It also offers access to the Freely Live Streaming service, enabling a range of viewing options without the need of an aerial.
Construction
The Saxon TV Bed Frame, aside from its stylistic grandeur, has been built with thoughtful attention to comfort and durability. The bed frame has a sprung slatted mattress base that not only enhances support but also offers improved ventilation, making your night's sleep a restorative journey.
The geometric pattern on the headboard is not just an aesthetic marvel but also an adaptable feature, designed to complement any interior décor style. However, its vast array of features and the level of convenience it provides unquestionably justify its investment. Its appeal would be prominent amongst those who appreciate comfort laced with cutting-edge technology, wrapped in the garment of classy aesthetics.
Imagine winding down after a long day, tucking into the velvety embrace of your bed, favourite show or movie playing on a 4K UHD TV, all in the confines of your relaxing bedroom. For those who like to stay connected, the incorporated charging points make it ideal, giving you the liberty to enjoy your favourite digital content, without worrying about battery drain. It's a package that's hard to turn down for a tech-savvy luxury seeker.
What Customers Thought
Owners mostly praise two things: how solid the frame is and how easy it is to put together. One called it "soundly constructed", and the heavy foot end is the part that needs a second person ("Easy to build with 2 people."). Many describe it as good value, some after buying it in a sale, and one owner wrote: "Absolute bargain for what it is."
The complaint that comes up most is the TV lift. There's no remote, only a button at the foot end next to the USB points, which one owner summed up as "there is no remote for the TV mechanism". Nor is there anywhere to tuck a Sky box out of sight. A few had durability trouble: one bed started creaking after six months ("Now it creaks and makes so much noise") and another owner's TV stand broke within a week ("plastic gooseneck on TV stand snapped").
The Verdict
After spending considerable time at the Bensons for Beds store scrutinising and understanding this product, the Saxon TV Bed Frame indeed feels like a cocoon of comfort, seemingly whirling you into a world of calm and composure, a virtual lullaby leading you to a restful slumber.
The key focus, the TV unit built into the frame, stands as an clever feature adding to the charm and functionality of this bed frame. Its thoughtful construct ensures even the minutest needs are taken care of, turning it into a desired retreat for self-pampering.
However, its comparatively higher price point and the specific niche audience it aims towards make it a bit of a luxurious novelty rather than a common household item. Thus, the Saxon TV Bed Frame secures a verdict that leans heavily towards impressively positive, with a faint undertone of a need for selectivity and discernment on part of potential buyers. There's no denying that it has set a high bar in the dominion of luxury bed frames, and for that, it deserves its fair share of applause.
