anything onto your bed then this mattress protector probably won't work.

Order number: 330406523 Mattress protectors were ordered 27th January. Delivery was supposed to be 23rd February, (which is bad enough). When no show, phoned customer services. No delivery had been arranged! After several more phone calls and further delay, the items were eventually delivered by APC today 6th March. Good product spoiled by very poor service.

customer service was good and so far my son is happy with the bed and mattress and thinks it is very comfortable. Lets hope it lasts. I am never going to think they are good value for money though as the prices for mattresses are exorbitant in general. Even a basic double bed for a teenager cost 1000

I haven't been able to use it as I haven't been able to assemble the bed due to a faulty part. Apparently this has been lost in the post but the manager from the Basingstoke store says we can pick a replacement up from them. We are in Winchester.

Good product although brought a mattress with a specific organic material top which is very soft. You put the topper on and this feeling is all lost because of this. It feels like a standard sheet and fits in the same way with elastic corners.
