This is a great pillow if you are a back or front sleeper, I dont find it gives the best support for a side sleeper as I find my shoulders seem to be curving in to help support me, also as I sleep with me hand under my pillow, I seem to be getting a lot of hair like fibres caught round my fingers, at first I thought it was my hair but its fibres from the pillow, like stretchy fine hairs

Was really good to start with and reduced my migraines and neck pain but after some time 4/5 months maybe the pillow has lost its shape and is flat where i put my head. So i have to swap to my old pillow in the night that is about 4 years old from dunelm and hasnt lost its shape. But like i say started off well but its a lot of money only for a few months use.

I recently tried the TEMPUR Cloud Air SmartCool Soft Pillow as an addition to the medium pillow Ive been using for over a year and combining both has really made a difference to my neck comfort and overall sleep quality. From the moment I first used the Soft Pillow I noticed it felt lighter, softer, and more breathable than my existing one. The SmartCool cover has a cooling effect thats especially pleasant during warmer nights or when I run warm while sleeping. Its noticeably cooler to the touch compared with a standard pillowcase, which helps me fall asleep more comfortably. In terms of support, the Soft Pillow strikes a nice balance: Its gentle enough to cradle my head without excessive firmness, yet still supportive enough to keep my neck in a good position. Because its softer than my medium pillow, using it together gives a layered comfort the medium pillow provides solid support, while the soft pillow adds comfort and a cooling layer. The result is better neck alignment and less stiffness in the morning. Another plus: the pillows loft and softness feel plush and inviting, making it easy to sink into quickly at bedtime. And despite being soft, it holds its shape well overnight no flattening or excessive collapsing by morning.

Bought this pillow in November 2024 and within 2 months, the pillow had formed an hourglass shape where my head and neck would be when sleeping and there wasn't enough filling within the pillow. The store were good and replaced the pillow under its guarantee although shocked as they said they had never seen this happen before (I swear I have a normal head!). I'm now 2 weeks into the new pillow. It is comfortable and along with the Tempur Pro Air Smartcool mattress, I am sleeping better and not uncomfortable overnight (I have gone through a lot of pillows to find a suitable one!). That being said, the pillow does not revert fully back to its original shape which does concern me as to whether I will have the same issue as the first one. (Incidentally my husband has the medium pillow and has had no issues so I don't know if the medium pillow reverts to shape better than the soft one or whether this second one is also faulty). Quite an expensive purchase but well worth it if the pillows last and provide me with comfort. 3 stars provided as it remains to be seen how long this pillow lasts. If it goes the same way, I'll be asking for my money back as unfortunately the medium pillow is too firm for me.

Normally I like a really fluffy, soft, feathery pillow. Or I thought I did until I realised I often got into, what my husband affectionately refers to as, a pillow rage. Waking up with a sore neck and annoyed that my newly purchased pillow had already lost its 'oomph', I thought I was destined to never be satisfied with a pillow. However, when I stumbled into Dreams and there was a Temper sale on, I purchase a new mattress (game changer) and two pillows were given to us as part of the promotion. Oh. My. God. No more sore neck! No more pillow rage! It's a far cry from a fluffy, soft, feathery pillow... it's weirdly heavy, and foamy, and quite a far cry from what I would gravitate towards. However, it really is the pillow of dreams and the oomph is still fully intact!. I don't know if it is the new pillow, or the new mattress, or the combo of both, but I am having the best sleeps that I have for, at least, the last 10-15 years! My advice is, if you are even remotely toying with the idea of getting a new pillow, buy this one.

I tried all of the TEMPUR range pillows out in the Stevenage Dreams store, and all of them were lovely. For me this was the perfect one as my head literally melts into it, and I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I have never ever had a pillow this nice! They chose the right name for it when they called it the 'Cloud Air'. It has a lovely cooling feel that keeps your head at a really nice temperature (not cold, not hot, just right). This was a pricey pillow but well well worth it, and I'm actually going to order another one for my partner as he is very impressed with it too. You cannot put a price on getting a good full nights sleep, treat yourself! I cannot praise this enough, anyone reading this who is unsure, should try it out in their local bed store, they have them out on display for people to try. They also have a 'medium' pillow too which is a bit firmer, but do try this 'soft' one, it's lovely.

I was experiencing months of sore neck and shoulders, trying one pillow, two, three, no pillows. Could not sort the issue. Expertly advised by very knowledgeable Lady in store. Thought the cost was excessive. We hadn't bought new pillows for nearly twenty years. Within a week I'd say my problems were going. I am so pleased, so glad I was approached and advised by the expert member of staff. On reflection the cost wasn't excessive at all, the product is excellent and so important used every day of course. The Lady was quite right too, I don't get too hot and just use one pillow. I am so so pleased I returned a month later and bought a new bed and mattress. Yes a tempur mattress too! I would recommend to family and friends, am in my late fifties, and went to the store in Yeovil, Somerset.

I want to love it and it works arguably better with a tempurpedic mattress than a regular pillow, but it is just ok. It it had slightly more fill it would be improved. My husband has the medium and that is more fill/firmness than I want and also doesn't work perfectly for me. It's kind of strange and hard to explain. I have a cervical spine issue so I am really specific about pillows and the support I need. I find myself using this pillow more often than my normal pillow but I think that is because it holds up better on top of the mattress. If you flip it around several times you can kind of get it in the right position, but yeah it seems like a lot of work. It's just missing something that I can't put my finger on.

I am really impressed with this Tempur pillow. The foam molds gently to my head and neck and gives a level of support that regular pillows just cannot match. I noticed less neck stiffness after just a few nights and it has made a real difference to my sleep quality. It feels firm at first, but it warms up and softens to the perfect shape. I absolutely love these pillows! Ive had Tempur pillows for over 20 years and wouldnt be without them now. I even take my pillow on holiday with me. My last one went round the world! The covers are great and very easy to wash and quickly dry in the airing cupboard. The cooling cover on my new pillow works really well and helps with my hot flushes. Im not waking up in the night to flip it over to the cool side. I convinced my husband to try one and hes amazed at how comfortable it is.

Im really pleased with this headboard and the accompanying bed (Sleepmotion 800i Adjustable Platform Bed Frame) and TheraPur ActiGel Polar 2800 Combination Mattress - its been a great purchase. I purchased one about 8 years ago. Cool cover still perfect and washed every week. However the tempur pillow is not holding shape. Purchased this new one, 50% price increase. Tempur pillow perfection but I am not a fan at all of the cool cover. Not at all effective and poor compared to original. Swapped old cover to new pillow and am delighted but shouldn't have to do that. Also. I have piercings which constantly snagged on the new fabric. Not good. I hope this helps.

Perhaps its a little too early to fully review this pillowIve been using it for two weeks, and whilst it is comfortable, my neck pain is still there, and on some nights its worse than ever! So that problem might be personal to me, and nothing to do with the quality of the pillow. But I guess then its all down to personal choice, sleep habits, and existing health conditions. So Im not sold on this and dont know if Im going to love it or hate it! Sorry!

I brought this pillow into every room I had with me because it was so comfy and supercooling. Can't wait to share with product with friends and family and I already have since purchasing!!! Quite simply the most comfortable pillow Ive ever had the pleasure of using. I know its outrageously expensive however, I have to say after using this pillow for the last three months, I have been nothing but impressed. Any other pillow now pales in comparison. Support is really good. I know its very thick but I actually find it works really well for my neck position and gives me a really comfortable nights sleep on my back or my side.

We've never slept better. We had to replace our mattress because our puppy ruined it. The customer service was amazing in store, there was no pressure. Since the first night we've had the deepest uninterrupted sleeps. You can't feel the pets jumping up and down so you have an uninterrupted sleep. Also, as soon as you get into bed you go into the deepest sleep after seconds. This has really improved our sleep quality.

I wasn't sure if I would be happy with this weight of pillow and especially just having one because I am a side or front sleeper and often find 2 gives me more flexibility of sleep positions - yet 2 seems to give me neck issues. Anyway I have not looked back since using this pillow on the tempur mattress and the sleep motion bed on the 'antisnore' setting.. extremely comfortable and just as importantly, cooling.

Having been recommended the Tempur soft air cooled mattress by my neighbour , and then the test mattress in The Dreams shop , decided after having had 2 previous mattresses that I found to be not as comfortable as I thought , I bought the Tempur and have had a good nights sleep on this every night , and also having the pillows I can honestly say its the best I have ever had .

Quite firm and heavy but very comfortable and supportive. With all products combined i.e. new quilt, pillow, matress and matress protector, there is a tendency to overheat! I have woken up several nights with my head soaking wet! This is likely due to the fact, nothing is breathable! We got this for free as a package deal. I don't think I would buy one personally

These pillows were included free as part of my purchase, and I am very impressed with them. Previously I used 5 normal pillows to support my head on a conventional bed. Since getting the Tempur mattress, and combined with the pillow (I only need one), I have had a lot less neck pain. I would never have thought a single pillow could be so effective.

The pillows are very comfortable. I usually use 2 pillows however I only need to sleep with 1 of these pillows. I have 2 pillows on my bed for decoration and remove one at night when going to bed. Previously I would wake up in the morning with pain in my neck and shoulder but since using this pillow I dont wake with any pain.

These came free as part of an offer when we purchased a new mattress. Not something we would have purchased, but actually really surprised how comfortable these pillows are. They do get a little compressed after a night or two, and need "fluffing up" from time to time, but overall - very comfortable pillows indeed.

Oh, I would never ever thought I'd change my pillows ever. But having these Two Tempur pillows, as I lay on them they melt ligh butter, there cool on my head, no over heating. There perfect soft, to lay on, but heavy and i dont loose them like my old ones moving in my sleep.

The first time I used this pillow I thought what have I got. I thought that there was nothing to it, using it along with my new mattress. After a couple of days usage it was perfect as it worked with the mattress. Now I very happy with it and it is brilliant.

Every other pillow I get feels fine at first but then becomes flat and uncomfortable and heats up in just a few minutes, but this pillow is solid at first but gets softer the longer you lay on it and stays nice and cool for much longer, well worth the price.

Although quite expensive i am very happy with these Tempur cloud pillows, they mold down to individual requirements after a day or so. I have neck problems and need somthing able to support my neck well and these have eased the pain whilst being comfortable

Felt lovely in store but even though soft I find it pretty firm and is taking a while to get used to. However I am not waking with a headache and do sleep better so slight contractions. It does stay cool and is a good pillow. Id suggest sticking with it.

These are our first Tempur pillows and we totally love them! They always come back to shape and they are so comfy to sleep on. They came with a washable pillow case but we use an extra pillow case on top with no issue. We are sure theyll last for years :)

I thought all memory foam pillows were rock hard and you couldn't get a good night's sleep because they were uncomfortable, thank goodness for Tempur, their pillows are available in a range of firmness levels meaning the soft pillows were perfect for me

This pillow is so soft and comfy, definitely value for money. My only issue is that it states the cover can be washed but after doing this and line drying the cover has shrank so now its doesnt fit over the pillow properly and has to be bunched up.

No more using 2 pillows and still not comfortable. I have used Tempur pillows before but have got the wrong firmness as i didnt get on that well with them, but these are fab. A really comfortable sleep and no neck stiffness when you wake up.

These pillows are excellent . They are more substantial than ordinary pillows and mould perfectly to the contours of your body without becoming distorted. Although a lot more expensive than run of the mill pillows the benefits are obvious.

Seriously good pillow! If used properly (no pillowcase, or a very breathable pillow case in a natural fibre) then it really does stay cool when you switch positions. Lovely and soft but still gives great support - an absolute game-changer!

This mattress is perfect for someone who is low body weight but prefers the feel of a firm mattress. I could still feel an initial sinking into the mattress feeling but at the same time very supported. Lovely quality material.

Having had a feather pillow for years, I would not have bought this pillow, but trying in store when buying a mattress, it was better than I thought, and have a good nights sleep. Also I find it is soft and you sink into it.

Not very SmartCool if you use silk pillow cases. It works with cotton pillowcases which means youre restricted . Silk pillowcases are very cool on your skin and great for your hair.
