The hazard
This product presents a high risk of electric shock as the pins on the travel adaptor plug provided do not meet the relevant requirements as they are too close to the periphery of the plug. If the user were to be plugging/unplugging the adaptor into the wall socket, and they touch the live/ neutral pins, they may receive an electric shock.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.

Checking yours
If you have a ConBlorr earthing sheet, the fault is in the travel adaptor plug supplied with it, not the fabric. Stop using that adaptor.
Why it matters for your bed or cot
An earthing sheet is a bed sheet with a cable that plugs into the wall, so it brings a plug to the bedside. The notice found the pins on the supplied adaptor sat too close to the edge of the plug, so your fingers could touch a live pin while plugging it in.
