The actual bed once assembled is excellent. Very happy with it. However the instructions for assembly are extremely hard to follow, or more accurately I should write the "lack of more specific instructions" are frustrating and thus it takes many, many hours to assemble the bed as you are trying to work out exactly what the instructions intend. How hard would it be to work with a customer assembling the bed and seeing exactly what instructions would make this an easier process? Basically the instructions need a huge amount of improvement

The process of ordering was easy enough and delivery was pretty smooth too. Very happy with the bed itself although it was an utter nightmare to build. It came in a million different pieces all with different screws. It wasn't 'hard' just very lengthy and the instructions were fairly poor. Took me the best part of a full day to do. All that being said, I would order from them again although i'd be more careful on the bed that I order.

Lovely bed, plenty of room in the drawers, lovely fabric! Looks very expensive, so much cheaper then other places. Bed did take about 4 hours to put together so make sure you get all the parts organised. I wouldn't say it was hard to work out, just time consuming so make sure everything is divided up so you know what's being built, as it's mainly the drawers that are time consuming...

Fantastic bed for a reasonable price, cheaper than most places but still the quality of one for a higher price. Delivered with care and on time. I would highly recommend happybeds and this bed in particular. It can take quite some time to put together but when it is you have a fantastic looking bed with 4 storage draws that have loads of space.

The bed is really sturdy and good quality. Would definitely buy from them again. The material is extremely soft so lovely resting against the headboard. And the draws have extra wood underneath to strengthen them. Did take me and my partner four hours to assemble but well worth the effort.

So pleased with our bed! It does take a while to build but the instructions are easy to follow, and much easier with 2 people building. The head board is lovely, drawers have good space in them and the fabric and colour is perfect. It was also delivered very quickly! :)

From the ordering process to the finished article the Happy Beds experience was efficient, positive and very satisfactory. The assembly was a challenge (for an amateur) but very straightforward, with helpful (and, in my case, yes, fool proof!) instructions.

Good value bed. Looks quite expensive. Delivered on time. Assembly took 3 - 4 hours (one person) but there's a lot of bed to build! Instructions are reasonably clear but recommend using an electric screwdriver. Would recommend.

The mental poles to secure underneath the bed keeps on opening but we are thinking it's due to our uneven floors rather than the bed? We have balanced them with some old books which seems to be doing the trick x

Good bed for the price, assembly probably took a couple of hours although not complicated. Found video instructions a useful reference and preferred that to traditional instructions (which were provided)

Our bed kept getting delayed, when it finally came it took a long time to build. The storage in the bed is amazing but the fabric looks completely different than in the photo, it looks more green!
