Brilliant service from start to finish, from going into our local dreams we were greeted with a smile and a very helpful guy which helped us find our perfect mattress starting with the mattress testing machine, even when we found out what firmness was best for us we still tried out multiple different mattress types to make sure we have chosen the perfect one for us. Payment went down well and fast forwarding to the delivery day, we had 2 very nice guys setting up our bed for us, very nice guys very talkative and new there stuff, highly trained and new things inside and out. Our service was 5 put of 5. To this day we love our bed and even if we didnt the 100 day guarentee is extremely helpful, would highly recommend.

Nice design and good quality bed. We got this as a first double bed for our teenage son, he loves the ottoman style and it has a nice, smooth hydraulic action which makes opening and closing easy to do. The fabric seems durable and with a nice mattress, this is a great bed. He's very happy and for the price, so am I. The Dreams delivery team were really nice, and even gave us a tip as we were building it ourselves. My husband and I managed that in an hour.

Quite disappointed with this bed, for the price its not the best quality. It has an awful smell to it also, we had the bed delivered on the 11/02/26 and the smell is still very strong and you can smell it as you enter my house. It is not pleasant. The duvet doesnt quite fit the bed its smaller than the bed frame and it moves very easy when you sit on the bed, i have had to buy grip mats to put under the mattress to try stop this happening. Unfortunately i would not recommend this bed.

The lads that came in took great care bringing everything in and built the bedframe quickly, leaving nothing behind other than instructions. The base went together easily and the instructions were clear. You do need two people to assemble the mechanism as it could trap fingers. A proper posi 3 and Ratchet spanner makes it easier but the tools supplied will do the job. I put some carpet anti slip between the mattress and base so when you lift the ottoman the mattress cant skid about . All in all we are happy

Lovely bed frame, looks beautiful and lots of space under. Easy to open and use the bar to keep you safe whilst accessing the bottom. My only criticism is that the mattress doesnt have any stoppers which means it slides slightly and moves down so have to keep pushing the mattress back up to the headboard. Nothing major for us but food for thought

Bought these x3 from Gloucester branch, where the manager was exceptional and the staff very helpful. The mattresses are very comfortable to sleep on, and all family members, find them to be equally so. The Ottoman bed is very practical as well, to store extra bedding etc underneath, and had a firm base.

I like this bed because of its colour and the fact that it's an ottoman. This one stood out for me because it doesn't have a strap to open it, it just has a gap to lift it up. This makes it look much better. The storage space is huge, and I haven't been able to fill it yet.

Am really pleased with this ottoman bed. The capacity of storage space is excellent. The bed is solid, it took 2 people 2 hours to assemble but it was worth the effort. Only slight negative is that the bed is low but given all the other positives I would recommend this bed.

Lovely bed frame. Love the colour it looks great in our bedroom. The ottoman top is easy to lift and the good thing is it has a pole to keep it up, for safety. There is great storage space. The bed is heavy once it's made up so make sure it is where you want it.

Building the bed is reasonably straight forward . Possibly more directions required when fitting the first under matress plank. Also the floor of the Ottoman is unusual in that it is not attached to anything and just lies on the bedroonm floor

The bed is lovely and a solid base but I was told the mattress wouldn't move. it doesnt have any stoppers on the frame. It does keep sliding when getting on an off the bed an im having to keep moving the mattress back which is very annoying.

This is a solid bed. I got this mainly for the solid base where the matress goes on top of, instead of buying the slat version due to those breaking easily. I can see this lasting many years to come without any issues.
