We've had our mattress now for about six weeks, but due to holidays, it's only been slept on for about half that time. Initially, very comfortable indeed - just the right degree of firmness giving support and relaxation. However, already after this short time, unevenness is evident in the mattress, with marked depressions where each of us spend most of our sleeping time. This does not augur well for any lasting resilience of the product. I would add that neither of us have excessive BMIs, and would be considered of average weight, so the mattress would not be thought to be over-stressed. The mattress cannot be "flipped" to even out wear, only rotated (which will be done). As the product is marketed as a "Premier Inn" mattress, I would note (having slept in a fair number of Premier Inn beds in my time) that I have no recollection of a mattress in one of their beds displaying the characteristics already evident on our new one. This is a disappointment, as we felt from the advertising that the product would be able to combine comfort with the robust longevity expected of an item designed and manufactured for continuous commercial use. Our early observations seem to indicate that any such expectation has been flawed, but hope springs eternal and we will, of course, keep a close watch on further wear and any diminishing of comfort levels. We can only hope that what we have seen so far is simply the product settling in, but.... We will review again with an update after a few more months.

My online mattress purchase was extremely stress-free & efficient. It's delivery was exactly as stated when the purchase was made; the information given regarding this was clear & precise. I was relieved at this, as the mattress was a gift & therefore being delivered to a different address to mine. The drivers for the delivery company were adept, capable & had a friendly demeanour. This mattress was chosen by its recipient; they maintain that they have always enjoyed a good night's sleep at (many & various) Premier Inn establishments, Apparently, when it was first placed on the bed base, the whole family (the children, anyway!) admired its depth & wondered at how high the bed now was ... testing its trampolining possibilities were prohibited I've been told that the mattress is a great success, with it's comfort being heartily applauded. So I'm told, it's delivering a great night's sleep & the unease & back pain suffered from the (very) old, inexpensive one are things of the past. I will say that its recipient has mentioned being rather too warm during the night, though it's still winter at the moment. I feel that the waterproof mattress protector (necessary due to a toddler's nightly visits) could possibly be a contributing factor to this. All in all, the mattress has been an extremely well-recieved, appreciated gift.

I was really pleased to be able to buy the new Premier Inn mattress after sleeping on one recently and desperately needing a new mattress was delighted to order and receive my new mattress quickly. That's the end of the praise I'm afraid. The mattress was absolutely not the hotel quality Silentnight mattress I had slept on. After two nights each side had dipped and sagged. There was a big ridge in the middle. The ones in the hotels are quite firm and lovely to sleep on. Clearly quality control has failed and corners on quality have been cut. On phoning to request a refund, the lady didn't seem at all surprised and didn't even ask what the problem was. The mattress was collected and pretty much bent almost in half when the two men came to collect it. The final bit of praise I can give to Premier Inn is that the mattress refund was made the day after it was collected and returned. Be aware you have 14 days to request a return. By the time it was collected (having had to go to Deams and order a new mattress which I should have done in the first place) the mattress was really hurting our backs and felt like a mattress that was ten years old. Sub standard product, really disappointed and my advice is don't buy. Dreadful, nothing good to say about it whatsoever.

For a very long time, I have suffered with lower back pain. I have tried osteopaths, physios, pills, yoga, tai chi.....the only time I have had any relief was when staying at a Premier Inn, when my back pain would disappear. Although I knew my bed was probably an issue, I simply couldn't afford to purchase the Premier Inn package, so I decided, when I could, I would get a mattress and see what happened. I purchased a Premier Inn Double Mattress at the end of December 2023 and for a few days, my back pain receded, only to return again after about a week. This was very depressing! I decided that the only possible reason must be the bed frame. So I mustered all my resources and in March purchased the ottoman divan base. This was literally a last resort and also the best decision I have ever made. Whilst I still get the occasional twinge, my pain is mostly gone - years of paying for private treatment could have been spent on this bed and I would have been cured much sooner! So, the moral of this review is: if you have back pain, try changing your bed before you pay out for anything else. You won't regret your decision to purchase a Premier Inn Ottoman Bed. By the way, the extra storage is really useful too!

Waited a long time to find the right mattress. As I have osteoarthritis in both knees, and now starting in my hips & going through the menopause which makes me hot at times, it was not easy to find a mattress, that could be supportive but soft, doesnt make me overheat which memory foam does. Then it hit me. Always had the best sleep and reduced pain in joints following day after sleeping at a Premier Inn. Scuttled off and researched, the cost for a king-size was a little eyewatering compared to other good brands on the market. But saved up as sleep quality is everything when you're in constant pain and menopausal. Best purchase ever. No longer waking several times at night groaning in pain as I turn over, finding it a struggle to fall back to sleep. Still get a little hot but the mattress is not adding to my body temp, which is a win still as others do increase my heat. No roll together with hubby. Delivery went smoothly, despite living on a Scottish Island they honoured the free delivery, not charging extra for delivery like some businesses do, or refusing the order outright. Fabulous experience all round, worth every penny for a more restful night's sleep. Thoroughly recommend.

I've wanted one of these mattresses for years! I've suffered with lower back problems for several years, which became significantly worse from the middle of last year. Since then I've had months of physiotherapy, an MRI scan and have even seen a spinal surgeon. Around four weeks ago we replaced our <girls name here beginning with E> Hybrid mattress with the Premier Inn Mattress and the difference has been remarkable. Although I am still undergoing specialist physiotherapy, I noticed an improvement in my sleep within a week. Before changing mattresses, I regularly woke up with aches and stiffness and often struggled to get out of bed in the morning. Since switching to the Premier Inn Mattress, those morning aches and pains have largely disappeared and I can now get straight out of bed without the same discomfort. I'm not suggesting a mattress can cure back problems, but it has made a significant difference in a surprisingly short period of time and has undoubtedly improved my comfort and sleep quality. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend it to anyone, particularly those who suffer from back pain or wake up feeling stiff and uncomfortable.

I've swapped beds and mattresses a lot! Over the years trying to find the right one for good sleep. Everything depends on sleeping well, mentally and physically, so after trying various mattresses before and after menopause and a really bad back and bulging discs before lockdown, I've finally found 'The One'.. I've read hundreds of reviews on lots of makes but this one seemed to be the best. It seemed quite expensive just for a mattress, I already had a nice divan base so I decided to purchase. I'm not disappointed in any way shake or form, the quality is superb, it looks luxurious and feels it too. Only needs rotating twice a year. May to September then September to May, the topper is soft but supportive, the colour and fabric are fabulous, the construction is top quality. This mattress fulfils its promises. I have gradually noticed my back pain has reduced a lot. The main difference I've found - I sleep undisturbed all night. Barely moving throughout the night. The comfort is amazing. I'm still experimenting with pillows, once that's sorted I'll be like a spring chicken again!. Highly recommended, worth every penny.

I was expecting a super comfortable, soft mattress - like the ones in their hotels, but that's not what I've been sent. My previous mattress was super firm - like sleeping on a board; I was looking forward to a bed that I'd sleep 'in' rather than 'on.' Sadly, this mattress doesn't live up to the promise - it certainly is not as comfortable as the hotel ones. I have an expensive memory foam mattress topper which I'd bought because my old mattress was so uncomfortable - I've now put this on my premier inn mattress and it's now bearable. The mattress isn't horrific, but it certainly is not what's promised. Needless to say, there's a reason they don't guarantee your sleep/comfort like they do in their hotels and there's no trial either. So I'm stuck with this mattress for the foreseeable as I don't want to waste the money I've spent. Really poor that it requires a memory foam topper to make it acceptable. If there was a mechanism to return it for a refund, I'd send it back without question, but there isn't. Disappointed with my purchase.

Disappointed, definitely not the quality and comfort of the Premier Inn Beds. We have only had it a few weeks and already it has Noticeable dips on both sides. Was told to turn the Mattress every 7 Days to let it settle what a load of Rubbish, can't see the premier inn doing this on their Mattresses, Even when you do the dips are still there just at the bottom of bed and then the top gets the same dips. You can feel the springs all around the sides of the Mattress, in fact the Springs are visible on the Mattress Bottom Layer, We had to put Foam between the Headboard and Mattress as the springs scrape on the Headboard every time we moved. and not impressed with the Mattresses having Premier inn written all over it. Definitely would not Recommend. don't waste your money, on what you think is the same as the Premier inn mattresses. Please stop Selling these Mattress in the name of Premier inn they are not up to the standards you would Expect and pay for. Would of like to put photos on but does not give you the option

We have slept on this mattress mow for 5 days and both my wife and my hips both hurt, been restlessly turning all night trying to get comfortable. For an expensive £800 Mattress we hoped for comfort. Both our kids mattresses and the spare Room mattress are more comfortable than this and they cost half the price. But ours is a King Size and we can't swap with them. This mattress manages somehow to be sagging where are hips are but also hurt from the springs. We are both fit middle aged with no hip ailments - until now. I honestly don't really want to sleep on it again tonight. I lay in the dark last night thinking about slipping one of my foam camping mats underneath. Having stayed at hundreds of Prem Ins I thought I was in good hands, this doesn't match their beds. I don't know whether to try and return it or have to buy one of those mega toppers. Never had this from any other mattress before. Save yourself this headache. AVOID ! So disappointed : (

Love my bed and pillows. We always stay in Premier Inns about 5 times a year gor the last 15 years and have always said it's the best nights sleep ever. I have rheumatoid arthritis and find it hard to sleep anywhere for more than 2 or 3 hrs without waking up in pain.With the premier inn bed I can sleep up to 6 hrs straight, it's a game changer because I still work full time and need quality sleep. I have just got out of hospital after 2 major surgeries and have to have bed rest for at least 6 weeks.My husband ordered the bed to be delivered on the day I got home and it's wonderful. It is quite expensive but now I can categorically say it is worth every penny. We bought the mattress, mattress protector and firm pillows.I hope at some point when we can afford it to buy the base as well. It is going yo make my recovery so much easier and in the long term will be invaluable in my struggle with Rheumatoid.Thankyou Maxine xx

Not happy. We've stayed in countless Premier Inn locations, all having the most luxurious and comfortable sleeping experience we've come across, hence why we decided to spend what to us is as a lavish amount of money, especially as we come from humble surroundings.. we would never normally spend this much on anything! It just seemed worth it, neither of us are getting younger and we wanted a better sleeping experience, more comfort, more support, so as to not wake up every morning feeling like we hadn't slept at all. Well, this new bed was supposed to alleviate these problems, it's done exactly the opposite, we haven't got a good nights sleep since the bed arrived and it's left my partner and I in discomfort, distress, disappointment & as a whole, dissatisfied. I need one of the team to contact me immediately about how this ongoing matter is going to be addressed and subsequently rectified. Thanks.

As a photographer and tour guide I spend well over 250 nights per year in various beds ranging from camping to 5 Star hotels in various countries. When considering a replacement for my own mattress I reflected on how reliably rested I felt when overnighting in Premier Inns and became aware of the opportunity to buy one of the mattresses supplied. Price was OK, ordering simple, delivery straightforward. Having had the mattress for good few weeks at the time of year when I spend more time at home I am pleased to report improved sleep, and a more comfortable back on waking, now usually only once and in the morning. On further reflection after another good night's sleep, it's probably the best value for money household purchase I made in a decade even if I had not been able to take advantage of the recent discount. Already recommended to my daughter who is in the midst of moving homes!.

Would not purchase a Premier Inn mattress again. When it arrived there were greasy marks on it. When we went to bed the off gassing from the mattress made my wife feel sick and cause her to have a headache. In the early hours I awoke feeling sick with a headache, sore throat and feeling short of breath. The following morning I contacted the telephone number on the order (Silent Night) and was told that the mattress would not cause any ill effects to us. The person did not appear to recognise or acknowledge that their product had caused us such discomfort and the need to move to a spare room. Having read the label on the mattress a warning is issued about possible skin irritation!! Have slept in many Premier Inns with really comfortable mattresses in the past without feeling any ill effects. This encouraged us to buy a Premier Inn mattress. Ours fell well short of expectations.

We took delivery of our new King size mattress on 28th May. Within a couple of days we have noticed (probably not very clear from the photos I have attached) that it has a developed a hump in the middle and sags on each side where we lie. Initially I thought it might spring back but it does not seem to. Neither my partner nor I are particularly heavy (I am 98kg and 6ft2in and she is considerably less). We have turned the mattress around as suggested on a weekly basis. The bed frame it rests on is wooden slatted and very firm so I do not think it is anything to do with the frame. It is not a problem we have come across when staying in your hotels which we do frequently. We have always found the beds to be particularly comfy and flat which is why we purchased this mattress. The sag on each side is over 35 - 40mm and I have checked this with a piece of wood and a ruler.

We have failed on a few occasions now to find the perfect mattress for my wife and my differing requirements over the years!! I prefer firm and she prefers a soft mattress. We have now had this premier inn mattress for about six weeks, and can honestly say, this is the best most comfy mattress with regards to the balance of firmness and softness we have ever owned in 30 years of marriage! It is fabulous, and is not the most expensive mattress we have bought and tried! It's also worth adding that we both have issues that come from having very active lives, back pains, shoulder/neck issues, and we have actually found that this mattress has meant we have woken up in a lot less discomfort! And generally better rested. We can 100% recommend this mattress without hesitation, only regret is having not bought one years ago and saved wasted money on the wrong mattresses!

Excellent delivery procedures. Very comfortable mattress. However...very unhappy. When I unwrapped the mattress, I found a label saying it had been treated with Permethrin. This is a biocidal chemical intended to kill bedbugs and dust mites. The manufacturer's data sheet for Permethrin Cream says "may worsen symptoms of asthma or eczema". This may explain why I have twice had asthma attacks on entering Premier Inn bedrooms. The mattress smells bad, so I have vacuumed it twice, ventilated the room and now I will buy an anti-allergy mattress cover. I can't return the mattress because my old mattress was taken away by the delivery team. Some customers may be happy to have a biocidal chemical in their home, but they should be told about the Permethrin before purchase. I would also like to know if the mattress is fire retardant - not stated on the label.

Aways liked the Premier Inn bed when staying in the hotel so we thought we would order one when when we needed a new mattress. Ordered it on line, delivered a couple of week later. From day one it never felt as good as the ones in the hotel. Did all the correct things turning the mattress each week, and within 10 days indents appeared on both sides and would not spring back. We checked the measurements of the received mattress and the depth was nearly 30mm lower than advised in the technical specifications. Phoned the excellent Silent Night customer services who said that they could either arrange for another mattress to be sent or a full refund. Mattress being collected this week. We were disappointed as the hotel beds are always so comfortable. Will do the old fashioned way with the replacement. Try and talk to someone before you buy.

Impressed by the mattress after a one night stay at a premier inn, we invested in one when changing from our old mattress. Well designed and packed, the item was delivered in a timely fashion. The mattress is fine, but did not quite live up to our expectations. The one in the premier inn seemed more comfortable and supportive which gave us an excellent nights sleep and left us refreshed and without the usual back pains. Whilst the new one is decent enough, we have not had the same undisturbed and relaxing experience. Would I recommend it to others? I would suggest a few nights trial, but it does seem somehow different from the hotel version, which I see others have noted. It didn't live up to expectations, not significantly better than other options. A 40 day trial period, like other makes, would have been more satisfactory

We bought this mattress after having an emma mattress. At first we weren't quite sure if it was for us but we decided to give it a month. It took 3 weeks to adjust to the difference and for the mattress to soften and we absolutely love it 10/10. The comfort is just on another level compared to the emma mattress that we had previously returned twice due to a fault. I had a bad back when we were using the emma mattress however we stayed over in one of London's premier inns for 4 nights and miraculously my back had eased almost disappeared, bust most importantly for me was the comfort and best nights sleep I had in years which lead me to purchasing this mattress. Its not too hard and definitely not too soft just right. Couldn't ask for a better mattress. Perfect! I will be purchasing the pillows too.....

After staying at a Premier Inn and waking up feeling more rested than I had in ages, I knew I had to find out what mattress they used. To my delight, they sell the exact same Super King mattress used in their hotels - and honestly, it's been a total game-changer. The mattress strikes the perfect balance between firm support and soft comfort. I no longer wake up with backaches or tossing and turning all night. It's just the right level of firmness for both me and my partner (and we don't always agree on mattresses!). Delivery was smooth and professional, and the setup was hassle-free. The mattress is heavy, as you'd expect for the size and quality, so it's definitely a two-person job - but absolutely worth it. If you're looking for hotel-quality sleep at home, this is it. Highly recommend!

This if a firm mattress compared to what we had before. The issue we had was our old mattress kept dipping causing me and the wife to role into the middle. The last mattress gave us bad backs as well, the beauty of this mattress is it's firm with just enough comfort although it will take a few weeks at least to fully adjust to a firmer mattress, I am confident at the moment that we will adjust and this mattress wont start dipping like the last one. If you get a bad back after sleeping and sleep with a partner give this a go but be prepared to give it a few weeks/months to adjust if your use to a less firm mattresses. I think we have finally found the mattress that suits us but will know for certain in the coming weeks but so far I'm really impressed and noticed a difference to our sleep

Great mattress and very comfortable which was what I hoped for. However purchasing from the Scottish islands is a problem. Although I was advised that there would be a delay because of our location, it took around 4 weeks instead of 7-10 days on mainland UK. Delivery here is not normally an issue and orders arrive from other major companies reasonably quickly. I did not get notification of a delivery date from the local courier and just happened to be home when it arrived. In addition, the mattress was delivered by 1 man, not two and although he was very helpful he needed help to get it into the house. I then asked a couple of friends to get it upstairs for me later that day. So, great mattress but consideration needs to be given if thinking of purchasing from the Scottish Islands.

After only 13 nights sleeping on it we were already noticing heavy sagging of the mattress (40-50mm dips) and a central 'ridge' already appearing. This did not seem right for a brand new mattress less than 2 weeks old, and is worse already than the old mattress we got rid of that was about 8 years old. We would not expect a new mattress to permanently dent this early on in its life. This mattress is not the same as they use in the Premier Inn hotels. It is hard, feels cheap (but was not), and is not representative of the quality of those we use when we stay in Premier Inn hotels. We contacted Silent night for a refund within the 14 days and it has been actioned promptly for a full refund and the mattress collected although, of course, we now need to find another new mattress.

My husband & I both have bad backs & we have previously had an Emma & Tempur mattresses which were good but no where near as good as this. I'm a side sleeper but hubby is a back sleeper and this mattress is great for both. I wish we had brought this one before as we would have saved money and discomfort because they were great to start with and easily go the 100 days trial period but after that the comfort quickly falls away. Premier Inn beds have always been comfortable whenever we have stayed in one so we figured they obviously know their beds so why not try and we are so happy we did. Hubby says it's not as warm when you first get in and takes longer for him to get cosy warm but as a menopausal woman I find I don't get as hot during the night so it's so much better for me.

I purchased the Premier Inn mattress expecting the same comfort and quality as the ones in their hotels, but I couldn't be more disappointed. This mattress feels nothing like what you experience during a hotel stay. It's far less supportive and nowhere near as comfortable. To make matters worse, the trial period is only 14 days, which is barely enough time to properly assess whether a mattress works for you. Unfortunately, I was unable to fully test it within that timeframe, and now I'm stuck with a mattress that I find uncomfortable and not fit for purpose. I had high hopes based on my hotel experiences, but this product has not lived up to the hype. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for the same level of comfort as Premier Inn's hotel beds. Hugely disappointing.

To say " the best investment " would be an understatement! I have stayed in a number of Premier Inns and a fair amount of hotels, and always said to myself how comfy but firm the mattress is in Premier Inns. Our last stay was in Dover, upon waking after a excellent night's sleep I decided it was time, so checked out the website and bought a Premier inn king size mattress. Upon arrival the delivery guys removed our old mattress, placed the new one on the bed, removed the wrapping. Whole process about 10 minutes. It's been a week now and practically all my back pains have vanished. My wife loves it as she cant feel me moving about, happy wife happy life! Yes they are not cheap, but like everything else in life, you get what you pay for. It's well worth the investment

Extremely disappointed in this mattress. I wish I had read more reviews before I purchased. But I felt I had reviewed as I've stayed in dozens of Premier Inns and they've all always had fantastic mattresses on the beds. I suspect that the mattresses they sell to the public or more cheaply made and inferior to the ones in the hotels. If I could get my money back, I would and I would never ever recommend anyone to purchase these mattresses. My mattress arrived six weeks ago and already there is a significant dip in the mattress, the sort of thing you would expect after several years at least of continuous use. I suspect that after several years I will have no choice but to buy again. This mattress wasn't cheap. It took all my savings and I'm really not happy at all.

Was a bit apprehensive about buying online read all the reviews and went and tried a few mattress instore so I knew what I needed and this definitely seemed to be the correct one going by the information I collected. It was totally the right mattress for me, I'm post major abdominal surgery with lower back and hip pain, what a difference, I'd always recommend to go try mattress gather your info and work out what's best for you online, all the research paid off, delighted with our mattress. Only bug bare was the time it took to come their reasoning was because of kings coronation but I'd ordered more than a week before that and had to wait nearly a week after ridiculous excuse in my eyes but delivered by the guys put on bed no problem and more than happy.

Plus points - Very happy. Good depth and support and I'll be honest my sleep has improved. I like the fact the topper can change around and it feels quality. Well after years of staying in Premier Inn beds, it was time to bring that experience home. Ordering couldn't be easier. I had a few questions before I made the commitment, so I email the team at Silent Night, all of the questions were answered, and from that I just had to put the order in. It took about three weeks from the order to the delivery, which was exceptional considering the weather that hit the UK in mid January, and it had to travel overseas to get to me. It arrived, within an hour it was on the bed. I made the decision not to lay on it until it was time to go to bed, and what a great nights sleep I had. That has continued every night since it arrived, so if anyone is thinking about getting one of these, go for it, you'll be glad you did.

After years of praising Premier Inn beds I finally decided to buy one. At first glance, it seems above market price for a mattress. But when you consider that: 1. It's not a gamble whether it would be comfortable or not. You've tested it in the hotels and you know it's good. 2. The topper is included and IT IS THE BEST. I've tried a few toppers over the years and they're great for a 2 weeks then it just goes flat! This hasn't so far and is genuinely plushy and firm. 3. Delivery. Although it's often included when you buy a mattress this is guaranteed free, and they are accurate with the delivery day. The men delivering it are very nice and take it to the room of your choosing. I'm overall very happy with my purchase (if you couldn't tell!).

Although the delivery time confirmation came later than ideal, the drivers' friendly professionalism more than made up for it. I was worried....changing mattresses is such a huge commitment and we hadn't slept on the premier inn mattress since we stayed on one a few years ago so I kinda bought it blind hoping it was as good as I remembered and it sure is!!! I like a firm mattress however I have lost a lot of weight so was also worried it would be too firm but I have added a plush topper and it's perfect with that. Not sure if it will be too firm without it but will find out when it gets hotter as I will take the topper off. My only criticism is that it doesn't look very nice. It's ugly, and a horrible colour which makes it look grubby. I did not enjoy the delivery either as the men stunk of BO which lingered in my bedroom for ages.

Had this double mattress approx a month now and love it. Wasnt sure whether to get an Emma or Simba they are definitely comfortable but i get too hot sleeping on them. They are also more expensive. This mattress is sold as medium firmness, to me its quite firm i was a bit worried at first it was a bit too firm for me but i have noticed i feel so much more awake in the morning, i can only put it down to a better sleep, i dont feel any different when im going to sleep, the mattress is comfortable but i must sleep deeper or something, definitely would recommend. I'm thinking about replacing the spare room with one now. Only trouble i have to buy new fitted sheets that are for deep mattresses now.

We saw the premier inn beds advertised and my wife and I agreed thar every stay at a premier inn we had a great nights sleep, so it was a no brainer to purchase a king size mattress ,i went online and ordered , mattress delicered within 3 days by two gents who were really good and they took the old mattress away as well , it was definitely worth the extra fee to remove old mattress. So i recommend you to add this on to the price. Never slept so well a very posative purchase , I even went on to order a winter and summer king size duvet and two firm and two soft pillows, and will be ordering more beds and linen shortly as we are so impressed with the speed of delivery and contact .

I recently purchased the Premier Inn Double Mattress and have been extremely impressed. It's very comfortable, supportive, and has genuinely improved my sleep. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a better night's rest. Delivery was exactly as scheduled, and the drivers were polite and efficient. The only downside was the protective packaging, which arrived quite dusty - it looked like the mattress had been stored for some time. When it was leaned against the wall, the dust left marks. The mattress di get marked slightly when removing the packing. The packaging could definitely be improved. Overall, an excellent product with just one small area for improvement.

We ordered a king size mattress when it arrived it was damaged so I refused the delivery. I contacted the company straight away and the customer service I received was excellent they ordered another one for me and within an hour I got a call with a new delivery date. When the new one arrived it was perfect. The staff are so nice and very helpful from the people on the phones to the delivery men and the updates you get for when your mattress is on its way is brilliant. I would definitely recommend this so much as we feel like we're sleeping in the clouds the most comfortable sleep ever. I am always wanting an early night and never want to get up. We stayed at a Premier Inn in September and after realising you could buy a Premier inn mattress I started reading the reviews and decided to purchase with it arriving 4 weeks ago. First impressions were its a new mattress so I thought it would take some getting used too. I then thought after a few days I love this mattress however 4 weeks in there is the deep ridge others mention and the mattress is not the same as in a Premier Inn. It is certainly not as sturdy as my last Silentnight mattress. It moves very easily around the base when you put on the fitted sheet. I have a comfy nights sleep but I am disappointed with the quality and would not purchase again or recommend.

We bought our mattress because I wasn't getting enough sleep and my husband wasn't getting enough restful sleep and was also getting backache. We had a foam mattress. It was a recommended good quality one, was a well known make and quite expensive! But it wasn't giving either of us enough support. We knew how comfortable the beds were at Premier Inn and having stayed at another Premier Inn recently, we decided to order one. It's brilliant! My husband is no longer getting the backache and twinges that he was and I'm sleeping much better. I never sleep brilliantly but that isn't down to the mattress, but I'm definitely sleeping better. Check your old mattress size before buying this premier mattress as this new one is 4 inches narrower than a standard uk one we removed, just ordered a new double size matters thinking it would be the same and its not, its so narrow that the normal size uk pillows meet in the middle of the bed touching each other and the out side of the pillows are dead in line with the out side edge of the mattress, We paid hundreds of pound out and they have cut the size down to save money or something, we are so disappointed and feel like we have been coned. we only gave it two stars as its very confutable but doesn't leave any room between two adults sleeping side by side.

Online purchasing processes was simple and bonus was for a reasonable fee the old mattress was whisked away! I had a long holiday driving around England and stopped at a couple of Premier Inns..which I had done on previous years and realised that whenever I slept there I had no back trouble. Having had a great night's sleep in a Premier Inn and being in the market for a new mattress we ordered one. At 60 years old we thought we had enough experience to make a sensible purchase, how wrong we were! I am truly disappointed to share the mattress we received cannot be exactly the same as we had slept on. My husband left the bed for the spare room after 2 hours. I soldiered on through the night but we both concluded it was an expensive mistake. Apparently the only difference is the topper is sown into the one we had and removable from the hotel one for hygiene reasons. The 2 stars are for the excellent follow up we had from Customer Services.

I have read all the comments and was a bit worried as I love this mattress when staying at the hotels. I had an Emma mattress for 3 years which was terrible, uncomfortable and caused back and hip pain. We have a wooden frame super king bed. We have had this mattress for a month now and my back, hip and knee pain has gone. It's firmer than my previous and was a little apprehensive but please believe me it is so comfortable! My husband and I are plus size people and we can jump straight out of bed instead of shuffling in pain as the previous Emma matters left us crippled. It is the best money we've spent in years. The mattress arrive on time an well packaged. The 2 delivery men were polite and efficient and deposited the mattress in the required room. Sadly, the mattress proved to be considerably firmer than the one that the wife had slept on recently at a Premier Inn Hotel. This was a big disappointment to us both as sleeping on it was not at all comfortable. To their credit, Premier Inn seemed happy to arrange a returns collection (although we have had to wait 2 weeks for this) and will then process a refund of the full purchase price. Can't really fault Premier Inn for their customer service, but the mattress itself was a huge disappointment.

Decided to give this mattress a go. Always slept well on the beds when we have stayed at premier inn. Ordered a kingsize mattress. It was delivered in the 10 working days timeframe. I have osteo and rumatoid arthritis. The mattress we owned wasnt cheap and we have tried a panda mattress topper. I was still waking up with a sore back, hips and shoulders. Since we have the premier inn mattress this has reduced at least 95%. This impacts on the rest of my day if ive not woken up in such pain and stiffnesd. I ordered my new premier inn mattress in June and received it in July. We also bought a new bed base from Dreams. I was looking forward to sleeping on my new bed as I have always had a great nights sleep when we stay in a Premier Inn. However I have not had a good nights sleep when since except when staying at my sons or in a hotel. The bed is extremely hard and I now wake up after little sleep with a sore back and sore arm and shoulder and neck on the side I sleep on. We will now have to buy a new mattress to replace this one or an extremely comfortable mattress topper. The delivery was great and the the men were very helpful.

Firstly the pluses, the beds topper / fabric on top does keep cool as advertised without any overheating at night. Now for the negatives the bed crucially lacks any kind of support, if you weigh over 14/15 stone I would seriously consider a different option as you will basically just fall through the middle of the bed, sinking in way to much for any decent nights sleep. I found myself tossing and turning just trying to find an even surface for weeks. Definitely more medium than firm. The bed basically looks like a very cheap thin support base with a massive topper sewed on. Not recommended for anyone above a certain weight!

It's still early days to give a review on a mattress, we've have had ours now for about a month. The mattress is firm to sit on and perhaps being firmer than our previous mattress, we expected it to feel rather hard to sleep on. However, that is not the case and instead, our review has very little to say about what it feels like to sleep on. We don't notice the mattress at all and can't say if it's hard/firm or soft - it's neither. I think that's a good thing. It must be so comfortable that we don't notice that it's there. Ordering and delivery were super easy and straight forward as well, at an affordable price.

Delivery very good after I had to iron out an issue. Mattress is as expected as we use Premier Inns, ends up quite deep with the mattress topper on but my fitted sheets fit ok. I'm 5' tall and have to really lift my leg up and lift myself into bed. We have a divan base with drawers underneath so don't know wether this makes the whole bed higher but something to bear in mind if you're small with mobility issues. Overall very comfortable but I didn't give 5 stars as I really expected to do away with me rolling slightly down towards my partner. I expected it maybe to be a bit firmer but it's still a good mattress.

We needed a new mattress, and i happened to have one night away from home in a premier inn - and I slept really well! Now I have used it for a month I can review - The mattress is thinner than my previous one so it doesn't have the luxury feel I like. I will need new bedding as all my current fitted sheets are now too baggy and slip on the bed. I know that isn't the mattress' fault - I should have taken more notice of the measurements to get the deep mattress I like. At first I thought I had made a mistake with purchasing this matress as it seemed a lot firmer and it wasn't as padded as my previous mattress however as premier inn did advise on its website to give it a few nights for you to adjust to it, you won't be disappointed. Pleased to say they live up to their statement. After say 4 nights I loved it and awoke up feeling freshed and less achey in my neck and shoulder areas. I was also able to lie on my shakti spike mat easier on this mattress before bed which is a bonus. I did also treat myself to premier inn padded matress protecter which added to its comfort.

We expected this mattress to be as comfortable as the Prem Hotel beds that we've slept in several times. I'm not sure if it's because our mattress is a Double and the tension could be firmer than the hotel 5ft beds, but feel disappointed to be honest as it doesn't have the same softness under my ribs. Maybe there is another thin soft layer/enhancer between the hotel sheets and the mattress, I'll have to look next time I'm staying in a Prem Inn hotel. My husband says his back doesn't ache now we have changed from our previous expensive firm mattress to this one, but the jury is still out for me.

This is the first I am having to sleep properly, I have bought mattresses in th last 3 years, all rubbish even though they were very expensive. Had body pains every morning to the point it became normal to wake up in pains I had to resort to sleeping on the floor, it was that bad!!! Great mattress only shame was the hassle to get the delivery men to actually take the mattress to our loft conversion bedroom which being disabled was one of the main reasons we ordered the premier inn mattress, along with the happiness with the nights sleep we get when we stay at a premier inn , so all in all a great product and after standing firm and a couple of phone calls the delivery men got the mattress installed without bending if and thus far all is good , also the mattress disposal service was worth the extra as it would have been problematic for myself to remove and dispose of it

Having stayed at a premier inn many times and we were in the market for a new mattress this was a no brainer. Mattress is more on the firm side than medium so bear this in mind. Having this for only a couple of weeks now, I can say it is well built compared to our old mattress which was not cheap. So far sleep has been very good and no aches or pains from changing. The knock down on one point was the packaging. It was covered in black dust so made our hallway dirty taking it upstairs. Delivery was fine and communication was spot on. Would I recommend this, yes without a doubt.

Matress sinking on the sides. Where my and my partner lie the matress is sinking, and then is raised in the middle where we don't lie. Not like a normal mattress where it springs back into place once you have left the bed. You can visibly see the sinking. Have rang silent night and they said we needed to rotate it every week which is something we have been doing. We have only had it a month and half so Hoping in a month or so it will even itself if we keep rotating but if not will be seeking a new mattress. Not the mattress we stayed on when we have been to the premier inn.

We ordered this mattress as we liked the ones used by Premier Inn. Sadly this appears to be nothing like the one in the hotels. The mattress is extremely light and feels very poor quality, almost like a budget item. We have had it four weeks and despite turning weekly as advised have dips in it already...and we are far from big people. To me it feels like sleeping in a hammock and I can see it being replaced within six months at the most. I would encourage you to shop elsewhere for a similar but better quality product, it literally is nothing like what you get in the hotels.

Desperately needing a new mattress to help recovery from a back operation and already having one Premier Inn Mattress, we were disappointed t have to refuse delivery of the first mattress as the courier had torn the covering plastic and the mattress was wet an dirty on one corner. This mattress was as comfy as we hoped it would be - from the first night. After our first night's sleep we both remarked that we were expecting to spend a few sleeps getting used to the feeling of the new mattress, but that just didn't need to happen. One of the reasons we bought this mattress was because it looked as though it was going to be so much easier to rotate than our old one: that's an important consideration at our age. We love the label that reminds you when you need to do the rotation, so we hope the topper really is as light and manoeuvrable as promised.

For 6 months due house hunting after selling my home in spain and returning to the uk I spent 6 months staying in various premier inns and sleeping on their wonderful mattresses. Personally I prefer a medium to firm mattress to relieve any back pain that I have on and off. The premier inn mattress does just that, and my sleep is comfortable and restful. This is undoubtedly the best mattress that I have ever slept on and invested in. And I would gladly recommend it to anyone who wants this type of grade in a mattress. Amazing king size mattress. Had first night sleep in the new bed and it's wonderful! Thought I'd have a bad sleep with adjusting to new mattress but slept really well. The bed is a lovely Quality and so comfortable. Really pleased with the purchase. We went bed shopping last year but it was a bit overwhelming going around the shops. (Cue the offspring jumping on all of the mattresses!) We then decided to go with the silent night premier inn mattress as we already knew it's a great bed. A flawless, stress free experience - we highly recommend!

I absolutely love my mattress, I have slept in many a premier inn beds & was concerned that the mattress may not be as good as I remembered as when I stay at a premier inn I'm normally staying there as I'm attending a celebration & may of had several drinks lol, but I recently stayed in one when away with work & I was stone cold sober & still had a fab sleep! So ordered my mattress & have slept brilliantly since! I do think you need to advise people they will need to order deep sheets as I had overlooked this & struggled the 1st night.

The mattress is comfortable however the mattress is advertised as 28.5cm deep. We measured our old mattress & that was 28.5cm deep but when this one arrived it was 26cm deep. They sent a replacement but this is exactly the same - disappointed as it's not the same as the ones in a Premier Inn. It lacks that extra bit of plushness & is just a basic mattress - wish we hadn't bought it & gone back to a Sealy mattress which was more expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. If you want a budget mattress then you won't be disappointed.

Was looking forward to take delivery of our new mattress to go with our new bed and was a little disappointed the delivery men refused to take to mattress upstairs but after a little persuasion and help from myself they finally agreed the mattress itself we were a little disappointed we have stayed at the premier inn on numerous occasions and this is not the mattress we were expecting it's very firm not like the premier inn ones which are really comfortable and allows for a good night sleep maybe after a little while it will loosen up

I was recommended this by my chiropractor as I suffer from back issues. I had a tempur mattress before. My chiropractor isn't keen on tempur mattresses as she feels they can make things worse, rather than better. Sure, some if that might be opinion, but she's got many years experience in the field, and I trust her implicitly. Eventually I relented and went with her recommendation, and I'm so pleased I did. I don't get out of bed in the mornings with a stiff back, and have to hobble across the bedroom until i can stretch my back out.

I've been debating buying one for a while and have spent lots of time researching mattresses online. We did have a memory foam one prior to this but found it too hot and too squashy. We stayed in a premier inn recently and it sealed the deal after a great night's sleep. The mattress is so much more comfortable thant our last one, whilst firmer it feels far more supportive and not too hot. I have now slept on this for a full week and I am getting excellent quality sleep. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Sadly this mattress is nothing like the ones we've slept on in the PI hotels. It's absolutely rock hard (as opposed to firm) and like sleeping in the floor. My hips were so sore after a few hours each night I've had to move into another room. The problem is the far too thin topper (almost no padding to be honest) and no give whatsoever in the springs. Other members of the family have tried it (just in case I was being over sensitive) but they've all said the same as me. We will have to dispose of it and buy something else now.

We were delighted when we saw that Premier Inn were selling the same mattresses they have in their hotels, and at such a reasonable price, too compared to other comperable mattresses. We've always had a great night's sleep at Premier Inns. I ordered a king size, which was delivered within two weeks. Really good comms and tracking information, and the delivery chaps were great. The mattress is every bit as comfortable as we'd hoped. We've had it since early June, and both had really good sleep since. I highly recommend it!

The mattress is great - just what I had expected comfort wise, but I am absolutely furious that having waited a month for it, when it arrived it was a fixed, non-replaceable memory foam toper despite the mattress with the zipped topper being advertised at the same price within one week of my ordering it. I didn't notice at first and, once I realised, It was too late too return it. As Premier Inn change this every year on their own beds, it seems that after a couple of years I shall have a useless mattress. I'm not Impressed.

As a regular user of Premier Inns, I've have always slept very well. So decided to go with the new version 2.0. I can honestly say, this is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The mattress is medium/firm which I thought might be a bit too firm, but is perfect. I've never felt hot or uncomfortable due to the new gel/foams either. The quality of the material finish is exceptional compared to the many beds I've looked at in the usual High St shops. Excellent purchase and will definitely buy again when needed.

Initially, when we got this mattress about six weeks ago I said that it was just as uncomfortable as the mattress I had recently taken to the dump. I was told by Premier Inn Beds that new mattresses need a "bedding in" (no pun intended) period and to wait a while before making a judgement. Well, after six weeks the jury is still out. We can't decide if the mattress is indeed "bedding in" or whether we are just getting used to sleeping on an uncomfortable mattress. We'll wait a while longer and make our minds up then.

At almost £900, it's a lot of money to spend on a mattress. But after having the most amazingly comfy mattress and wonderful night sleep at a recent premier inn, we didn't think twice about buying our new mattress from here. Sadly the mattress isn't anywhere near as comfy as the premier inn mattress we had slept on, despite me stripping back the covers and taking photos of the labels to make sure it was identical. It's hard, firm, not comfortable basically. So I've had to go out and buy toppers. Really disappointed.

I have to say very disappointed. The mattress had a slight bulge at the bottom on delivery. I reported it and was told it would settle it was just because of the delivery of it. I was not convinced. Unfortunately then I had the worst two nights sleep I've had in a long time on it, it was far worse than the old mattress of 15 years that I had just got rid of. Needless to say, I have arranged for it to be returned. I have always slept very well on Premier Inn mattresses but this did not come up to scratch at all.

I was especially pleased to hear that these mattresses only need the top layer turning - I'm approaching old age and find lifting a heavy mattress difficult even with help. Hubby loves it's ..to hard for me. Hoping it will soften a bit, gives me sore hips uncomfortable to sleep well I'm disappointed . Hope I don't have to by a topper after spend that much on a mattress...doesn't feel as good as the hotels but only had it two weeks . Also bought the mattress cover that's a disaster doesn't stay flat wrinkles up very easily..I bought the silent night to match the mattress to avoid this problem a complete waste of money . Give the mattress 2.5 /5 as the hubby loves it for his back .

Nothing like the mattresses at the hotels. Very hard and no real forgiving layer on top. We're now going to have to make do with it and hope that a very soft mattress topper helps. I've had to move out of the bedroom to sleep in the spare room in the meantime. Would never recommend this mattress, especially based on the assumption as a lot of people would have that, having slept really well in Premier Inns, that mattress would be the same and therefore we've tested it out multiple times - sadly not the case!

Premier inn bed is absolutely brilliant better than the ones in the hotels but obviously a new bed hasn't had the usage like the ones in the hotels . It's the first time in years of not waking up with a bad back and ache joints it really is wort every penny be it £700 pounds but like they say you get what you pay for ..I only purchased the bed due to leaflets in the hotel room at Arundel saying that you can purchase a bed on line and knowing my old bed was getting on a bit I'd thought I'd treat myself..

Mattreas sunk after 2 weeks. Contacted customer services and suggested I turn weekly for the first 6 months to combat this. This is not in any of the post sale information. I did, and after 6 weeks it had sunk even more. The mattress was comfortable despite this, but due to lack of trust that it would last I have returned for a refund. Very disappointed. Feels like they're selling a product that is not in fact the same as they use in the hotels, I've never seen one sunk in a premier inn. Disappointing.

I deliberately waited a couple of weeks to review our lovely Premier Inn bed. I had been experiencing back pain heralding the need for a new mattress. After much research - and another stay at Premier Inn, the decision was made and this mattress just feels like "my bed". All back pain has dissipated and, like other customers, I now have trouble leaving the bed each morning where previously I couldn't stay in the bed once awake, due to pain and discomfort. We are delighted with our new Premier Inn Mattress. Delivery was bang on time and the delivery team were really helpful. It was great to have our old mattress removed (small charge, but less than getting the local authority to collect it.) We are sleeping very well and the new mattress seems cooler than our last one which is wonderful as we are in the middle of a warm spell. Had to return mattress as it was nothing like the silentnight mattresses in the hotels!...when delivered the plastic round the mattress stunk of diesel, the actual mattress smelt of chemicals and that never went away, and as for the mattress it was like sitting on hardboard, i know you have to give it time to settle which i did, but it was like they forgot to put the topper inside the actual built in topper, it had ridges in it and was VERY uncomfortable, not impressed and wouldnt recommend

Having stayed at Premier inns on many occasions and always had a great night sheep when I learned that I could buy a similar mattress I jumped at it. I checked with trust pilot and all the reviews were very positive. I ordered a king size and was given a delivery date of 2 weeks. I was kept informed of the progress and was advised within minutes of when it would arrive . It did not disappoint. A very comfortable mattress which gives me great comfort.I can highly recommend this arrangement.

Unfortunately I just didnt get on with this mattress. Having stayed in plenty of Premier Inn Hotels in the past and always found the beds very comfortable, I thought that this is what I would be getting. Sadly this isnt the case. The mattress is nowhere near firm enough and started to sag within a matter of weeks. To be fair to them, they did send a replacement, but the same thing has happened again. Its incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on and doesn't provide anywhere near enoguh support.

I have had two of these mattresses, and to be honest I have not had the second one for more than six months and it has sagged and a lump has formed in the middle. It is really unsupportive now. They are definately not the same mattresses as the Premier inn. I am personally very dissapointed as I have turned the matress every week and could not have done any more to try and combat the issue. Silent night have honoured the guarantee, and that is the positive thing about having this mattress

This was a replacement for a previous Premier Inn mattress - we loved the comfort but it was 6 yrs old, but it was time to change! The new mattress is much "firmer" and has not been as comfortable there are some nights when you wake due to the "firm" surface causing pressure on your hips. As it's only been about 6 weeks we are continuing in the hope it may improve. We stayed in a Premier Inn last weekend and realised just how bad our new mattress is compared to that bed! Having slept in numerous premier inns I have always had a good night sleep. The mattress was delivered on time without any problems. Having slept on many Premier Inn mattresses before, I was a little surprised just how firm this mattress was. It's definitely on the firmer side of "medium ". It took us a few weeks to get used to it. Now having had the mattress for a few month's, turning it several times, both my wife and I find the mattress very comfortable. The mattress has settled nicely no sags or dips so far. Love the mattress but the ordering and delivery process is a nightmare, ordered on a Saturday and never had a confirmation email to say they had the order only had an email from the delivery company to say it was coming on the Wednesday. Ordered next day so was expecting Monday or latest Tuesday. When delivered the guys stood in my house making it feel uncomfortable while they did the paperwork. We received our Premier Inn King size mattress approx.1 month ago and its amazing, we turn the mattress topper weekly and will do so for 8 weeks, recommended by the customer service team, it's easy to rotate by one person. Although ours is one of Hypnosis mattresses and Silent night as currently being sold. I would agree with the other reviewers, this is not a genuine Premier Inn mattress. We were really looking forward to its arrival, but sadly it is not the same at all. The mattress is around 3 months old and has dipped badly where we sleep and is nowhere near as comfortable as the genuine ones. I am really disappointed as we will need to replace it again in the very near future.
