Hypnos vs Coolflex Mattresses

I tried this Hypnos mattress at our local store and knew instantly, that having looked for some time for a wool mattress that this was the one. The sales person at the store was very informative and there was currently a competitive price on it. It is an expensive mattress but learning about the credentials of Hypnos and how many hours of a life are spent sleeping, it seemed a sound investment. Bensons really provide a good service, taking away our old mattress, and the crew who delivered it were friendly and professional. The mattress initially felt hard, but that is to be expected with a new bed. I have been rotating it once a week and can feel that it is beginning to relax. It feels higher than our previous mattress and quite luxurious. One of the factors that drew me to a wool mattress was to have cooler night sleeps. As its winter I've yet to test this out. Overall I am really pleased with this mattress, and am sleeping much better than previously. The only negative is the wait for delivery which was around 2 months! However I believe that this is because it is a quality product with hand made attention. Finally the follow up email communications with Bensons has been great, which makes you feel that you are a valued customer.

I waited approximately 6 weeks and several mattress turns before my review for my Hypnos Earth 01. I changed my original mattress from Bensons for this one, big upgrade £ wise. I wanted a firm mattress with a soft outer. I took the advice and swapped for the Hypnos 01 Firm instead of Extra firm. The mattress is super comfortable just dips a little when in it (I weigh 9.5 stone). I have never slept better so now I can justify the outlay! No getting used to it at all, I drop off so quickly and stay asleep all night. On reflection I would have ordered the Extra firm as this mattress is well padded with my theory being it might last longer but I know diddly squat about mattresses to be honest. Really impressed with Hypnos though, lovely quality. Onto Bensons; they were so helpful. On changing my mattress to communications generally just excellent. From customer services, the delivery coordinator and the delivery guys. It really blows your mind when you get really good service these days, they follow through on everything. My sister in law recommended them, she wouldn't use any other company and I see why! Highly recommend and many thanks to you all. A happy sleeper ????

Having conducted much research into getting a new mattress I'd decided that I did not want any which would be involved in the involvement with too much in the way of chemicals being used such as can be found in many foam mattresses. Also given the fact that people might readily shell out £2k on a two week holiday but then scrimp on spending the same amount on a mattress ( which they would potentially spend a third of their lifetime sleeping on ) I decided that if they're good enough for royalty then they're just about good enough for me. I plumped for the Hypnos Earth 2 ( even though it has hardly any reviews) and am very pleased with my purchase three weeks later. It offers decent support yet isn't too hard and my backache has subsided somewhat since and am sleeping better. So my verdict is to go for it and at least try one…after all you only live once ( on Earth- get it ? ?? )

Generally appreciative of the superior back support offered by this piece although individual spring design occasionally falls short on expected comfort levels. Overall, exceptional orthopaedic advantages and satisfactory pressure relief makes it a worthwhile purchase.

Really can't complain about this mattress. It's provided me with solid support, I wake up feeling refreshed each morning. Ideal for us folk who sleep on our back.

After weeks of using this, I can say it's pretty comfortable. The memory foam contours my body well, offering decent support and comfort.
