American Solid Honey Pine Wooden Bunk Bed

A good quality product which offered value for money and was delivered on time. It took some time to put together, which was expected, but the end product looks good. I do suggest you check each component before building, as i only noticed the chipped paint on one of rails after it was all together. It was a pitty as it is in a very visible place so takes away from an otherwise quality looking bit of furniture. I am using it for two children, but it is pretty sturdy. In-fact, as a 6ft, 100kg man I would go so far as to say I would feel comfortable sleeping on both the top and bottom bunk if it was for a night of so. Advice: - Screw down the base slates before fitting the side rails, as if done after it makes turning a screwdriver difficult due to how close it is to the side. - Buy good quality mattresses.

The bed overall is good though a few things I would like to mention. 1. The instructions were clear and easy to follow but had a hard time screwing in the slats. 2. The finish of the bed could have been better. One or two more coats of paint would help as now I can see some part of the wood below the paint. 3. Although there were no damages but at one edge I believe there was a wood knot which just came off while handling the bed.

I was of the understanding that these bunk beds are suitable for adults as well as children but they are definitely not. I can't even get on the top bunk to change the bedding as it doesn't feel safe. They look lovely but are not that solid and imagine won't last as long as the last ones we had (9 years). I wish I had known as would not have purchased them and gone for something stronger.

The bed is seemingy well made but it's definetely built on a budget. Only parts which can be immediately seen are painted. The built bed does creak a fair bit and the wood is very soft (dents easily). It's just doesn't have the quality or robustness of our previous John Lewis childs bed.

Construction seems very good quality, love the design and it's a great 'deep' ladder with proper steps - not like the thin ones you sometimes get which hurt your feet! Some of the paintwork wasn't brilliant, and it chips a bit easily. Apart from that, we love it, and the kids love it!

Great product for the price. It is painted solid pine wood and was easy to put together and the ladder steps are easy for my 6 year old to climb - putting them up was definitely a 2 person job. My boys love their new bunk beds.

Great and stylish looking bunk beds. Assembly instructions are a little cryptic (but every single assembly instructions I've ever used are the same). My daughter loves them Nd sleeps very well in them. Really well made too.

Lovely looking bed and is sturdy in construction. Tip, if you are looking to move in the future and will want to dismantle the bed, don't glue the dowels. Not glowing them in will not weaken the bed or make it unsafe.

Very reasonably priced, the beds were easy to put together and very well packaged. The bed dont look cheap and are very sturdy I have one very happy little girl

These beds are well made and strong. The instructions are well easy to read. You will need two people to make them up. My kids love there new beds. Thank you

These are rock-solid, full-size bunks suitable for adults as well as children. Assembly took some time but the end result was worth it.
