You have 14 days from receipt to start a return or exchange. Collection costs £49 for beds, mattresses and furniture, or £4.95 for bedding and linen, unless the item is faulty. Original packaging is required, mattresses are only returnable unopened, and Handmade For You bespoke pieces are excluded. Refunds follow warehouse inspection. Unwrapped mattresses fall under the separate 100-night guarantee, which offers an exchange between 30 and 100 nights for £65.
