This is a great pillow if you are a back or front sleeper, I don't find it gives the best support for a side sleeper as I find my shoulders seem to be curving in to help support me, also as I sleep with me hand under my pillow, I seem to be getting a lot of hair like fibres caught round my fingers, at first I thought it was my hair but it's fibres from the pillow, like stretchy fine hairs

Was really good to start with and reduced my migraines and neck pain but after some time 4/5 months maybe the pillow has lost it's shape and is flat where i put my head. So i have to swap to my old pillow in the night that is about 4 years old from dunelm and hasn't lost it's shape. But like i say started off well but it's a lot of money only for a few months use.

Horrible pillow. Avoid. Had it for 2 months now and its completely misshapen. Has to be a defect in the pillow construction. Had a tempur memory foam before and it was the comfiest pillow by far. This is meant to be new and improved but it is awful. A lot of money to gamble on getting a good one

My purchase of the Tempur pillow proved highly unsatisfactory. It has caused significant neck pain and has flattened considerably despite repeated attempts to restore its shape. I strongly advise against purchasing this pillow.

I recently tried the TEMPUR Cloud Air SmartCool Soft Pillow as an addition to the medium pillow I've been using for over a year - and combining both has really made a difference to my neck comfort and overall sleep quality. From the moment I first used the Soft Pillow I noticed it felt lighter, softer, and more breathable than my existing one. The "SmartCool" cover has a cooling effect that's especially pleasant during warmer nights or when I run warm while sleeping. It's noticeably cooler to the touch compared with a standard pillowcase, which helps me fall asleep more comfortably. In terms of support, the Soft Pillow strikes a nice balance: It's gentle enough to cradle my head without excessive firmness, yet still supportive enough to keep my neck in a good position. Because it's softer than my medium pillow, using it together gives a layered comfort - the medium pillow provides solid support, while the soft pillow adds comfort and a cooling layer. The result is better neck alignment and less stiffness in the morning. Another plus: the pillow's loft and softness feel plush and inviting, making it easy to sink into quickly at bedtime. Bought this pillow in November 2024 and within 2 months, the pillow had formed an hourglass shape where my head and neck would be when sleeping and there wasn't enough filling within the pillow. The store were good and replaced the pillow under its guarantee although shocked as they said they had never seen this happen before (I swear I have a normal head!). I'm now 2 weeks into the new pillow. It is comfortable and along with the Tempur Pro Air Smartcool mattress, I am sleeping better and not uncomfortable overnight (I have gone through a lot of pillows to find a suitable one!). That being said, the pillow does not revert fully back to its original shape which does concern me as to whether I will have the same issue as the first one. (Incidentally my husband has the medium pillow and has had no issues so I don't know if the medium pillow reverts to shape better than the soft one or whether this second one is also faulty). Quite an expensive purchase but well worth it if the pillows last and provide me with comfort. 3 stars provided as it remains to be seen how long this pillow lasts. If it goes the same way, I'll be asking for my money back as unfortunately the medium pillow is too firm for me.

Normally I like a really fluffy, soft, feathery pillow. Or I thought I did until I realised I often got into, what my husband affectionately refers to as, a pillow rage. Waking up with a sore neck and annoyed that my newly purchased pillow had already lost its 'oomph', I thought I was destined to never be satisfied with a pillow. However, when I stumbled into Dreams and there was a Temper sale on, I purchase a new mattress (game changer) and two pillows were given to us as part of the promotion. Oh. My. God. No more sore neck! No more pillow rage! It's a far cry from a fluffy, soft, feathery pillow... it's weirdly heavy, and foamy, and quite a far cry from what I would gravitate towards. However, it really is the pillow of dreams and the oomph is still fully intact!. I don't know if it is the new pillow, or the new mattress, or the combo of both, but I am having the best sleeps that I have for, at least, the last 10-15 years! My advice is, if you are even remotely toying with the idea of getting a new pillow, buy this one.

Absolutely awful pillow. Went into Dreams and after trying out various mattresses using the Tempur pillows in store we purchased a new ottomen bed frame and mattress. We also decided to purchase 2 Tempur pillows as in store they seemed quite comfy. I explained to the store salesman I had a replacement C4/C5 disc in my neck and also sleep with a CPAP mask as I have sleep apnea. If I had known that you could purchase the same pillows at the same price directly from Tempur on a 30 day trial I would have done this. The pillow is absolutely awful, rock hard and nothing like instore. I now have severe neck pain and headaches. The pillow does not mould to the CPAP mask so the mask leaks constantly. Since using the pillow I have felt quite ill. Dreams should also offer a 14 or 30 day trial of these pillows like Tempur. My new bed and mattress is coming in the next few days and I am considering cancelling my entire order as I'm so upset. If I could give this pillow a zero star I would.

I tried all of the TEMPUR range pillows out in the Stevenage Dreams store, and all of them were lovely. For me this was the perfect one as my head literally melts into it, and I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I have never ever had a pillow this nice! They chose the right name for it when they called it the 'Cloud Air'. It has a lovely cooling feel that keeps your head at a really nice temperature (not cold, not hot, just right). This was a pricey pillow but well well worth it, and I'm actually going to order another one for my partner as he is very impressed with it too. You cannot put a price on getting a good full nights sleep, treat yourself! I cannot praise this enough, anyone reading this who is unsure, should try it out in their local bed store, they have them out on display for people to try. They also have a 'medium' pillow too which is a bit firmer, but do try this 'soft' one, it's lovely.

I was experiencing months of sore neck and shoulders, trying one pillow, two, three, no pillows. Could not sort the issue. Expertly advised by very knowledgeable Lady in store. Thought the cost was excessive. We hadn't bought new pillows for nearly twenty years. Within a week I'd say my problems were going. I am so pleased, so glad I was approached and advised by the expert member of staff. On reflection the cost wasn't excessive at all, the product is excellent and so important used every day of course. The Lady was quite right too, I don't get too hot and just use one pillow. I am so so pleased I returned a month later and bought a new bed and mattress. Yes a tempur mattress too! I would recommend to family and friends, am in my late fifties, and went to the store in Yeovil, Somerset.

I want to love it and it works arguably better with a tempurpedic mattress than a regular pillow, but it is just ok. It it had slightly more fill it would be improved. My husband has the medium and that is more fill/firmness than I want and also doesn't work perfectly for me. It's kind of strange and hard to explain. I have a cervical spine issue so I am really specific about pillows and the support I need. I find myself using this pillow more often than my normal pillow but I think that is because it holds up better on top of the mattress. If you flip it around several times you can kind of get it in the right position, but yeah it seems like a lot of work. It's just missing something that I can't put my finger on.

I've tried many many pillows of all kinds over the years including various memory foam. This one felt great at first but has been really disappointing. It's best used with the tempur mattress it was designed for but I may have specific issues as I had whiplash many years ago and need the right support. I don't get on with deep and heavy pillows for example nor many special ones for neck support to give context so I could be the fusspot here. I find I actually roll about on it too much. It seems supportive and comfy at first but have started going back to one or two of my other pillows during the night. Underwhelmed for the price but it could be me!

I had been recommended this pillow and tried it extensively in store. But the one I bought seems very much harder and heavier than the one I tried, so much so that my head doesn't really sink into the pillow at all so it's lost on me how the memory foam is coming into play. It is frustrating that Dreams don't do trial periods on these because I'd be taking it straight back otherwise. I see on the TEMPUR website that they do trial periods for pillows, maybe Dreams needs to up its game? After all we can return mattresses (although my Dreams mattress is great so no need to do that). Disappointed with Dreams for the first time because of this.

So we used the fancy machine to analyse our sleep positions, my shape was projected onto the monitor like the outline of a dead body in an episode of Columbo. Due to sleeping on my side/front with one arm under my pillow I was instantly recommend this option by our fabulous sales assistant Aston (thank you very much, 5 stars to you!). I must say this is super comfortable and was a great recommendation, whilst I may be lying in a death pose I feel very comfortable and far from death like in the mornings when I wake without neck ache or a numb arm.

I am really impressed with this Tempur pillow. The foam molds gently to my head and neck and gives a level of support that regular pillows just cannot match. I noticed less neck stiffness after just a few nights and it has made a real difference to my sleep quality. It feels firm at first, but it warms up and softens to the perfect shape. The cover is soft and breathable, and the pillow has a premium feel overall. Definitely worth the investment if you want proper neck support and deeper sleep.

We tried these pillows as samples in the shop when we were testing mattresses and thought they were comfortable, so we decided to treat ourselves to one each. Big mistake. They've been an absolute nightmare - ridiculously heavy, rock-hard, and impossible to get comfortable with. We've both had terrible nights' sleep since buying them. Switched to some cheap pillows and have slept great ever since. Love our mattress, but completely regret being talked into these awful, overpriced pillows.

I absolutely love these pillows! I've had Tempur pillows for over 20 years and wouldn't be without them now. I even take my pillow on holiday with me. My last one went round the world! The covers are great and very easy to wash and quickly dry in the airing cupboard. The cooling cover on my new pillow works really well and helps with my hot flushes. I'm not waking up in the night to flip it over to the cool side. I convinced my husband to try one and he's amazed at how comfortable it is.

I'm really pleased with this headboard and the accompanying bed (Sleepmotion 800i Adjustable Platform Bed Frame) and TheraPur ActiGel Polar 2800 Combination Mattress - it's been a great purchase. I purchased one about 8 years ago. Cool cover still perfect and washed every week. However the tempur pillow is not holding shape. Purchased this new one, 50% price increase. Tempur pillow perfection but I am not a fan at all of the cool cover. Not at all effective and poor compared to original. Swapped old cover to new pillow and am delighted but shouldn't have to do that. Also. I have piercings which constantly snagged on the new fabric. Not good. I hope this helps.

Not the first tempur pillows we have brought.. however its been 12 years since the last ones! Yes 12 years!! With washable cases, they stay clean and have a long life, probably wont leave these ones that long!! Or at least not confess to it!! Lol New ones are prefect, my partner uses a medium and I have the soft, he has rheumatoid arthritis and i have fibromyalgia and in the menopause! But this give us the best night's sleep we can ask for.. thank you tempur.

Perhaps it's a little too early to fully review this pillow...I've been using it for two weeks, and whilst it is comfortable, my neck pain is still there, and on some nights it's worse than ever! So that problem might be personal to me, and nothing to do with the quality of the pillow. But I guess then it's all down to personal choice, sleep habits, and existing health conditions. So I'm not sold on this ...and don't know if I'm going to love it or hate it! Sorry!

I brought this pillow into every room I had with me because it was so comfy and supercooling. Can't wait to share with product with friends and family and I already have since purchasing!!! My mum is now a proud Tempur pillow owner and next up is getting the money-cautious blokes in the family onto the bandwagon too i.e. my dad and brother !!, They will have to try the pillow for themselves, but they can't have mine, its just too good to share for me!

Quite simply the most comfortable pillow I've ever had the pleasure of using. I know it's outrageously expensive however, I have to say after using this pillow for the last three months, I have been nothing but impressed. Any other pillow now pales in comparison. Support is really good. I know it's very thick but I actually find it works really well for my neck position and gives me a really comfortable nights sleep on my back or my side.

We've never slept better. We had to replace our mattress because our puppy ruined it. The customer service was amazing in store, there was no pressure. Since the first night we've had the deepest uninterrupted sleeps. You can't feel the pets jumping up and down so you have an uninterrupted sleep. Also, as soon as you get into bed you go into the deepest sleep after seconds. This has really improved our sleep quality.

I wasn't sure if I would be happy with this weight of pillow and especially just having one because I am a side or front sleeper and often find 2 gives me more flexibility of sleep positions - yet 2 seems to give me neck issues. Anyway I have not looked back since using this pillow on the tempur mattress and the sleep motion bed on the 'antisnore' setting.. extremely comfortable and just as importantly, cooling.

This pillow has been the perfect addition to my new mattress. It's incredibly soft yet provides just the right amount of support for my head and neck. Having been recommended the Tempur soft air cooled mattress by my neighbour , and then the test mattress in The Dreams shop , decided after having had 2 previous mattresses that I found to be not as comfortable as I thought , I bought the Tempur and have had a good nights sleep on this every night , and also having the pillows I can honestly say it's the best I have ever had .

After years of buying ither 'expensive' pillows only ti be disappointed i decided to give them a go. The staff at Dreams were very helpful with absolutely no pressurised sales. They are worth the price tag. Best pillow Ive ever had. No more tossing and turning during the night and they really do help prevent a hot head during the night. I really wish I'd bought them sooner.

These pillows were not an intended buy. We used them to try out mattresses in the shop. We were taken with how comforting they felt and how they kept their storm and came with a bit of weight. Thought the pillows were on the expensive side at first..but ive spent hundreds of ££s over the years on the "perfect pillows"..So i thought..why not give them a go. Id laid my head on them in the shop and was really surprised just how comfy they were..so, we took 4 altogether,and yes it was expensive. But i feel really justified now..great nights sleep every night

I was pleasantly surprised by this pillow. It provides excellent support for my neck without feeling too high or too firm. It's comfortable throughout the night and keeps its shape well. If you need a supportive pillow that still feels comfortable, I'd definitely recommend it. It can take some getting used to - but waking up not in as much discomfort is wonderful!

Quite firm and heavy but very comfortable and supportive. With all products combined i.e. new quilt, pillow, matress and matress protector, there is a tendency to overheat! I have woken up several nights with my head soaking wet! This is likely due to the fact, nothing is breathable! We got this for free as a package deal. I don't think I would buy one personally

These pillows are the most expensive pillows I've ever bought, but I wanted to invest in something that would be comfortable because have always struggled to find that perfect pillow. I am waking up with neck ache and struggling to get comfortable in the night. Extremely upset about the cost and not getting the value for money I desired. Would not recommend!

Brilliant pillow. Came free with our new Tempur mattress. Having tried the original weirdly shaped Tempur pillow 25 years ago - which I HATED - I was pleasantly surprised at how comfy this pillow is. I chose the medium and hubby chose the firm. They are weighty and feel like they mould around your head. A real quality item that will last for years

These pillows were included free as part of my purchase, and I am very impressed with them. Previously I used 5 normal pillows to support my head on a conventional bed. Since getting the Tempur mattress, and combined with the pillow (I only need one), I have had a lot less neck pain. I would never have thought a single pillow could be so effective.

Although initially we thought the pillows to be expensive, but after having slept on them, we do not have any neck or shoulder pain anymore. You certainly get what you pay for & would absolutely recommend the extra expense. They even come with their own carrying case in case you need to take them with you on a trip. The pillows are very comfortable. I usually use 2 pillows however I only need to sleep with 1 of these pillows. I have 2 pillows on my bed for decoration and remove one at night when going to bed. Previously I would wake up in the morning with pain in my neck and shoulder but since using this pillow I don't wake with any pain.

We were provided 2 pillows as part of the bundle but I have also purchased a 3rd pillow too. The pillows are incredible. These came free as part of an offer when we purchased a new mattress. Not something we would have purchased, but actually really surprised how comfortable these pillows are. They do get a little compressed after a night or two, and need "fluffing up" from time to time, but overall - very comfortable pillows indeed.

The pillow is comfortable but smells terribly. I returned the first one and received another as I was told it was probably a fluke but this one smells too - even after a month. For such an expensive pillow I would not expect this. I have washed the cover and put the pillow outside but it still stinks. Not happy

Feel I have been missold this pillow. It was not like the one I tried in the shop. Uncomfortable and causing more neck pain than my cheep pillows. Debating whether to cancel my two mattresses we have on order. After having read reviews it looks like I am unable to return pillow. Not what I expected.

I have a slipped disc and have been sleeping in pain for months but my partner bought me this pillow as a birthday gift and it has been a total life saver. It is so comfortable and you don't need any other pillows to feel the benefit. It is also very cool and great if you are a warm sleeper

It's a strange lump of a pillow. Only have it because it was free with our mattress purchase at the promotion available at the time. Would have preferred a discount on the mattress, honestly! It can be comfortable, but it is extremely heavy and impossible to bunch into the shape you want.

This pillow strikes the perfect balance, it's plush and cushiony without sacrificing the support for the neck and shoulders. It moulds to your head but doesn't go flat, and it bounces back every morning like new. The cooling cover is amazing too. I'm overall impressed, worth every penny!

Utterly useless. I bought a "cold" pillow from Dreams ten years ago and it really worked. This one though - not at all, just like an ordinary pillow and an ultra expensive one at that. Just not worth the money in any way, and was told I could not return it, even though it is useless.

Wow. My husband and I both suffer from bad backs and stiff necks, so we wanted to try a Tempur pillow and it did not disappoint! You feel like you are immersed completely in the pillow. No lumps or bumps, just a fantastic good night's sleep. Worth paying extra for quality and comfort.

Oh, I would never ever thought I'd change my pillows ever. But having these Two Tempur pillows, as I lay on them they melt ligh butter, there cool on my head, no over heating. There perfect soft, to lay on, but heavy and i dont loose them like my old ones moving in my sleep.

I honestly don't know how we coped with feather and foam pillows... we have slept better and with much less tension and pain in our necks and shoulders. We'll always have these pillows and will get some for the children too. While initially hesitant, we'll worth the money.

The pillow gives great support as I use to suffer with neck pain, which this has definitely helped with. Also the breathability is much better as I am no longer getting flipping my pillow through the night or getting sweaty patches. Would definitely recommend.

The first time I used this pillow I thought what have I got. I thought that there was nothing to it, using it along with my new mattress. After a couple of days usage it was perfect as it worked with the mattress. Now I very happy with it and it is brilliant.

I have only had this pillow for 2 weeks I have a broken back so don't think it's a good support for me at the moment don't think anything will help but paying all that money for this not good sorry I think I'm not the best person to ask maybe in 6 months time

Every other pillow I get feels fine at first but then becomes flat and uncomfortable and heats up in just a few minutes, but this pillow is solid at first but gets softer the longer you lay on it and stays nice and cool for much longer, well worth the price.

Although quite expensive i am very happy with these Tempur cloud pillows, they mold down to individual requirements after a day or so. I have neck problems and need somthing able to support my neck well and these have eased the pain whilst being comfortable

Felt lovely in store but even though soft I find it pretty firm and is taking a while to get used to. However I am not waking with a headache and do sleep better so slight contractions. It does stay cool and is a good pillow. I'd suggest sticking with it.

These are our first Tempur pillows and we totally love them! They always come back to shape and they are so comfy to sleep on. They came with a washable pillow case but we use an extra pillow case on top with no issue. We are sure they'll last for years :)

As said in many 1 star reviews, tried the pillow when buying a new mattress in store. Absolutely awful pillow! By far the worst pillow I've had. It's rock hard and so uncomfortable. Return policy for pillows is also a joke, especially with the price of it.

I thought all memory foam pillows were rock hard and you couldn't get a good night's sleep because they were uncomfortable, thank goodness for Tempur, their pillows are available in a range of firmness levels meaning the soft pillows were perfect for me

This pillow is so soft and comfy, definitely value for money. My only issue is that it states the cover can be washed but after doing this and line drying the cover has shrank so now it's doesn't fit over the pillow properly and has to be bunched up.

These are some of the best pillows we have owned. They keep cool for a long time.and over the course of the night slowly mold to you head giving perfect support. They are quite heavier than other normal pillows but that's fine for what we need.

Great quality materials but after 3 months now the pillow has gone flat and has no support. It's well over priced and the shop manager told us that the would get better overtime with use. Would I recommend one to a friend..... certainly not!

No more using 2 pillows and still not comfortable. I have used Tempur pillows before but have got the wrong firmness as i didnt get on that well with them, but these are fab. A really comfortable sleep and no neck stiffness when you wake up.

These pillows are excellent . They are more substantial than ordinary pillows and mould perfectly to the contours of your body without becoming distorted. Although a lot more expensive than run of the mill pillows the benefits are obvious.

Having had a feather pillow for years, I would not have bought this pillow, but trying in store when buying a mattress, it was better than I thought, and have a good nights sleep. Also I find it is soft and you sink into it.
