What Makes It Great

This bed is incredible the headboard is fantastic and of great quality finish! I bought the whole range bedside cabinets and the blanket box and the bedroom looks incredible, I have gone for a botanical theme so with the palm leaves, banana leaf look sort of a bohemian tropical look with sage green colours and rich greens and really looks incredible! The quality of the material and the actual bed itself you cannot fault one bit, one thing I would suggest if you don't have the patience with setting it up and with all the surplus cardboard,polystyrene I would recommend having the set up fee so it was done for you and the recycling, rubbish removed as this took a long time removing and installing the bed because we thought we would save the extra pennies and do it ourselves but I would have dreams team do this for us if we ever need to order from them in future. But the product itself from the bed to the whole range is just top notch!

Hi I have a relyon foam king size mattress measuring approx- 5 ft width by 78 inches length and depth is 10 inches will this mattress fit this bed and we can use ottoman lift perfectly?

what is the maximum mattress weight the superking can lift? There must be a limit to what the pistons are capable of.

Answer: Hi , We do not have set weight limits. Bed frames are tested to 18 stone, however this doesn't mean it can only hold 18 stone across the whole surface area. 18 stone is tested on specific areas of the frame, meaning a weight higher than this would be fine as the weight would be distributed across the whole frame over just one specific area. Our only frames that would be limited at 18 stone are our range of adjustable beds. This ottoman should be fine with any mattress weight. Thank you.

On the deacon it states the height of headboard, but what additional width would you need to have?

Answer: The most suitable bed frame size would be a super king which would accommodate a super king mattress measuring 6'0 x 6'8 - however this would be slightly bigger than your mattress so there could be some gaps on the sleeping area. Stunning!

I recently purchased this king size bed in the slate grey option, I had to wait a long time for delivery but it was totally worth the wait! Dreams came and delivered the bed on a Saturday, the delivery men were so helpful and respectful of my home. They contacted me the night before to tell me my two hour time slot and even called me in the morning to re-confirm. Once we unboxed the bed it took us around an hour to assemble, it is definitely a two man job as the head board is heavy!! It really does have the 'wow' factor, beautiful quality and we are getting so many compliments on the head board. Totally worth the money, buy, buy, buy if you haven't already!!

Gorgeous bed

I’d been looking at this bed for a long time before I eventually bought it in the sale last week. It looks absolutely stunning and the ottoman base is perfect for storage. Nothing else on the market compares to this as far as style and value for money are concerned. Things I love: Style, colour, ottoman storage, price Things that could be improved: Fabric on headboard appears a little crinkled (or am I just fussy?!) The ottoman function is heavy to lift up initially and push down at the end (not suitable for people with little strength or bad backs!) Overall though I’m absolutely delighted with the bed itself and service received from dreams

Very disappointing comfort and quality

I bought this studio Sofa Bed from Dreams online, having been extremely please with same type bought from a different retailer 5 years previously. Having waited 9 weeks for delivery, I couldn't be more disappointed with how comparatively HARD the foam cushions and sleeping base are and how poor quality the covering material is. This is supposed to be a comfortable functional main sofa that happens to extend into an equally comfy bed - I do not feel that is what I got at all.

Great quality and looks fantastic

I bought the Super-King model of this bed and it's absolutely fantastic. The quality is brilliant, really easy to build and looks great in our master bedroom. The headboard looks more prestigious than the price would suggest. Can't fault anything with the bed. We also purchased the ottoman to match for the end of the bed, which is delivered already constructed - very handy. It also is brilliant quality and really adds to the look of the room.

Amazing Bed

Bought this bed just over 2 week ago and can honestly say it is amazing. Read loads of reviews that it squeaked after use and it doesn't in the slightest. I very nearly didn't purchase this product due to the reviews but I'm so glad I didn't let the reviews away my decision. It not only comfortable but very stylish and very complimentary in the bedroom. The headboard is a feature in itself and easily gives the wow factor.

Not suitable as a super king bed

I received this bed yesterday and am shocked at the poor quality. It simply has 6 foot wooden slats that aren't supported in the middle, except for one leg on a single slat, meaning the bed sags in the middle. I am upgrading to the sprung slats but do not think this will help that much as even they only have one leg support in the middle. I really regret buying this bed and wish I had purchased a divan and headboard

Not the grey I was expecting

Bought this bed in store and didn’t have a sample of the grey colour but was told it would be the same as the sana which my daughter has. The colour was nothing like my daughters bed. It is more of a blue/green(teal) colour. Contacted customer services and they couldn’t of been more apologetic organised to have bed picked up and a full refund. Quality of bed is 5 stars just not grey!

Best bed ever!

We bought this bed a month ago because we needed a bigger bed as we have 3 children who like to climb into bed with us in the night, they love it as much as we do! It feels so luxurious and the best nights sleep I’ve ever had, even when the little ones climb in in the middle of the night! I would recommend dreams and their excellent bed and excellent service to anyone!

Great bed but disappointed it’s started squeaking.

Bought this bed about a month ago and I could not fault it at the beginning. However, the last few days the bed has starting squeaking and crunching whenever you move. Very irritating considering it’s brand new. Rather disappointed we have spent £600 on a bed for it to deteriorate after a month. Other than that, beautiful looking bed, to bad it’s not practical.

AVOID!

Bought this bed approximately 2 months ago & recently the bed has started squeaking due to bolts that have rounded off from the slats - Homeserve been out to take a look, nothing they can do as they dont stock these bolts so referred back to Dreams - Not a happy customer & would not recommend this bed frame to any friends or family!

Squeaky and creaky

This is a beautiful bed it must be said however I am teminfef every time I sit or get into it that it is loud squeaky and creaky. I am 9.2 stone so I don't think this is down to weight. I've put up with it for months now fed up had this bed for 8 months and feel as though it won't last as long as id hop3d for the price. Disappointed

Amazing value

I bought this bed a month ago and I'm so pleased with it. Originally we bought a super king but it wouldn't fit, Dreams were great and took it away, returning with a king size which fits perfectly. Be warned the head board is very large, so it's a great feature but also worth bearing in mind when choosing what size you want.

Looks amazing

I bought this a month ago.. I am very happy with the purchase I have made.. it looks lovely in my bedroom it's just the right size.. and very comfortable.. also very easy to set up.. It's comes flat packed with everything you will need even Alan keys if you don't have any very happy with this bed.

I bought this bed a month ago and everything was very smooth from the purchase to the assembly of the bed. I paid extra to have it assembled and the guys were extremely polite, friendly and very quick. The bed looks amazing - even better than it looks on the website I am so happy I purchased it.

Fantastic bed

I have had my lovely bed for nearly three weeks. Beautiful bed looks stunning in my bedroom. We have the Emma mattress which has completed our bed. The colour is just a right shade of beige which would work with any decor. So glad we bought especially since we bought it the Christmas sales!

Looks great!

Bought this before Christmas and arrived all ok and on time, delivery guys were nice. Looks lovely, the only thing is lifting the ottoman is quite heavy! So maybe not so great for an elderly person. Otherwise it is a lovely bed and would recommend. (Just wish I waited for the sales!)

Beautiful bed

More than happy with the upholstered deacon. I have have none of the mentioned issues with the slates that others have highlighted. Colour is more cream/grey especially in certain lights. Very pleased with my purchase.

Tidy little bed

Replacement bed same size as the old one but more compact. Saved space and really happy with it. Delivery guys were also great delivered to our bedroom and they picked up the old bed with minimal fuss.

Great solid headboard

Very easy to assemble if you can follow instructions. However my own mattress which I had from my previous 4”6 bed frame didn’t quite fit, it’s too big and is slightly hanging at the foot end.

Looks a lot lighter online

Gorgeous bed, very easy to build! Ordered in store, got it in the grey colour however it’s a lot darker than it looks online, plus the photos online show the bed has feet however it doesn’t?

Brought this around a month ago and was a great purchase. Very sturdy and solid, no issues with assembly. Looks really elegant in our room and the headboard is a great statement piece.

Very happy with the purchase

One of the firmer mattresses in the ‘medium’ range. Memory topper incorporated nicely which means it’s edges do not curl up. 3 week use - so far so good.

Good for the Money

This bed looks great and is comfortable with a good mattress. Mine is 6 months old and has an 8 year old use it as a trampoline and so far no creaking.
