I've had back ache from our bed for 4 years. It caused restless nights, and the need to get up early to relieve the pain by walking about. Our mattress was new 3 years ago and we even did one of those bed tests in the shop to determine what was best for us! I finally decided, to look at Toppers but we'd had a memory foam mattress before and that hadn't helped with the aches and pains. So I was unsure as to whether it was the right thing to do. After enquiring about how the 30 days money back guarantee worked I decided we had nothing to lose. Worst case, it would make no difference to my sleep, we'd send it back, get our money back and a charity would gain a mattress topper. It arrived in the morning so I got it unrolled and in position. It looked damaged. It looked like it would not recover from being so tightly rolled. After a few hours it had and it was nice and flat in position. I slept as badly as normal that night. My husband had the best nights sleep ever. I spoke to a friend and she said hers had taken a few nights to stop the aches and pains so I hung in there and decided to trial it a few more nights. Good job I did! Within a few days my back ache was gone. My hip ache was gone. I had my first lay in, in 4 years!! It was amazing. So give yourself a few nights... a week... to get used to it. We already had memory foam pillows and have had for 9 years. I'm now considering replacing these with Panda pillows too. We have a Jensen bed which came with a Jensen topper, it has been super comfortable but the topper was showing signs of wear & indents. I did lots of research reading online reviews to find a good replacement and as Panda rated highly I placed my order. There was a slight delay as on back order, and a further very small delay but I was fully informed of this. Delivery was via courier and timed. Although the box was intact it was not taped or secured which was surprising. I was also surprised that a superking topper was in such a small box! However, we followed the instructions to release it from the vacuum plastic packaging and it immediately began to swell. Advice is to allow to do so and also allow time for the smell to subside. We didn't really find the topper smelled but left for 2 days before placing on our bed. It fitted well although the corner elastic straps did not seem very well secured in the seams & one came apart slightly. The first night sleeping wasn't 100% comfy - the topper felt firmer than we were used to. However we are now used to it after a week of use. In summary, easy ordering and updates with delivery, topper perhaps a little firmer than expected,

We live in Canada and are very pleased that Panda ships overseas. Other UK brands do not. The modest extra £20 shipping fee for fast UPS international delivery plus C$40 import fees were well worth it. We ultimately spent no more than if we had purchased locally. (In North America there is little oversight of foam products, and there is no way to know where foam comes from or how it was made. Having a Panda mattress topper with REACH certification lets us know we are sleeping on something that is safe. Canada and the US have Certipur-US, a "third-party certification agency", which consists of one retired plastic foam industry executive and a filing cabinet. REACH is an EU safety regulation, which is the strictest law regulating chemical substances in the world. Please don't let it fall by the wayside in the UK just to gain access to cheap, inferior Sino-American products.) Our Panda mattress topper is very comfortable. We are already sleeping better. It's not quite as breathable as the mattress underneath, but that was easily adjusted by putting a bamboo mattress protector on top. Now we are having sweet dreams!

This is an exceptional topper which has worked wonders for me. Following a serious cycling accident 2.5 years ago I have been profoundly uncomfortable at night in what is an expensive, high quality bed but now, alas, is to firm leaving me with pain and stiffness in hips and neck, with my neck progressivy losing considerable mobility. However, the Panda topper, which I purchased almost as a last resort, just one week ago, has changed the situation dramatically. After the first night on it I found that I was relatively pain and stiffness free and now, after sleeping on it for 7 nights, that has improved even more. This has been the best weeks sleep I have had for 2.5 years. This is such a comfortable mattress, it moulds and supports and invites sound sleep. I wish I had discovered it sooner. Very happy with the service. Following my order of a mattresses topper, a delivery date (in line with the delivery choice) was quickly promised by email. However I was somewhat disappointed when, by the end of the scheduled delivery day, the courier was showing that they had not received any parcel. I used the online chat facility, and Jelena responded. She discovered there had been a delay with despatch of parcel to courier. When paying for the item, I forgot to add a code which made me eligible for a 10% discount. So I asked if, to address my disappointment, the 10% refund could be applied, and delivery expedited immediately. Within an hour or two, an agreement was made to provide the 10% discount. The Mattress was delivered the next day. And the 10% discount refunded shortly afterwards. From time to time deliveries can go slightly wrong. For the first time in years I woke up pain free. I have long term lower pain and can only sleep on my back if my knees are supported. Well, I woke up lying on my back pain free. It's my first mattress topper from mypandalife and I was a bit sceptical as it is a considered purchase ,the guarantee kind of made it easier to make a decision, as well as the natural Bamboo elements too. The gel moulded to my body and as I sank into it I could feel the support too but wasn't sure how my back would be after a nights sleep. No back issues. I had the small double topper and it fits my small double bed perfectly. It's not too thick so my fitted sheets that are double bed size fitted fine. There was a slight smell on the topper as it was new but this disappeared after a couple of hours. My friend has an expensive mattress endorsed by Serena Williams ,the support of this topper in my opinion felt the same as one of those mattresses.

I have a firm mattress and was having problems with bad back. Knew it was not mattress as only a few years old. So decided to try a topper. Did a lot of investigating on the net and found Panda. Never heard of them before . All reviews were very good. So decided to give it a try. A good reason was unlike other topper manufacturers you get to try for 30 days. The order process was very easy and the topper was delivered the next day by DPD. Had to call customer services with a small issue. They were excellent. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Rolled out topper and left for the stated time before using. Was a bit worried at first with all the lumps due to it coming rolled up. After a few hours though it had settled down. The first night I tried it I knew had made a good decision. Felt like a different bed. Have slept well ever since. Could not be more pleased with my purchase. Highly recommend.

I have only had my topper a week or so , so I can’t comment on longevity but it’s great so far. I suffer with a bad back, neck and night restlessness. I ordered my topper over a weekend, was informed my order would be processed on Monday, and my order was delivered on Wednesday! I have been debating whether to replace my lumpy mattress but decided not to because of the difficulty of disposing of it as recycling centres are shut, at the moment. After using the tipper for almost a month I'm really happy with it. We'd just bought a new mattress and it was that little bit too firm so needed something to soften it. We chose the panda topper because of the trial period, delivery was fast although the box really needs to be better secured (no tape used) as it was open when it was delivered. The topper gives great cushioning effect and I do t feel pressure in my shoulders or hips when side sleeping (on top of a medium mattress) The smell wasn't too strong so has mostly gone and we could sleep on it the same day as delivery. My only criticism (and the reason for the lack of a star) is that the 'cooling gel' is not that effective. I've used memory foam for years and I found this one less breathable and hotter than ones I've had in the past, not sure how I'll use it in the summer. Overall happy!

I bought a new mattress a couple of years ago and from the outset it was far too hard and unforgiving on my spine, neck and shoulders. Ordered mattress topper and it arrived within 48 hours. Excellent customer service and delivery. Both my husband and I are extremely satisfied with the comfort this topper has provided. We purchased a very expensive mattress 3 years ago which has proved far too firm. We didn't wish to dispose of it as it is like brand new, so after much research I plumped for the Panda and so glad I did. No aches and pains in the morning anymore and sleeping so well. Only reason I have not given it 5 stars is because the elasticated straps do not fit and stay where they should on our mattress and this isn't mentioned in the specifications for the topper. Time will tell if movement starts to occur. If Panda were able to provide something in addition to ensure the proper fit I would definitely be giving the topper 5 stars.

I have had to buy a topper as recently my partner has been signed off work due to difficulties with her spine and the mattress we had was proving too hard to allow her a comfortable night's sleep. After scouring the Internet and scrolling through hundreds of review sites I settled on the panda topper as my best choice. The topper arrived promptly and earlier than expected with the Xmas holidays and covid-19 taken into consideration. Unboxed it as soon as it arrived and left it in situ on the bed for 8 hours to fluff up and we finally managed to have a decent night's sleep. I dont write reviews but I want to spread the word: Dont throw out your hard mattress- buy one of these! This topper has made such a difference it has meant I can stop taking gabapentin for the trapped nerve in my neck and the pain in my hips on waking has reduced so Im off naproxen and drug-free for the first time in 18 months because when I sleep Im supported everywhere-no gaps. It melds into the gap between my hip and waist as a side sleeper. The topper however gave my husband a bad back so I sent back the king sized mattress and ordered a single which is on my side of the bed. We are now both very happy. Its expensive for a topper but Id pay anything for a good nights sleep and its way cheaper than a new mattress. Its win win as you can always send it back if you dont like it.

We've had many toppers & mattresses without much success....my partner calls me Princess & The Pea!!! I'll be comfy for a couple of weeks & then something isn't right!! Prompt delivery and arrived in perfect condition. The topper cover is lovely fabric and the memory foam is comfortable and has improved a very firm mattress. My daughter has a longer European length single bed, so it was ideal for me that this longer size was an option. When I tried sleeping in the bed, the topper still didn't stop pins and needles in my hands during the night, due to firmness of mattress underneath, but the topper provided a definite improvement to aching back. My daughter who is 6, has been far cosier with the topper, which was what we bought it for, so we are happy. Only plastic was the wrapping of the rolled topper, so packaging quite ethical, which is great. The topper is lovely and I would recommend it. Very cosy and seems to be great quality.

At first I thought that this wouldn’t make a big difference, yet I decided to acquire a topper in an attempt to make my orthopedic mattress more comfortable. I read many reviews online and the Panda topper was recommend overall. When the box arrived I thought oh great... another internet scam. The topper arrived in a vacuum bag and misled me to think that its thickness was a joke. I opened it in bed and let it breathe and expand. This topper has really saved me. Id obviously taken mattresses for granted - we moved house & bought what we thought was the identical mattress for a different size bed- Im a healthy & fit 40 year old but would wake up in excruciating back pain from day one with this new mattress. We were looking for a topper for our sofa bed. We looked at so many and trawled through so many different choices and endless reviews. All the time we already had the answer in our home. We purchased Panda pillows about a year ago having spent money on pillows that were never quite right. The Panda pillow, it has to be said, takes a bit of getting used to. I waited 3 weeks before writing my review. I was an anxious buyer as I've never spent over £30 on a topper before. I was using one given to me, which was SO comfy but SO hot. So I took the plunge after reading many reviews, and with the return within 30 days policy I went for it. The topper is wonderful- to be totally honest, my old one is marginally more comfortable, but this one beats it hands down on the cooling side and it is still very comfortable, just firmer than my previous one by a touch. I left it out for 3 days before using it, it stays put on the bed perfectly, which my old one didn't, and it's prob the best £120 I've ever spent! Very happy customer, thank you!

We bought the toppers because new mattresses in our spare room were too hard and made my hips ache. However, we decided to use them on our pocket sprung mattesses first. The mattesses are still good but not quite as supportive as they should be and I was waking up with aches and pains. Panda toppers are great and we now have our own bespoke hybrid mattresses. They are very soft but also supportive. My husband says like a marshmallow but they are firmer than that. The first couple of nights I woke up a bit achey in the morning but just let your body adjust. Now, a week in I wake up pain free. Brilliant. I usually get very hot at night and, so far, that has not been a problem either.

Ordered a topper on standard delivery and it arrived in 2 days! Sadly on this 1st topper the creases from folding never settled out and left ridges in the topper. After 48 hrs I went to the online chat spoke to a very helpful guy. I showed him 2 photos of the problem and within 5 minutes a new topper was on its way, and collection of the 1st one organised. New topper arrived the next day and 24 hours later all was good. Although thinner than our previous topper is is just (if not more) supportive but so much cooler ( the main reason for buying Panda). I only hope that it keeps its shape unlike our previous one ( not a Panda) Very good product but truly excellent customer service.

I reviewed a lot of toppers before buying this one. Panda ticking all the boxes for me. I wanted a topper to help my husband with his back pain. He does not sleep well due to his back. He also snores when he does sleep, again because he is uncomfortable. This topper has changed all that. Both of us now get the a good nights sleep. He does not suffer any back pain through the night. I dont suffer with my ears. He has actually said it was a good idea to buy the topper, and coming from him that's praise indeed. Its very comfortable and soft but with good support. As the topper has only been in use for a few days, this review relates to website, delivery and first impressions only. Very effective and comprehensive website with good detail and advice on how to care for the foam itself which latter is conspicuous by its absence on other competitors sites. Ordering and paying were simple and delivery was very prompt and efficient. Topper clearly well made from quality materials with excellent packaging and clear instructions. I've always bought thicker, denser toppers from a different supplier but they let me down and I had to ask for a refund. The dispatch from Panda was super quick, my topper arrived within a couple of working days. It was nicely packed in a compact box, I left it for around 24 hours to decompress, I couldn't detect any bad smells. I'm very pleased with it, although it isn't as thick as I'm used to it's still very firm and supportive and I've slept well and woken feeling good as a result. I really like the cover, it's less slippery than I'm used to which means my flat sheet doesn't untuck itself too much and the straps really help keep to the topper in place.

Wanted a new mattress but due to lockdown unable to go and try out in shops, so decided on a topper as didn’t won’t to waste spending a lot of money on something that couldn’t be tried out first, read all reviews on different toppers and this one came out best in our opinion, and was not disappointed the first night we woke in the morning and found we have some aches and pain, and thought we had made a mistake but have now been sleeping on it for 3 weeks and since that first night we have had lovely night sleep and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed so glad we decided on this topper, and now thinking of getting the pillows

We went with standard delivery and received the next day! Amazing delivery service. The topper was packed neatly into a box and we left it out for the day before trying it. Well, what can I say, this was well worth the money, after change ng our mattress twice in a month and having to settle with a mattress that feels like were sleeping on the floor, this topper has transformed the feel of the bed. I bought the topper to see if i could soften the new mattress i had bought..this it certainly has done and is very comfortable. Ive decided to buy a mattress which actually is comfortable too,so will reluctantly be returning my panda. The panda was the third topper i had tried and was definitely the best, it needed several hours to reach its full inflation and felt very squidgy the first night, after that I definitely felt that i was getting used to it.it really is very comfy. I wonder if it might be a little warm in the summer? I would definitely recommend this as a topper if you need to soften a hard mattress or just need a layer of comfort.

Was a bit sceptical paying so much for a topper but decided to give it a go. We have an awesome mattress but realised it was a bit too firm for us because of aches and pains. Bought the panda to try and I can honestly say it made a world of difference. So comfortable that I don't have the words for it. Best thing I have Bought and cannot wait to go to sleep tonight. This is hands down the best purchase I've made in years and wish I had bought it sooner. Delivery was spot on. It arrived very quickly. I bought this topper as an extra layer for my sofa bed matress. When I first took it out of the box, I didn't think it was bouncy enough. I thought I would put it back in the box and return it but then it wouldn't fit in the box. I then realised that it needs to breathe and then it becomes more bouncy and softer. I've been using it for a week now and it's great. Although it's not exactly the same size as my sofa bed matress which is from Europe (slightly smaller) I am happy to continue using it because of the comfort it offers. I bought this topper because I was waking with a painful back on our new firm mattress. It would get better over the day and then wake me the next morning again. My husband loved the firm mattress as he was sleeping so much better. I think I was expecting miracles, having read the reviews on line. It felt lovely but I was still waking with a stiff back, although it was better. However, after two weeks, everything has settled down and my back is no longer a problem in the morning. We purchased the Emma mattress about a year ago and its been too firm and giving us horrendous back ache, we thought about getting a whole new mattress but that is expensive! We already had the panda pillows and they are amazing so we put our faith in panda and went for the topper. It was the best decision we have made, it is helped us sleep so much better and we have no back ache, you sink into it and as soon as you get up it fills back up instantly. I didnt think we would feel the benefit of it as it was thinner than we thought but wow it has transformed our sleep and backs!

I've tried several luxury toppers over the years and was a little nervous switching to memory foam, however the Panda topper is the best one by a long shot! I love that I don't roll anywhere if my partner turns in the night, I love that it returns to it's original flat state as soon as you get out of bed (my others I would have to constantly turn and puff up). I couldn't sleep on my back because my lower back would start to hurt for some reason but this topper has changed all that. If you're unsure whether to take the plunge I can't emphasise enough to just go for it.

I allowed a day for the topper to 'expand' as the fold marks were still there after 12 hours. Liked the fact that the topper has a cover and so far (first week) the topper is comfortable and has helped my sleeping experience. The topper arrived quickly and covid safe, only slight criticism of packaging. When I lifted the parcel to take upstairs the bottom fell away. There was nothing wrong with the packaging but suspect whoever assembled it got the slots slightly wrong. Apart from that the delivery was good and the product has transformed my old matress.

After suffering with hip and back pain for a few months due to a lumpy sprung mattress this topper has cured it all, no more hip pain after a few nights and I wake up not having to stretch my back out as it feels fine, I was struggling to renew my old mattress due to it being an EU double but the Panda toppers come in all sizes and it fits perfectly. Needed a topper for a (too) firm mattress since as a side sleeper I’d often wake in the morning with an aching shoulder and/or hip. Tried numerous toppers before Panda but none fixed the issue. Was a little sceptical given I tried, and returned a memory foam mattress from another company, but the topper is spot on. Didn’t expect the topper to be particularly cool but it's also not overly hot. The real plus though is the level of comfort and aching joints are a thing of the past, even after hitting the gym the day before.

This topper is ideal for what we wanted it for. We recently purchased an extra firm mattress Which turns out was just far too firm! I’ve never been a fan of memory foam and never thought I’d have another memory foam mattress topper due to just sinking far too deep into them. Would definitely recommend. Very supportive. Aired it properly for over 12 hours before using it. Had a very slight new smell to it but not overpowering and it disappeared very soon after using it. That was to be expected. Was having back and neck problems before due to old mattress loosing its supportiveness and this has done wonders for my sleep. It doesnt cure every ache but what does, it is certainly a massive improvement. Dont get hot on it over night. Service was quick and price is very reasonable as is very good quality.

Already bought one for my daughter, she is super happy. I ordered one for myself after buying a new mattress which was a little too firm which gave me slight backache , now i can wake with zero aches and pains...im 13 stone 54 years of age , and have to make sure i get a good nights sleep.I highly recommend this product, and found no odour at all which i hear that other people with other makes can get. I use this on top of an ok mattress that started to sink a bit in the middle. I can still feel the dip in the middle but this is the best solution for the money- I've invested more than double the cost on mattresses and they are all alike, mediocre, definitely not worth the money have returned them. I am small, 5ft1, weigh 7st and have no back issues so I wasn't looking for the miracle fix, just a comfortable bed and I'm very happy with the product. The only thing is it's cheaper on amazon rather than buying from Panda direct!

We've had this little under a week. Purchased as my partner suffers from sleep apnea and I have trouble getting to sleep anyway. Both have dramatically improved over the short time we've had it. It's taken me a little while to get used to it, and I actually find it to be very warm rather than cool. However, I have had 2 full nights' sleep in a row, which hasn't happened in years! Fabulous! We moved to a spare room whilst the Decorators are sorting out ours. Various visitors had told us our spare room beds were very hard - and even my young daughter said she couldn't sleep on her side because the bed hurt her hip. Arrived super-promptly - even though it was the run-up to Christmas. Easy to unpack, entertaining to watch it begin to relax onto the bed. Comfy to sleep on, and seems to help us sleep for longer too. It does shape itself to you very well, so if you've sat up in bed to read, it can be difficult to slide down to sleep! Have docked a point 'cos the straps that are supposed to hold it onto the mattress totally refuse to stay in place. Fortunately the grippy underside seems to be keeping it more or less in one spot so far.

My partner ordered us a new swanky (expensive) mattress, only for me to realise that it was too firm to sleep on my side or front. Very comfortable mattress, I can strongly recommend it. Dont believe the hype about 2 - 3 days delivery. My mattress was ordered on 17th July and not shipped until 27th. The courier then lost the original mattress and my item did not arrive until 29th July. 12 days delivery is not acceptable to my mind. Panda customer service were helpful when I called in to complain but no explanation or apology for the very late shipping was offered. Don't put 2 -3 days delivery on your website if you cant provide it.

Arrived within 36 hours of ordering, well packaged, it was easy to unwrap and layout, I waited 13hours, there is no smell and the mattress was smooth and expanded. I made up the bed , a double and it fit perfect. I bought this topper in the hope that it would help with my overheating at night but unfortunately it hasn't made any difference in that aspect from my previous topper. However, it is more comfortable and nice and soft so I have decided to keep it. Although it doesn't keep me any cooler, it might help others who have night sweats due to the wicking qualities but I can't judge on that one. Double Panda topper arrived in a small box which didn't look like it could have held that size. Instructions were clear so the topper was carefully opened & left in this case for 48 hours to expand. It was then fitted & used that night, giving an excellent night's sleep as the memory foam provided excellent support & supreme comfort. I noted online that Panda had good reviews so thought I would try a topper as was having problems with my shoulder as a side sleeper. Bought a king-size topper and it was excellent, the bed much more comfortable and the shoulder pain was resolved. I then went on to buy two pillows . One pillow and the topper is the perfect combination for me for a side sleeper in combination with a Milly premier 3000 mattress. I then went on to buy a further topper for our spare bed. Oh boy! This is so cosy. I always thought that a hard matress would be good for my bad back. But as I am disabled I spend quite a lot of time in bed watching TV and was beginning to find the hard matress uncomfortable. Then my daughter suggested a matress topper. Arrived in a small box which had fallen apart on arrival which is usual according to the delivery man. Anyway, it was so well wrapped in plastic it didn’t matter as the topper was fine. It didn’t have a smell of anything but felt not damp but sort of moist, but rolled it on the bed and left it overnight as advised. Slept on it last night and it’s lovely and comfy. Our mattress is relatively new and quite firm so this is perfect as a top layer. Would highly recommend.

Excellent quality with no nasty smells or chemicals. The toppers mould to your body offering support without being too soft. They have helped our backs enormously. I also like the straps that hook over each corner of the mattress, this keeps the topper in place very well. They are breathable and you don't over heat in them. We ordered in the morning and they arrived the following day! More expensive than some toppers but it's worth the money in this case. I would definitely recommend

My husband has arthritis and was struggling with our firm (fairly new) orthopaedic mattress. I had read up on toppers and followed the recommendation to try a Panda. Looked at lots of toppers and did lots of research but this has by far exceeding my expectations. I wake on average 2-3 times a night normally and suffer with terrible lower back ache. First night with this topper and I slept through and had to be woken up! It is so comfy, soft and moulds to the shape of your body whilst still keeping the firmness I need from the mattress below. The customer service was outstanding I can't fault it. The speed of delivery is perfect and very fast. The only comment I have is the packaging. The bottom of the box always opens. I have passed to the team to tape the bottom box but this was not done on the second order. I'm lucky I had a considerate delivery driver who kept it the other way and kept closing it but not all drivers are like that. I have yet to try my toppers this weekend. But it's very nice to find bamboo used.

Swift delivery, I mean these guys know we need a good night's sleep. Followed instructions but I couldn't wait 12 hrs. Was 10. It unrolled and flattened easily over 10 hours. It feels great the bamboo cover and it's given me some extra cushioning on my new silent night bed, which is comfy but quite firm for me and on springs. My rheumatologist suggested I get a topper for my bed to help with osteoarthritis in my shoulder. I researched via Google and was impressed by the Panda product. Plus, we have an EU sized bed and not all suppliers cater for that. The Topper arrived promptly and we followed the instructions to open it up and leave it to expand for 12+ hours. We unfortunately bought a really hard mattress and as it was expensive, we didn't want to replace it so we tried the Panda topper. We have only had it for a week, however, it has really helped my hip and knee pain and my partner's back pain. We both used to struggle to get out of bed as we would be aching. Bought Panda Topper to improve comfort and cooling on our already new and great Ergoflex 5G Mattress. Cooling was marginally improved. Comfort was also marginally improved. However, support was made slightly worse. Probably due to the lack of depth in the Panda Topper. If the Panda Topper was deeper, I am sure the support (and comfort) would be much more acceptable. An extra 2 to 4cm depth would achieve this. We would have paid a little extra for this improvement.

Gives amazing support no more aches but we noticed there is a slight increase in body heat probably due to the foam So probably part and parcel of helping with the aches and pains. Not a major issue during the cold winter nights but come mid summer we will have to see but from the research we have done it’s something that memory foam is renowned for but it’s a price worth paying to keep the aches and pains at bay. Arrived quickly, been in use on relatively new King size bed, which was uncomfortable as we are side sleepers. Initially generally appears more comfortable, but uncertain about side sleeping so jury is out for now. Have another 20 days or so to return if it doesn't suite. The original mattress appears to be gripped well by the stippled surface on the bottom of the Panda, however the elastic corner straps are tight for the mattress (27cm) could be longer.

The Panda topper has improved things a great deal. I am getting much more quality sleep and overall I am suffering less pain. Bought a euro-king size mattress topper to replace an Ikea one. The difference is marked - the Panda topper memory foam gives firm but soft support and it’s cool on warm nights, cosy on cooler nights. Delivery was prompt and well communicated. Delivery was quick and the topper boxed up well. There was a smell as expected should apparently disappear within 2-3 days - I am on day 5 and it still smells. My main disappointment is that it is supposed to keep you cool - it doesn’t! As we have had a warm spell I am going to give the topper a chance, but if it doesn’t get better I will return the item as per Panda guarantee. It is reasonably comfortable, but not as good as I had hoped.

This is to replace a feather topper on a too firm mattress. Topper arrived very promptly and did need the full suggested time to regain its shape after being packed. At first, it felt too firm after the softness of feathers, but it is so supportive that the firm feel is deceptive. Sadly the gel-infused technology did not react to my body-temperature as advertised and I was feeling hotter when using it than without it. I had to return it. After a tedious initial contact the return process was smooth and efficient. We bought this mattress topper for our campervan. The bed was flat and supportive but too hard. This topper perfectly softens it whilst not losing the underlying support. It also gives us the means of easily rolling all the bedding up in one roll for storage when the bed becomes a seat. The roll isn't super compact but we didn't expect it to be. Delivery was very fast and it was easy to unwrap etc. The topper has really improved the bed, firm enough to be supportive but soft enough to mould to our various curves. The bamboo cover is super soft!! Dropped one star because the elastic on each corner isn’t quite big enough to fit the mattress, one corner keeps slipping off which means the topper moves a bit (which is a little annoying). Otherwise it’s fab!

Had been using another, cheaper brand of mattress topper but sleep quality was poor. Bought the Panda after reading reviews, not knowing whether there would be any improvement. The topper seemed ok to use after about 8 hours with little or no smell. It felt comfortable and supportive rather than soft. So far sleep seems better and the topper may be helping. Certainly no complaints at this stage. Quality seems good.

As an 87 old I need a good nights sleep. My Daughter and Son in Law had one of these on their spare bed which I sleep in when visiting. With my Mattress getting a little uncomfortable I decided to try one of my own. I am so pleased and cant believe just how well I have slept every night since it arrived. From ordering to delivery the service was fantastic. Very easy, very quick. Thank you for a marvellous product.
