I bought this pillow for myself and it wasnt the pillow for me even though I tried it in the shop. However, I am happy to say it turned out to be good for my husband who is very happy with it. I tried several pillows in the shop and I thought it would be the best option (medium) as Ive preferred firmer pillows in the past. When I first went to bed it seemed nice and I like the texture very much and slept well the first night but during subsequent nights it seemed harder and I felt it flattened out too much at the edge under my neck and I needed more neck support as I have a weakness in this area and sometimes my shoulder. In the end I bought a pillow online which is recommended by physios and its consistently good for me. However, it is each to his own and my husband is sleeping better with this pillow and he does have a back problem but not similar to mine. I did wonder if I should have tried the soft pillow as in the shop it was very comfortable and more pliable under my neck but at the price I wasnt prepared to buy another! I think these pillows are so different to traditional pillows that a soft one might feel more like a medium in another type as the filling is so unique and you dont sink in too much like some memory foam pillows I have experienced. I cant fault the sales assistant, she was helpful. I like the pillows unique texture and wished I had taken more time choosing.

Spending the amount of money I did on this pillow was quite a considered purchases, the issue with buying something like this and spending so much is you get use to a normal designed pillow and this is completely different in every sense. When I first slept on this pillow it felt almost to low and if anything a bit to soft but after just a couple of night and with a ew changes to how I read a book in bed this pillow is really good. Using it with my new firm mattress i am having some of the best night sleeps I ever had in the last 10 years. I would say though that I would not recommend this pillow if you prefer a high position for your head in bed.

I can highly rate this product. I was able to take the pillow away from the store and started using it before the mattress was delivered (quick delivery, hassel free). Like the mattress it was a bit firmer than anticipated due to the one in store being used my many people and has taken a bit of time to become comfortable to me, but now its great, and i only need this rather than the two or three i had before. I hope by taking the time to write this i help people with their decisions about buying the product, and also get to win the TV that is on offer for filling out the review. Never had I ever thought I'd be so easily persuaded to make sure a big purchase on a household item. But after months of my girlfriend complaining about a stiff back from our old mattress I knew I had to make a choice which was going to improve both our lives. When I bought this pillow I felt Id stretched my budget Ive had a lot of pillows over the years but have never slept as well as I do now. My son and daughter in law bought them 3 years ago when they bought a new bed and said I should try one. I mentioned it to the lady in the shop and she suggested I take a few over to the bed and try them out. Im so glad I did. Although theyre a lot of money Ive never slept on anything so comfortable. I take it with me when I stay with family and friends. They all laugh at me but I know Im going to have a good nights sleep with no painful neck like I used to have.

The comfort of the mattress is good as expected but when it arrived and was taken from its polythene bag a distinct chemical smell was obvious. The delivery man said that is a fire retardant we have to add, open the window and it will be gone in an hour and left. The instruction leaflet ,which was not drawn to our attention but we found on the floor later said it would last 14 days. We found it so pungent we could hardly sleep and it is still detectable nearly a month later. My wife has developed a cough which this certainly has not helped. Not a good experience.

Pillow feels firm to touch but is comfortable and along with the Tempur Pro Air Smartcool mattress, has improved my husband's sleep. Pillow quickly returns to its original shape. Quite expensive and certainly the most money I've ever paid for a pillow but you can't put a price on sleeping comfortably. Only time will tell how long the pillow lasts, hence the 4 stars, as I have bought the softer version and had issues with it. At least it comes with a good guarantee.

When I bought a couple of Tempur mattresses I bought 2 pillows as well, I wasn't disappointed. What with the mattress and a pillow I got the best nights sleep ever. Note that I said pillow because unfortunately my son took one of the pillows, so now I have to buy some more. I have to say that the pillows are extremely pricey and it would be nice if they could be brought down in price. Really good to sleep on though and they come with a three yr guarantee.

We tried the sleep simulator and it gave us a selection of beds to try we tried all the selected beds and made our decision on which bed was the best of us. The pillow has received me of the continuous neck strain and endless daily headaches. Having purchased the firm pillow, it takes a while to get use to it but it is very good. I may return for the softer version also. Typically a side sleeper, and so finding the right pillow has been difficult. Brilliant pillow, comfortable, well made, keeps you cool. Neck pain has disapeered. Bought to replace another gel pillow which was excellent. This one is as good if not better. Throughly recommend buying this pilllow. Had excellent service, she was very patient offering good advice. Although these pillows are very comfortable, they are not as described. It is not cooling and does not fit what I wanted it to do. The cost is far too much for the quality of these pillows. Having spoken to the store about our concerns, a week after purchase, we was told that we could not return the items. Trading standards would be happy to review the decision as they are not fit for purpose

We were going to buy a new mattress and strongly considered a Tempur. As we had no experience with this type of mattress we thought we'd buy the pillows and see how we got on. I used to use a normal pillow and used to wake up with a bad neck. Then went into a memory foam contoured pillow, but either woke up with neck ache, or over heating around my neck and head. Since using this Tempur pillow (firm) Ive never woken up with pain, nor too hot, and I can honestly say that this pillow together with the tempur mattress, Ive never slept so well.

These pillows are amazing . No more trying to find the right thickness or plumping pillows these hold their shape . Also I often turn my pillow to get the cool side but these feel cool when you lay on them so you dont have to do that. I got these with my tempur mattress and they are worth every penny. We bought 2 of these pillows along with an Ottoman bed & a mattress. The soft one is brilliant & i personally love it. Its got great support for my neck & back. The firm one however, my partner is not to keen on. He finds it too firm for his liking. They were pricey but overall mine was definitely worth the money. Its unfortunate my partner doesn't feel the same.

At first I thought this pillow wasnt working properly, regarding staying cool. Then I realised that adding a pillow case to it, was stopping the effects. The pillow already has a case on it!! This is an unusual and surprising pillow. I have tried masses and it is very firm yet molds well. I thought it was going to be too hot but actually has been no issue. If there is a fault or design issue then to me its the size. Its just a bit too small for a single pillow and yet too big for one. I wish actually they did a version that was a bit bigger

Ill be honest, I was sceptical when we were offered the pillows with the mattress purchase. Even though theyre great, Im not sure Id have paid that much for a pillow. They are super comfy and seem to stand up to a good pummelling being folded and flipped. They do support your neck really well, I no longer wake up with that stiff neck feeling.

My husband bought this pillow although its expensive he has a neck & shoulder problem and so far over the last couple of months has not been woken up at all with any pain, it has a cover so it can be washed too, so he has been more than happy with it. Expensive but worth it, is how I think of this item. Historically I have been the death or artificial fibre pillows, they always end up shredded and destroyed internally. This pillow is does not require the nocturnal origami I used to put pillows through. Throw in the cooling features of the pillow and it is totally worth the price.

Excellent pillow that I find is supportive, maintains its shape and which is clearly well made. I purchased two for a King Size bed and they are expensive so I was quite nervous as to whether they would be better than other pillows. Was a bit dubious about these pillows but was very pleasantly surprised, took a couple of nights to adjust to them but now Im out like light , no neck pain and not a restless sleep but a very deep sleep only downside is the cost , thought they were a bit expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for

My husband really lies this pillow. He is more of a firm pillow guy as long as it is a bit forgiving and molds to his personal. This does all of that. Gorgeous pillow really good back and neck support when sitting up as I have to do when I go to bed. It keeps its shape and when you come off it it plumps back up again to its original shape. Best pillow Ive ever bought - I thought it expensive at the time, but its been very much worth it.

I am really pleased with my Tempur Cloud Air Smart pillow. It is supportive, I do not get too hot in the night laying on it and it is very comfy. As it is made of memory foam you do need to plump it every couple of days which tastes a couple of seconds. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing. Again, pretty life changing as I have always slept on cheap pillows. We were given these for free due to a promotion running when buying a Tempur mattress. Had to put a thing pillow underneath but Im a side sleeper and love this. Would buy it regardless if it wasnt free.

Great pillows. Been sleeping on it for about 4 weeks now. Good support between neck and shoulder. Im a side sleeper, so this is important. They are worth the price if they last as long as they say thru do. My only negative point, shame they don't have a removable cover to wash.

This pillow has to be the most comfortable ive even brought , i have brought a few lately for bad neck and shoulder pain. But this is by far the best,its expensive but well worth the money. In the morning just push it back into shape and it looks like new , ready for another night

We bought the medium version and find them very supportive of the head and shoulders without being `hard`, so much so that you can do without an underneath pillow if you so wish, Your head tends to rest on the pillow rather than sink into it, but they are very comfortable and cool

Really comfortable pillow. Cooler than previous memory foam pillow. Good support without feeling hard. However, does tend to get a thin patch just above the shoulder level during the night. Sometimes have to flip it 180 degrees to allow thinner bit to recover, which it does well.

I bought two of these dreamlike pillows for my husband and me. They are super soft but give one's head and neck brilliant support for a comfortable nights sleep. As my husband has a very active job of work he would recommend it to divert the aches and pains of physicality.

I went for the medium, as had a tempur pillows prior to purchasing this as it was recommended by my podiatrist and it needed to be replaced. This one is not as comfortable. But it may be that I need time to adjust. But that said I would recommend one of these pillows.

Mattress is so comfortable. It is firm but the topper seems to nestle you to sleep. I had a problem with night sweats before but since we've had this mattress have had settled, cool sleeps (remains to be seen whether this continues during Summer). So far, so good

Wanted one of these for years. Do not regret buying it. Most comfortable pillow i've ever had. Soft yet supportive and doesn't 'mis-shape'. I normally end up throwing my pillows on the floor during the night but this is always still under my head in the morning.

Wasnt sure that it would be worth the 150 it cost but I can honestly say it has worked for me. I have the medium but they do a soft and a hard in the range. Would recommend but try it out in the shop first to get the firmness that suits you.

Pillows are quite heavy but dont seen to hold the shape very well. Im a side sleeper. Back sleepers should be okay. A well made product as youd expect from Tempur. Give yourself a few nights to get used to it.
