This is a firm mattress don't be fooled into thinking it's anything else, we needed a new mattress, out old one was only 4 years old but already showing signs of collapse, we ordered this and by heck it's firm. The first couple of nights were a bit unbearable seeing both my partner and I waking earlier than normal with aches and pains, but over time it does what it says on the packet and eventually will contour to your body and provide support where it's needed, it is now a comfortable place to sleep even our dog is sleeping sounder.

Bought this mattress on a bit of a whim as there was only one review but it was worth the risk because it's fantastic. I have had back problems for years and this mattress has helped so much. Last mattress i had was a medium and i struggled getting up some mornings. Getting a great nights sleep now and i don't wake up with a bad back anymore. Really comfortable for a firm mattress and offers great support. Definitely recommend!

Best mattress ever, have not slept so well since having this mattress. We ordered our mattress online, which had a great deal on the one we wanted. Easy to place order, email confirmation striaght away. Was updated with delivery date by email and then again by text message both before and on the day. On day of delivery, the van pulled up within the time frame given. The 2 guys were really friendly. They off loaded the mattress and brought through the door, they offered to take up the stairs which wasnt required but appreciated the offer. All in all, great service from order to delivery. Will always get any new mattresses from them and woukd highly recommend if your looking for easy hassle free online shopping and delivery for you bedroom goods.
