Simba Hybrid® Topper

I recently bought the Simba hybrid comfort topper. I did have alot of questions to ask regarding it and not only was there constant contact with me through emails, before the order during the order and after the order I also received a phonecall aswell, the guy who phoned me was absolutely brilliant and I even commented on his voice as he was so suited to be in customer service as that's exactly what I got, I realise that may sound strange but its very hard to get customer service these days that you feel like the person is actually listening to you and to care about your concerns so for that on its own was 10/10. I recieved the topper as I had a new bed which was a Sealy posturepedic matress/divan set even though it has a pillow top already in it, it was far too firm and I have sciatica so was hitting off all my pressure points, I did alot of research but Simba kept coming out on top so with a 200 night trial and also a discount to those that are NHS staff/Military/Students/and people with Disabilities i also recieved a discount on it, then a 10 year guarantee aswell I thought I'll definitely give it a go. I've only been using it for around 2 weeks but what a difference it has made to my comfort and my pain! It is so comfortable and I can't believe the difference in which this topper has made. Believe me I have tried many over the years but nothing has ever compared to this one. If anyone is in doubt just take the plunge and I can guarantee you will feel a world of difference. Even without any ailments it has made a very firm mattress into a soft but supportive bed. Even the edges have no roll off and you can just tell you're sleeping on quality so 10/10 for that. This is the part why I only gave 4 stars, when I recieved it I opened it and unpacked it to let it air and do its thing, the box itself had more of the gas smell than the actual topper so that was fine but when I was looking for the receipt or instructions to see how long to air it, do you rotate it when using it etc there was nothing there atall. I did think there are 2 different toppers the essential and the comfort and there was nothing to say what one I had received. I then seen a barcode that was stitched into a label but this would not scan with any device. I then unzipped the cover and another label was in this but I was still a bit bewildered as to what I had received. I then went onto Gemini and showed it a photo of the box it came in with all the barcodes and Gemini confirmed it was indeed the topper I had purchased. Then I had to ask Gemini to give me instructions on the airing process and the rotation which I was told exactly what to do from that. The only reason I was being so precise is because it was a very very considered purchase for me so I dropped a star for that side of it as think it should come with a manual for the specific item you've bought and instructions for care. I realise this is a long review but I wanted to give my honest opinion with everything. I would still 100% recommend this to anyone it's the best topper I have ever bought and still got the knowing of the 200 night trial. I have now just bought and received the hybrid pillow and my next purchase will be the body pillow which I wouldn't have done if the topper wasn't as good as they said so all in all a very happy customer who has returned for more purchases. Right, let's start from the very beginning(sounds like a song). We already had a mattress topper. It was a cheap one, but made a marginal difference on our 2 year old mattress! We where watching an advertisement selling a Dormeo hybrid mattress topper, we thought it looked quite good! I looked deeper into the product and some of the reviews didn't promote it in a good light, so With the thought of a new mattress topper in our heads we went looking online and coming out on a lot of the best mattress topper lists was Simba. Reviews also looked good. So we decided to purchase a Simba mattress topper. Probably a bit more expensive than average, but as I have found out. You pay for quality. We ordered a King Size hybrid mattress topper, which looked good for side sleepers, which we are! MT arrived within 4 days of order! We unwrapped it and layed it out for a week in the spare room for airing! It did have a slight factory odour to it, but not a great deal of smell! When we finally changed the MT out, it was very noticeable the quality between old MT and the new Simba MT. It was thicker, the quality was 100% better! It felt good! We have been sleeping on it for about 2-3 weeks now, sleep has improved. We would have aches and pains in the morning with the old MT, the Simba has reduced these pains greatly! It just feels good! Quality counts and the more expensive product has worked out for us! From purchasing the MT until 2-3 weeks sleeping on the MT has been stress free and ultimately very rewarding as regards to a better night's sleep. Which is what we strive for! I recommend this product to anyone who wants a good night sleep! I know people are different and some may not agree with my review, but I bet a majority of the customers are agreeing with my review! Overall(and I could have put this at the start instead of a long winded review), the Simba Mattress Topper is more expensive than similar products, but worth it!

Before Simba hybrid topper I was sleeping on a orthopedic mattress which is very hard, I toke me ages to relax and sleep, was sore and stiff all over and didn't feel refreshed. BUT NOW I have the Simba hybrid topper it's made a huge different, my body gets all the support it needs, it's soft and it feels like your laying on a cloud! I'm instantly able to get to sleep, I'm more refreshed and my body is alot better. It is very hard to leave bed because of how cosy it is. I would have gave it 5 stars but I had to take one away due to frustration and having to wait. Also packaging as there was soo much. I brought the topper and it was delivered within a couple of days. On the box it states when the actual topper was made. But when I got it out of the box it was the wrong size, (my mistake). I asked to exchange it for the correct size and I had to pay the difference. But it toke almost 2 weeks to get it delivered. Annoyingly they don't have a direct contact number (as I prefer to talk to a person) so I had to use their 'online chat' where they told me I have to wait until the end of the time limit (the number of days when it be delivered) as they couldn't do anything. I explained it would have been quicker if I got a refund and placed a new order and then get someone to come and pick up the old one. But again they kept saying I had to wait. Very frustrating having to deal with someone on a chat platform. I feel Simba needs to rethink the use of plastic inside their Boxes, agreed to vacuum pack it, but the amount of cling film type stuff, tape and plastic package was ridiculous, surely make it highly recyclable or use alternative packaging. But I do love my topper, after all the stress and moaning I'm glad I purchased this, this is making my sleep soo much better thank you Simba

Ive been using the Simba Hybrid Mattress Topper for a while now, and its genuinely transformed my bed it feels like Ive upgraded my whole mattress without actually replacing it. The standout feature for me is the balance between comfort and support. The combination of foam and those hidden microsprings gives it a really responsive feel its soft enough to be comfortable, but still supportive, especially around my back and hips. Ive definitely noticed less stiffness when I wake up. It also feels much more breathable than traditional memory foam toppers. I tend to get warm at night, but this stays cool and doesnt trap heat, which has made a big difference to my sleep quality. The airflow design and spring layer really help with that. ? Another thing I appreciate is how secure it feels on the bed. The straps and anti-slip base keep it in place properly, even if you move around a lot, and it doesnt bunch up like cheaper toppers can. ? Its also surprisingly good at reducing motion transfer if someone else moves, you dont really feel it, which is a bonus. The only downside is the price its definitely more of an investment compared to standard toppers. But honestly, it does feel premium and has made such a noticeable difference that Id say its worth it if youre looking to upgrade your sleep without buying a new mattress. Overall, its comfortable, supportive, and well-made. If your mattress is a bit too firm or just needs a refresh, this topper is a really solid upgrade.

Having slept on a simba mattress whilst staying with family and found it to be very comfortable I purchased this. I hesitated to write a review initially because, had I done so in the first 12 days it would have been terrible and I knew from the other mattress that that might not be reflective of the long term position. The smell from the mattress topper in the first few days was dreadful- I have rarely slept worse. If I had been able to spend the night elsewhere I would have done. Worse still the smell seeped into duvet and pillows meaning that I had to wash and dry them all as well as washing the covers daily to try to get rid of the chemical stench. The cost involved in doing that in the winter when outside drying is impossible is an extra cost I hadnt bargained for. I left the bedroom window open all day each day to try to allow it to air, I turned it and shook it to try to get the chemical smell to dissipate. My advice would be to find a room where you can unpack and leave the topper to air fully for days before moving it onto your bed or trying to sleep in a room with it in. Happily, 14 days on, the smell has gone and Im now left with a comfortable topper. So on balance - great product but the missing star reflects, I hope fairly, the disrupted/lost sleep and all the washing and drying to get to the point of having a comfortable bed. Delivery service was good - contacted me the day before with narrower delivery slot and arrived on time having called from 20 mins away,

I bought the Simbra Hyrid topper after reading many different reviews. This one always came up on the top selection but on the more expensive side. It is exactly what I needed and the money spent was worth it. My actual mattress is only a year old but it is on the much firmer side. I'm a side sleeper and my weight is on the lighter side so it was hurting my shoulders and hips. Previously i've been doing okay with it as I just ended up sleeping on my back to compensate, my husband is heavier, has a back problem and a back sleeper so it was perfect for him. However since I became pregnant and can no longer sleep on my side (and seem to feel all the aches and pains) I couldn't deal with the firm mattress anymore. Thus my search for a softer topper began. I decided to go with Simba Hybrid mainly because of the foam as well as spring bounce back - I didn't want to completely sink into the mattress (my husband still needed some support). It has delivered exactly how I wanted. Its medium firm, maintains its structural support so our spines are still aligned and it goes brilliantly onto of a firm mattress. The Simba topper has totally changed my uncomfortable night's sleep into something great again. I no longer feel my hips ache in the morning nor my shoulders. I actually enjoy and look forward to getting into bed each night! Would definitely highly recommend if you have similar issues that I did with a firm mattress. This will not dissappoint.

I have mixed feelings about my Simba mattress. On the one hand the mattress feels firm and comfortable upon laying down to bed, and as someone who sleeps on my back I appreciate the bonus support the mattress provides. I normally have no issues with getting to sleep. The service provided by Simba and their delivery contractors was excellent and I had no issues with the delivery of the mattress. However, I can never lie on the mattress for more than six hours before my lower back starts hurting. Sometimes I can't even get four hours sleep before I awake from the discomfort. As someone who prefers getting eight hours of rest this is not enough for me. I have had the mattress for almost six months now and have rotated it (no small feat given how big and heavy it is) to try and see if that helps but it has not resolved the issue. Purchasing a Simba mattress topper has improved the situation somewhat, but I still wake up in discomfort regularly. Again, rotating the topper and the mattress has not resolved anything. I am thankful though that there is a 200 day try out policy on the mattress so I can still return it if the pain continues. As much I would like to keep using my Simba mattress for the next ten years thanks to the good quality and support it provides, I'll have to wait and see if my back pain subsides or not.

To be honest; we did not have the best experience to start with. Delivery was perfect But, very excited, we let the mattress topper inflate for 48 hours. The (chemical) smell was very strong though - but thought we would be able to mask this with several layers of under-bedding. No chance. It eve came up through the pillows! After trying for a couple of hours, I had to sleep in the spare room for first 2 nights as the smell was so strong. My wife had a blocked nose so was ok! We then aired the bed in the garage for almost a week, and although the smell is still present, it is now bearable. I really think customers should be warned that they may need to air the topper for several days before use. With regards comfort; the topper initially felt too soft, and we werent sure if it would get more comfortable as we got used to it (both my wife and I have had sore backs with old mattress hence bought the topper to give it more life). We decided to try it for a week; to see the results. And we are so glad we did! It has become more and more comfortable - and both my wife and I have slept really well and now dont want to get out of bed in the mornings. So really glad we persisted. Can something be done about be strong smell when it is taken out of the vacuum pack covering - as it really was unbearable?

I purchased the mattress topper as I'm waiting for spinal surgery and my bed was impacting by back and causing more pain. I couldn't afford to replace my entire bed set up the way I was advised by OT due to costs (new frame solid base, new mattress and a topper) I did opt to purchase this topper to add to my existing mattress as I couldn't afford a new mattress. The combination of the solid bed base and this mattress topper has been amazing! I've more than halved my pain medications since having this set up. My old bed and my mattress were only just over five years old and I difnt believe they could be such a big part of the problem. Keeping the mattress and adding this topper though had been beyond my expectations. The delivery was brilliant. I am just so impressed that I hope one day I save up enough and get a simba mattress. I did think this was super expensive for a mattress topper but honestly it's worth every pound! It's like an entire new mattress system in just a topper. Also as a woman going though another of life's changes - whilst it's not cooling per se - it doesn't add any heat generation if that makes sense. I'm definitely in love with my topper. Being able to reduce pain medication is huge!

I've suffered all my life with back pain due to scoliosis. I'm nearly 40 and for as long as I can remember getting out of bed has been excruciating. I just chalked it up to having a rubbish back. However after babysitting my sister in laws small children for the weekend and having to stay at hers, although emotionally broken, I quickly realised I wasn't in agony. There is nothing in this world that beats a good nights sleep, after having a cheapish memory foam mattress topper for three years the last two having gained big dips in the areas that my partner and I sleep and causing our already sensitive backs to become worse over time we decided it was time to invest in a good quality mattress topper. After much research from various companies we narrowed our search down to either Simba or Emma and after having discussed this with friends as well we decided that Simba was the best fit for our situation, even though Emma had better Black Friday deals the more we delved in to the materials and reviews Simba again came out on top. The first nights sleep was strange, having woken up without the usual lower back pain and we have slept without issue since we received it. Not only did it alleviate our back pain, but the other issue we had was getting to warm even in winter and this topper has provided a better balance and probably air flow which has only made the experience more pleasurable. So far we are a month in and ask ourselves why we didn't choose Simba three years ago. Cannot fault this item in any way and will no doubt be investing further with them for our daughters beds.

This has made a considerable difference to my sleep and pain that I was experiencing. We bought an Emma mattress as we were advised its very comfortable and supportive and as I suffer from fibromyalgia I needed something of this description. What I got was a hard mattress that hurt every pressure point. I persevered for almost 2 years as I couldnt afford a brand new mattress again so started looking at mattress toppers. We have had a couple over this time that havent made that much difference and were very hot so when we saw the Simba topper we started reading the reviews and took a chance. We went for the top of the range one and while, yes, it may be more expensive than other toppers, so far it is well worth the money! My sleep quality and pain levels have improved considerably. It is also much cooler that straight forward memory foam. So far we are really pleased with our purchase and would recommend it. Also to note, the mattress topper dosnt slip or move at all, it stays right in place due to its rubbery under lining. Time will tell as we progress, see how it fairs and hope it doesn't dip too much over time. I Ill report back at a later date its an update. But just to re-assure. Go for it!

My daughter has a Simba mattress and highly rates it, as my mattress isnt that old I didnt want to replace it but waking up multiple times a night, even when turning over to aches and pains in the morning, just isnt the one. However I know can be a sign of growing older, but also I didnt feel that should be the case. Thought Id try the mattress topper and a few Friday nights ago, placed my order. Topper arrived on the Sunday morning, fabulous speedy delivery I must say. Rolled it out and left to air as directed to do so. Was so excited to see if sleeping on this was the answer to my aches and pains. 1st night slept like an absolute dream and I must say every night since its arrival, it has not disappointed one bit. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who feels aches and pains or that their existing mattress needs some help. I got a discount off mine but recently had a further discount off too, so yes I could of saved a few extra quid if I had waited, but to be honest the quality of sleep I have had over the last few weeks is worth every penny that I didnt save. My new life partner presently lives in temporary accommodation, having suffered homelessness. For almost one year, he has slept on a matress and bed platform of poor quality. I never write reviews but I do like to read them. But I have to say how impressed I am with the Simba topper. I'm a lady of 74 years and I have suffered with back problems all my life. I am waiting for an MRI scan on my back as I have osteoporosis in my spine. I have on several occasions thought about a new mattress but in the end decided to get a topper instead. What a choice out there. So after reading no end of reviews, I thought I would opt for a Simba. I was impressed with the ease of ordering on line and delivery was on the second day with good communications from Simba and delivery company. It was packaged very well. My husband took the topper out of the box and and layed it on the bed took the wrapping off and it soon inflated. There was a slight oudor but didn't last long. That night I had the best night's sleep for months my back ache had gone. It's a pleasure to get into bed now and know my back is not going to be sore. It's so comfy, I really mean it. I am so pleased with it, I wish I hadn't waited so long to make up my mind. I truly recommend this topper. I won't be sending this back. The quality is excellent.

The topper works it definitely improved our sleep and eliminated all the back pain resulted from the worn down mattress. However, there is a weird lingering crude oil factory smell that is not going away. we tried everything for the past month. It got better but we never got rid of it. It is just disappointing to experience such a smell from one of the most premium and most expensive toppers in the market. I actually could not sleep well in the first few days because the smell was so strong. The topper works; it definitely improved our sleep and eliminated all the back pain from our worn-down mattress. However, there's a persistent crude oil factory smell that hasn't gone away despite our efforts over the past month. While it's somewhat better, the smell still lingers, which is disappointing for such a premium and expensive topper. The odor was so strong initially that I struggled to sleep for the first few days. Additionally, I bought the hybrid topper, the pricier option. It's just made of three types of foam and seems simpler than what the website advertises. I couldn't find or feel the Aerocoil springs they mention.

Our mattress has become slightly uncomfortable due to it coming close to its renewal time (8. 5yrs old). With cost of living rising by the day the wife and I decided to plumb for a quality mattress topper! With much research we decide to try the Simba mattress topper as all the online reviews sent us in this direction. The decision was made and I ordered and as the website promised the topper arrive next day, a tick in the box for Simba! We set the topper over our existing mattress and it seemed to fit perfectly. New sheets (because of new depth) fitted and we looked forward to the comfortable night ahead. Sadly we felt a little disappointed as we both had a restless night, but decided to give it a few days/week and see if things settled/improved. This was all backed with the 100 night guarantee. 3 nights later we both had the best nights sleep, and continued to improve each night. In my honest opinion we have 100% made the most cost effective way to improve our comfort and sleep, no more back ache or shoulder pain! I understand that there is other options but you wont be disappointed if you make the same decision!

I purchased a Simba Topper because, the previous Topper I had had for a year, was good, but not quite good enough for the arthritic back, hips and knees plaguing me! I still awoke in the mornings with pins and needles in legs and feet. So, having read quite a few of the reviews, I decided to opt for a Simba. Upon unfolding it, I spread it out on my bed and allowed it to 'breathe' for 10 hours, after which, I needed to sleep on it! Despite the long airing, in proximity of an open window , the initial, unpleasant smell, was still very powerful when I covered the Topper with the bedding. The reason I am giving this Topper a four, and not the full five stars it , otherwise, would deserve, is that, after over three weeks of being used, there still is a whiff of that unpleasant smell (identical to the initial one) ,occasionally rising up to my nostrils, a smell which I would have expected to be completely gone after such a lapse of time! But, apart from that, the Simba Topper does live up to its reputation of excellence, and offers my arthritic limbs a welcome respite from daily aches, and an almost heavenly rest!

Relax in EVERY waySimba has you covered. Not only is this topper everything it claims to be in terms of comfort and easiness to set up and use, but Simba are everything they claim to be in terms of communication and customer service. At one point we had sadly and VERY reluctantly initiated a return. Not only was THIS dealt with quickly and efficiently, but THEN when circumstances changed and we were fortunately able to keep the topper, this was likewise a swift, pain-free (albeit slightly embarrassing) experience. The topper itself is of the highest quality, and, as well as being excellent in its own right, really can transform an ageing or tired mattress in to something once more capable of giving a comfortable and restful nights sleep. Obviously this is a highly subjective and personal opinion, as these things inevitably are, and your mileage may vary. Thats where the trial period and outstanding service come into their own. I wouldnt hesitate to order from Simba again and would reassure anybody in two minds on a purchase to go ahead without worry.

I Had surgery on my back L4/L5 Disc bulge so i made the decision to buy a simba hybrid luxe mattress and i loved the support and comfort it gave me, but my partner prefers an extra firmer mattress. So I later purchased the matching luxe topper for her sake and she loved the extra support it gave her in fact it totally transformed our bed, this made her very happy. Myself well i couldnt believe how much more comfortable i found it, we both agree that you get a better quality deeper sleep and its great for side sleepers like us!! I struggle to get out of my bed because I could stay in it all day im so comfy!! :-) What a difference it has made to an already excellent mattress, combined they give you hotel quality comfort and extremely comfortable nights sleep. I love my Simba mattress its the best i have had in the last 40yrs.. You get what you pay for in life, you cant put a price on a comfortable good nights sleep in my eyes, made even better with 0% interest payments for 12 months thats a win win for me. I bought this after purchasing a very hard mattress from another store. Our previous mattresses always dip around the 8 year mark on my partners side due to his composition. We were recommended the hard mattress for him. For me it is so uncomfortable (I prefer memory foam) - it is like sleeping on a concrete slab! I was recommended the Simba topper. I researched it with its online competitor and chose the Simba. I was expecting much more from it. It isnt as thick or expanded as I wouldve liked and it has already flattened somewhat on my partners side. Possibly as the mattress is so hard, the Simba cant possibly provide the contouring comfort that I need. I have lower back pain, protruding discs and sciatica which causers regular flare up. It has been 2 weeks now with the topper, I prefer sleeping with the topper than without but we are going to see how it goes and give it another couple of weeks to really understand if it is worth it and whether to keep it or go with another brand that may meet my needs with a more deeper comfort.

The duvet is so luxurious and puffy on the bed but you hardly feel in resting on your skin, the pillow omg head down and good night sleeping beauty see you in 8 hrs. I would recommend, yes its an expensive purchase but an investment in yourself, we all deserve it.

I purchased the Simba Hybrid topper after reading the reviews with the impression that it would help my aching back. The Topper is a good topper in itself fairly thick with a good zip around cover. The first topper that was delivered the zipper didn't work but the customer service I received was first class and a new one was delivered and the old one picked up within a few days. After flipping my mattress and using the Topper I slept very well for a few days. But it hasn't been long before the body dips have started to appear. I have now realised that no topper that you may buy is going to help an old mattress. I have now purchased a new firm mattress and will try it with and without the Topper. It may be that I have wasted my money on buying a topper when I should have purchased a new mattress instead. I realise now that you need a good mattress for any topper to be effective and toppers are really only suitable to soften a very firm mattress but it won't firm up a mattress which has been body hollowed.

We recently bought a brand-new Premier Inn mattress and, although its a really good mattress, we found it wasnt quite as comfortable as we wanted for side sleeping. After reading plenty of reviews of toppers on various sites I settled on Simba. I bought mine in a sale, but it still wasn't a cheap purchase. But can you put a price on comfort? At this point in time I couldn't be happier. It instantly provided the comfort that my middle-aged mattress was lacking and issues of lower back and hip discomfort are basically gone. My own lack of fitness is almost certainly the cause of any issues now! Yes, there is a smell associated with the topper when new, but leaving it to air for 6+hrs meant the 1st night was fine. After a day or so, unless you got your nose right in there to have a whiff, the smell was gone. I have given it a 4 star review for now. As the weather warms up we will see how well the fancy cooling foam layer copes. Reviews elsewhere said that the Simba was best in their tests for "warm sleepers" so fingers crossed. The review might be bumped to a 5. I just wish I'd bought it sooner.

First of all ArrowXL delivery company for simba, no one should be using!! On both deliveries items got lost and then delayed and customer service was not existant and had no idea where your package was or when you were gonna get it also on the day tracking and phone call half hour before not existant. This was right pain and im suprised simba are still using them and i found this out while getting replacement(DEC 2022). The washable sheet for the hybrid mattress topper is not washable even if you follow exact washing guidleines, it will shrink! Also the 3 layers foam inside will kink over time and create a sand dune looking hill in the centre. Customer service will also get you jumping through hoops for replacemnt asking for photos of the product, default and labeling of production date and then orignal invoice. Just waste of time go to ikea lie on the mattress or topper see if you like it and go colloct it pop it in your car.

Im really impressed with the Simba Hybrid mattress topper. From the first few nights, it made a noticeable difference to my comfort and sleep quality. What stands out most for me is how well it relieves pressure. I used to get discomfort in my ribs and hips when lying on my side, but this mattress seems to distribute weight much more evenly. It takes the edge off those pressure points, so Im not constantly shifting around trying to get comfy like I used to. Its supportive without feeling hard, and soft without that sinking feeling you sometimes get with memory foam. The balance is spot on. I wake up with far less stiffness, and so far, I'm sleeping better and waking less during the night. I went for the topper as a cheaper option to the mattress and I'm happy with that. Its one of those upgrades you dont realise you needed until you try it, and then you wonder how you managed without it.

To be fair, Ive not given this mattress topper much chance to earn 5* yet. Bought it to go on an uncomfortable mattress in my Motorhome and only had the opportunity to try it for one night since receiving the topper. I have had a Simba full mattress on my bed at home for a few years now-and love it- hence trying a Simba Topper, hoping to enhance my Motorhome normal mattress to a more comfortable one The first and only time of trying it up to now, well, was honestly only OK, but not entirely blown away with it at the momentnothing like as comfortable as my Full Mattress at home. i found the Topper rather on the firm side. but it did improve my sleep a little better. I think I need many more nights to give it a chance to Wow me. I will have a better idea in a couple of weeks, as will be spending 10 consecutive nights on it! Fingers crossed I get lots of beauty sleep- as I need it!!

We've tried a few mattress toppers throughout the years. Some more expensive, some cheaper. This mattress topper is the best we have come across. It has really helped with the quality of sleep. It is comfortable and moulds to your body. It was easy to assemble, but just taking the outer packaging and placing on the bed. It plumped up quickly. (Spme previous memory foam have needed 24 hours), so it was nice we could use it straight away. My partner who has Chronic Fatigue, spends alot of time in bed and has found the topper incredibly helpful for her comfort. Having a better quality of sleep has not just helped her body but her mind to. The light linen material allows it to easily breathe which helps with body regulation temperature.(Shame we can not say the same for the hybrid duvet but that's a different review and product). Overall, a fantastic product and highly recommended.

Really pleased with our topper we had an old memory foam mattress that we had just replaced with a new coiled spring mattress and we where finding it to firm it was making our joints painful. I did a lot of research on the best topper to buy as we didnt want to make another costly mistake and Simba was coming out on top. I bought a topper to go on my new mattress because age and back problems make it difficult to lift the mattress to change the sheets (the mattress is not a Simba - full marks to the Simba helpline for advising me not to put a Simba Topper on a Simba Mattress). I use a flat sheet, tucked tightly round the topper. I was worried the topper would slide. It doesn't! The mattress is comfortable, but the addition of the Simba Topper makes it sheer heaven. When I asked a different customer service representative if I could get a spare cover, because I'd find it difficult to launder and replace in the same day, Simba sent me one. So, blissful sleep and amazing empathetic customer service (twice). I won't need to buy another mattress/topper for a while. . . . but I'd really like to see one developed so that elderly/infirm customers can more easily change the bottom sheet.

I bought this topper on the recommendation of my son and his wife, although they had bought the mattress version. I didn't want a full mattress as the one I have is less than a year old, but I felt that it was already "bowing" in the centre. I've tried other toppers which didn't mask this dip at all. I feel that the Simba topper is doing the job in this respect. I haven't been aware of the indentation nearly so much. My other main reason for buying the topper is because of back pain. I'd like to say that this has eased but, being a chronic condition, I think it will take a while before I notice any real difference. I'm hopeful, however, as my experience of the topper, so far, has been positive and it's definitely far better than others I've tried. My four star may seem a bit less than glowing but I do feel this topper has potential!

It's perfect for our folding sofa bed. We were only planning on using it occasionally as a guest bed but it's been nearly 2 years now since my hubby is sleeping on the guest bed as I co-sleep with baby in the main bedroom. So I thought it would be nice to treat him to a proper high quality topper, since the old one we had wasn't very comfortable and was quite old as well. The Simba topper lives up to the expectation and my husband has been sleeping much better ever since. The elastic bands underneath hold it well in place and I can still fit a bedsheet over it well. Although the dimensions don't quite match the mattress size as the sofa bed is not a standard shape, you really can't tell once the bedsheet is on. This very comfortable topper compliments our visprung mattress from John Lewis. We didnt want to replace our medium mattress, which was quite costly, and opted to try the Simba hybrid topper, amainly because our needs have changed, due to age and health issues. What a great decision. It has changed our lives, as we now wake up with much less pain issues, and we both feel like weve had a quality nights sleep. The depth is just right, as is the softness. I would say slightly warmer at night, but this feels like an asset rather than an issue at the moment. I love that it felt like a free trial, with the option to return at no expense to ourselves. We never had to consider this option though, and although there are cheaper alternatives, this really is a case of getting what you pay for. So no hesitation in recommending that this product is well worth trying.

I have been thinking about replacing my mattress as Ive been getting a few bad nights sleep lately, but because I have a super king bed it was going to be very expensive. Id often seen Simba advertised and my son has a simba and rates it highly, so decided to have a look and came across the mattress topper which straight away makes it more affordable, Im so glad I purchased it, fits beautiful on my mattress and the straps hold it very firmly in place. Had it a few weeks now and its so comfortable and I swear its getting better each day. It was definitely well worth the money so would highly recommend getting one to make your older mattress last longer if youre on a budget. The only thing I will say is because it adds a few inches on top my fitted sheets dont fit as well, they dont come off but may have to invest in deeper fitted sheets from now on.

I have a good quality mattress, but it is uncomfortable for my light frame. The topper I had was just about 18 months old, but over the last few months it got progressively more uncomfortable until I was losing sleep. Tossing and turning , I felt as if I was lying on the pavement. My back was aching, hips numb when I laid on my side, and pins and needles wherever there were pressure points. I purchased this mattress topper under a year agoand, initially, I was very happy with it. I have removed and washed the cover a few times without any issues. Unfortunately, on the fourth time of putting the cover back on, it had become quite tight. While trying to fit it, the springs in the middle of the topper moved and created a hole. I tried my best to put everything back into place, but unfortunately, while doing so, the foam ripped and the topper was left damaged and unusable. I understand that I have had the topper for over a year, but I am disappointed that the product became damaged simply while trying to put the washable cover back on. I would have expected it to be more durable and able to withstand the cover being removed and refitted. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality and durability, especially considering the price I paid.

I always struggle with sleep and being to hot also at night. My mattress was already a decent one when I bought it new to help my sleeping issues. It was okay until I bought my simba mattress topper. Our Hypnos fancy schmancy firm bed is made of bricks. My hips and shoulders hurt. Memory foam plus microfibre topper helps but as we are on the heavier side we still hit the bricks. Simba hybrid topper wasnt quite enough on its own but plus a microfibre topper layer underneath has made it much better. It is still warmer to lie on than no topper, but doesnt crank up the heat like memory foam does. It feels more like lying on a decent bed than on a bed with a topper. Hubby moaned about the price but Im not sending it back, as yet anyway. It has settled somewhat where we lie on it though, doesnt have the bounce back to flat that memory foam does so we will see how that goes. The 200 nights guarantee is reassuring as was the main reason I decided to try it. It has been an improvement so far (couple weeks) and Im hoping it will last.

This product is very good, it is great quality and is extremely comfortable. However, there is a very strong chemical smell that comes from the product. After conducting research I noted that this is standard with other customers and is due to the chemicals used. the first couple of weeks the smell is quite bad,it will make your bedroom smell. Also when you wake up you can then smell it on you. We have used multiple cleaning products and sprays which does help. It has been several weeks now and then smell has dulled but is still lingering, you can notice the smell when you enter the room. I assume and hope that this will eventually disappear however you need to be aware of this. Heavily ventilate your room as much as possible. Other than the above, which could be a significant issue, the products is very good and is comfortable

I was willing to try the Simba hybrid topper because it had more technology than the other toppers I researched. I wanted the support and comfort that both the coils and memory foam offered. I was able to spread the payments which also helped along with having the piece of mind with 100 night sleep test. I have ADHD which caused me to toss and turn all night. This also woke me up minimum every two hours. I still wake up to go to the bathroom however the periods of sound sleep I now have because the way the simba hybrid mattress supports my body has calmed my constant movement at night. I regularly sleep for 4hours + each night without waking up. Unbelievable! I am now feeling more rested and refreshed each morning. I was also able to use my blue. light card to get a discount on my purchase too. What's not to love!!

I havent had it long enough to be able to say conclusively, but the topper has seemingly enhanced the tired mattress beneath it and it has improved my sleep quality in the time Ive had it, so a standard three stars credit where its due. However, for the relatively high price and the dazzling spiel in the product page I think I was expecting something extraordinary. I still cant figure out where the thousands of Aerocoil springs are as by eye and hand inspection it just looks and feels like foam and sponge, and I have come across quite a few toppers that look and feel like that but at a quarter of the price. I think time will tell if this topper is worthy of its price tag, and in that respect the 200-night trial does offer solid peace of mind - which consequently is also good for sleep so an extra star there!

Maintenant j'ai hte que mon matelas soit KO pour le changer avec un matelas hybride, vu le confort gagn avec ce surmatelas !

We purchased the king size hybrid topper after much research and was reassured by the 100 night guarantee. Both myself and my partner have different sleeping needs so finding a mattress has always been tricky. This topper has transformed our nights! Not only is the product well made, its seamlessly adjusts to fit our individual sleep styles and has taken improved our mattress (useless after 5 years from another premium brand) and given us a much more comfortable sleep. Everything about this product feels premium and I frankly wont buy from another provider again for us or our children. We also got the premium pillows which are fantastic! One thing to report is that we were concerned that a memory mattress can be seriously hot and sweaty, however, this is not the case with Simba. We couldnt be happier!

Je l'ai mis au dessus du matelas hybride luxe pour mon conjoint qui recherche le trs moelleux. Pour moi le matelas devient un peu trop moelleux avec ce surmatelas. J'aurais aim une version un peu plus ferme, mais pas autant que la sensation que j'avais quand j'ai essay le hybrid pro que je trouve trop ferme. Ceci-dit, pour ceux qui aime le moelleux, l'association avec un hybrid pro, doit tre parfaite, permet de gagner en hauteur et donc en confort. Si vous avez mal au dos, comme moi j'ai vraiment remarqu une diffrence entre un lit haut et bas. Plus il y'a d'paisseur et plus il est confortable de se mettre au lit et de sortir du lit (selon moi) Dans tous les cas, je suis certaine qu'il protgera parfaitement notre matelas, et il est trs respirant.

I was shopping around for a new mattress because my current one was very firm and as time has gone on I seem to find aches in my joints. I began researching whats better a new mattress of mattress topper. Because my current mattress was only 2 years old and in good condition (other than a personal preference change) I decided to browse toppers instead. The Simba hybrid was the pricier option but it really did not disappoint. Plus Im the grand scheme of things, it came out much cheaper to upgrade with a topper rather than replacing a mattress. We have had our new topper for a week now and so far so good. I left it to air for 5 days before putting it into use, due to a slight chemical smell on opening. It has certainly added some supportive softness to our rather firm Hypnos mattress. I selected this one to have the comfort of memory foam without adding any extra warmth. So far, I think this has been achieved. I have been troubled with some joint pain and stiffness on waking and the topper seems to have alleviated this very well. My husband agrees. The big problem I have now is that it is so hard to get up in the morning! It is just so nice and comfortable. I hope it continues to be breathable and cool during the hot summer weather. Although it was rather expensive, the option to return after a trial was very re assuring.

I already had an expensive memory foam mattress which I have never actually liked. I always felt too hot and had difficulty turning over. Unfortunately my husband loved it and was reluctant to change. I spent time trying to find a solution and came across the Simba Hybrid topper. Allegedly, it was cooler than other memory foam toppers/mattresses. I can honestly say it actually IS and I am sleeping so much better. What is more my husband loves it also, so win win situation i.e he has still got his memory foam, we havent had to spend a huge amount on a new mattress and we are now both comfortable so a great compromise. The topper is good quality, well made and stays in place. I believe the cover is washable but havent done that yet as Ive also used a cotton mattress cover.

Hi I had the topper as a very early gift for Christmas off my parents I managed to get it on offer too for black Friday so now as I suffer with my back. I have awful back pain and fibromyalgia, I never sleep straight away and alway have trouble getting up after sleep. Cut to matteress topper, I fell asleep quite quickly which might have been a coincidence but I woke up no back pain I couldn't believe it, it's been on two weeks now and I'm not kidding it has worked miricles OK my ailments arn't gone, bit I finally get to sleep without any problems. Vit might not be for everyone but I would definitely advise anyone to try it, you nothing to lose if it don't work, you get money back. Really pleased with this mattress topper, it arrived the next day after ordering. I find it very supportive for my back, something I'd been having trouble with for a while. The straps keep it in place brilliantly, I noticed most other companies don't have these on there toppers but as I move around quite a lot while sleeping having these in place keeps the topper perfectly where I want it. I also plan to use it while camping. I paired this topper with one of the pillows, I have to say it took me a while to come to terms with spending over 100 on a pillow but it has been fantastic. Again so much more supportive than any other pillow I've had, I no longer wake up with neck pain. I'm really happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend Simba.

I wasnt expecting a mattress topper to make this much difference, but it has. My sleep has improved massively since adding this to my bed. I fall asleep easier, wake up far less through the night, and actually feel rested in the morning instead of stiff and groggy. The support is spot on. Its got a bit of bounce to it rather than that heavy, sinking memory foam feel, so I dont feel stuck in one position, but it still cushions properly where it needs to. I have osteoarthritis in multiple joints, knees, back, feet and although in my 50s Ive already had a hip replacement. I have tried several mattress toppers as I get pain in my lower back and my hip ,although healed always feels like Im lying on a hard surface , lastly a single topper so my husband had his side without as he found them too soft. I had done lots of research, read the reviews and felt as we have a good mattress but its medium firm the topper would be a good investment. The mattress it sits on top of is medium firm, and close to satisfatory. A previous topper was soft but without sufficient support to my waist, and Simba is definitely much better on that score. I still need to experiment with what to put over it for protection though. The adverts, understandably, show the topper bare in use. A single sheet will not of course keep it properly clean although when I tried it like that for a nap, the effect was astounding. A very thin mattress protector with a single, (previously I tried double,) brushed-cotton sheet beneath a cotton sheet is promising.

Whilst I may have had some issues with the courier, regarding late delivery and the state of the box when it finally arrived. The Simba mattress topper is excellent. We already have a Simba mattress on one of our spare beds, which we've been very happy with since purchasing it several years ago. I'm happy to say that our expectations have not been let down with the Simba mattress topper. It's very comfortable to sleep on with the advantage of having the straps to hold it in place. There maybe cheaper alternatives available but you get what you pay for and the Simba mattress topper is definitely worth the extra cost. Whilst I might not recommend the courier, I would recommend Simba to anyone looking for a mattress topper or mattress.

This topper is great. was nervous replacing my old toppers, yes I had two! I needed them to make my very hard and heavy mattress comfortable. I was looking for a topper that was not too hard but not squishy either. It is quite difficult to choose online. However, after doing a lot of research I opted for the Simba topper based on information, reviews and return options. I was excited to go to bed once received and I was not disappointed. We bought this mattress topper to go above what was described as the best mattress in the world. Only, it wasnt: it was uncomfortable due to the mattress buttons lying flush with the top. Something had to be done. After much research we settled on the Simba Hybrid topper and were very glad we did - no more knobbly lumps to dig into various body parts from shoulders to ankles. I am waiting on a hip replacement so sleep is Very disturbed, I cannot lay in one position before discomfort wakes me. I cannot believe the difference with Simba mattress topper. Had been looking for topper for ages. Looked at many makes but chose Simba as UK company & it seemed to do everything I wanted. Arrived in a few days & used the same night. A bit sceptical as had a rubbish nights sleep, not sure if it was me or the topper! But told myself this was silly give it a chance. I made an informed decision to buy Simba having read WHICH report and review, which it highly recommended . In the past I had tried basic quilted mattress covers and then more expensive deeper wool filled duvet mattress cover, but their benefits were short lived. The pros and cons listed in Which Report were easily overcome, e,g. the smell. It lasted a couple of days and I placed my existing cotton cover over the Simba. The other piece of advice stated if your mattress is nearing the end of life, you might still feel the curves and bumps, which I have but can say it does reduce their impact. I am very happy with the structure and quality and am now seriously thinking of buying a needed replacement mattress when funds allow.

Bought initially after seeing many good reviews on Google search. The topper developed a large ridge after about 4 weeks, like an inner section had moved out of position. No way for me to move it back. Excellent customer service, replaced the item within a short time. I unzipped the cover on the replacement to find it was partially stick to the inner foam where glue had spilled from the foam layers. Also the foam layers had compressed in that area where the glue was squeezed out. Luckily this was near a corner so not affecting the comfort. I sent photos to customer service, who after firstly asking if I wanted to return or keep it, offered 10% refund. I kept it. No other problems so far. Quality control/glue may be an issue.

Ive had this mattress topper for a few weeks now (so slept on it for 100+ hours) and its made such a difference to the sofa bed Im sleeping on - I can no longer feel the dips and folds in the sofa bed mattress, and therefore been a worthwhile upgrade. I was a little sceptical about how much of a difference a mattress topper would make to my mattress. I've got a memory foam/hybrid mattress from another company which was giving me a bad back as it's too firm. I bought the hybrid topper from simba hoping it would make it more comfortable, reassured by the 100 night guarantee and was fully prepared to send it back if it didn't help. My sleep was better from the first night! I also feel like the topper helps with temperature regulation - im way more comfortable in all aspects and love getting into bed now! Delivery service went without any issues. Very happy with my decision, and there's still time to change my mind (although I know I won't!).

The off gassing smell lasts a long time. The topper is comfortable. I found it difficult to check I was buying the one I wanted. The names are too similar and the pricing seemed backwards to what the newspaper review had suggested. The box when it arrives is also unclear. I wouldnt know if I had received the wrong one. Not sure if it would matter. For now Ive put the topper into the hallway to try to get it to off gas. It hurts my eyes. I went away for a few days and the feeling went away. Returned and it came back. So there seems to be something in the off gassing my eyes dont like and mine is taking a long time to finish the process. It is in a very small bedroom so maybe that makes it be noticed more?

Bought their top of the range mattress topper and very disappointed. Advertised as cooler that others - no, its not. Advertised as King size 150cm x 200cm - no its not, its about 1.5cms both narrower and shorter than that. Advertised as having good strong elastic straps to secure it to mattress - no they are not, had this topper on our bed for just three weeks and the straps are baggy already. I've just put in a request to return this topper and get my money back under their supposedly 200 night RISK FREE trial - what are the chances of that I wonder. Bet they don't publish this review. My chances of winning my money back by submitting this review are probably worse than winning the national lottery.

Honestly this topper has completely transformed the dodgy "mattress" in my student accommodation. I was struggling to sleep, springs poking into me and no support at all. Purchased this mattress topper, completely changed my sleeping experience. Struggle to get out of bed now! Lovely and supportive, stays put on the bed and adds a nice bit of height to a pancake mattress. 10/10. Dealt with customer service too, who were lovely and helpful! Thought I'd received a mouldy topper at first, but it's just the way my nose perceived the "out the box" smell, so just be mindful of that and be sure to air it as much as possible when it arrives! Excellent purchase, speedy delivery as well.

I was hesitant about buying this as it is very expensive but the 200 day no quibble trial swung my decision. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. I suffer badly with sciatic nerve pain at night in my hip and upper thigh following a spinal fusion. I find it uncomfortable to lie completely flat on my back . I needed something that would mould better to my back etc. This topper has helped take pressure off my lower back and has helped me sleep much better. Im away in holiday this week and have noticed an increase in poor sleep and pain in my hip and back at night due to a too hard mattress. My autistic son has lots of sensory issues. We struggled to find a mattress that would suit him. Having researched about mattress Toppers we thought we would give this a go as it was on offer at the time. Absolute game changer! He's had the best night sleep...infact we can't get him out of bed most days..lol....we invested in a very firm mattress due to his large body frame then put this on top. He has said that it's the best thing after his ipad. A huge compliment in of itself! Will be investing in another one if the offers become available again. Only one niggle- even with the support bands, the mattress tended to move. We resolved this my investing in a fitted mattress protector sheet.

We bought a cheap ikea mattress when we moved house a year ago and promised to get a better mattress later on .to be fair the ikea mattress for the price wasnt bad but both of us felt that it lacked a bit of luxury ..we had seen the Simba ads on TV and read the reviews but felt we couldnt justify buying a new mattress as this wasn't great environmentally, so when I realised they did toppers it was the obvious answer .. Saying as it is, due to my circumstances for few years Ive been sleeping on a sofa bed. Really comfortable topper. I was struggling with sciatica and it has really made a difference to me. I am not having to worry about trying to get out of bed in the morning which was the worst time for me. And I am no longer taking ibuprofen and heat pads for my back. Although at my partners I still have to use them because he doesnt have a simba topper. Also it was getting me down being in pain and now I feel so much better and being gen x we dont normally talk about mental health but it has made such a difference to me. My wife suffers with a dodgy hip, which also means I have to suffer. We bought a new mattress (not Simba), in the first instance, which didn't seem to help much. After a couple of weeks umming & erring, I took the rather sceptical approach after looking at the pre yous reviews and bought this hybrid simba topper. I have to say, it did everything it promised and am very happy to report my scepticism was ill founded. I bought this to replace an old double topper we'd never gotten around to updating for our king matress. Out goes the cheap and mushy memory foam which was far too soft for me. This is firm, but a good medium firm which we can both agree on. I ordered the topper and mattress protector 3 weeks ago. The delivery date wasnt convenient, Simba were very helpful and rearranged for a few days later. I left the topper to air for 2 days, a slight odour ( not unpleasant) remained for another 5 days, then fine. It immediately made my very firm mattress more comfortable, which I didnt want to replace as it was very expensive. Now 3 weeks on my aches and pains although not completely gone are very much reduced, making getting out of bed easier. I had some concerns about over heating on a topper but after careful research decided to go for the hybrid Simba topper - so glad I did and hope it continues to be comfortable as time goes on.

Best thing I ever bought. Was tired of restless sleep toss and turning and been tired all day . Since I bought SIMBA mattress everything thing change . I became a new person. Purchased a simba topper to go on top of our old simba mattress as I have been struggling with side sleeping due to shoulder arthritis. The whole process from ordering to delivery was simple and very fast, arriving as advised, within a couple of days of purchase. The topper is of very good quality material and fits perfectly on top of the mattress. We unpacked and left the topper for a few hours to settle. OMG couldn't believe how supremely comfortable the topper was, just the right balance of plush and body contouring. I had a great night's sleep and in my usual side sleeping position. We were a little apprehensive at first after having had a very bad experience with another well known mattress manufacturer who took 13 weeks to deliver and then charged us to take it back after some appalling nights of sleep. So far all is good with the mattress topper we purchased. It arrived the very next day, to our surprise, fitted the bed perfectly and I am not waking up with very sore shoulders like the previous one we tried from a competitor. Im really torn with this mattress topper. My other half loves it but I have had chronic back pain since the day we put it on the bed. Im writing a 3 review not because I dont like the topper I very much do but it arrived with a hole in the top and Im am due my replacement this week but this has taken over 2 weeks to sort out. I found not being able to speak to someone an issue. For such a big company I would expect a landline of some sort. Lots of crossed wires and no direct answers I feel talking to someone would have been much easier. Still 399 and we are still waiting for a non faulty product. Little disappointed I will say the have sent pillows as a sweetener which is lovely but I would have preferred a replacement sent and faulty goods collected without numerous emails to make this happen.

Both me and my husband love our Simba mattress topper! We decided to get the topper after sleeping on the same mattress for several years and it felt like its life is coming to an end.
