Scooms is a Surrey-based bedding company founded by husband-and-wife team Jonathan and Emily Attwood, who launched in September 2017 after moving back to the UK from California. Emily's dust-mite allergy shaped the range: duvets and pillows are Nomite-certified and filled with 90% Hungarian goose down from a single-country source, hand-made in Hungary, with bed linen made in Portugal and towels in Turkey. Every duvet and pillow carries a traceability tag with a QR code from the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce, and the range holds Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Responsible Down Standard and Downafresh certifications. The catalogue stays deliberately small. Down duvets run from 2.5 to 9 tog, joined by combinable all-seasons sets, pillows, toppers, Egyptian cotton and French flax linen bedding, mulberry silk, and Egyptian cotton towels. Duvets carry a 10-year manufacturing guarantee and pillows three years.

Mainland UK orders of £50 or more ship free by next-day express (DPD or Royal Mail); under £50 costs £3.95, and Saturday delivery is £9.95 if ordered by 1pm Friday. Northern Ireland is £5, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man £10, both taking two to four days. Scooms also ships to Europe (minimum spend €150) and to the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, UAE and Australia from around £150 minimum spend.
