This mattress carefully stitches together luxury, comfort and structural integrity, promising a night's sleep that is as restful as it is invigorating.

How we assessed it

The support comes from 2,000 full-size pocket springs. The 8,000 mini springs are listed with the comfort fillings, next to the wool, silk, cashgora and cotton, and I'd expect that mix to give a soft, springy top that lets a side sleeper's hip and shoulder sink in, as the soft to medium rating suggests. Natural fillings and the air vents in the border should keep it cooler than anything topped with foam. A sprung top like this should also be easy to turn over on, which is what I'd want for a restless sleeper. One owner who "struggled to find one on the soft side" was "really glad we found this one". It's 35cm deep and double-sided, so flipping it is a two-person job. Use the turning handles.

Delivery was earlier in the day than but we received a phone call 45mins before to ask if it was convenient. Delivery men really good with very heavy mattress and not a lot of room to manouver, put it on the bed as well.The mattress is superb, wanted one on the soft side of medium firm and it is just that while being supportive as well. struggled to find one on the soft side, really glad we found this one. Well worth the money.

Incredibly comfortable mattress, a real struggle to get out of bed in the morning, in a good way. For a mattress that is on the softer side it's very supportive, balance seems jsut right, no aches or pains, not like my old worn mattress. A worthwhile upgrade, happy to recommend.

Oh turning handles are pointless I hear you say. Just try flipping and turning this product without handles. It can be a pain.
