What Makes The Kayflex Pocket Plush Ultra 3000 Series Mattress Great?

Bought thus king size mattress for my niw visiting son . He did find it a little soft although supportive the mattress said it was medium and I realise perhaps I should have ordered a firm so my error very good service from supplier and would use them again mattressnextday.Com

Hypoallergenic

This product is unlikely to cause any sort of allergic reaction. Ideal if you suffer from any sort of allergy problems

Made in the UK

These are made and manufactured in the UK, meaning that they all meet the same exceptional quality and durability that we expect from genuine UK manufacturing.

1 year guarantee included

1 year guarantee is average in the UK mqattress industry. While it should not put you off (mattresses typically last for 7 years before being replace), it is the minimum that you get with a product. Depending on your price point, you might be able to attract a higher warranty or guarantee period

No roll together

Specifically designed with roll together prevention in mind. This means the product likely has better quality internals and offers better support than other mattresses in the same price point.

Medium support

A medium tension mattress like this is the goldilocks of mattress tensions. Not too soft, nor too firm, medium is typically suitable for the vast majority of people that are looking for a good nights sleep. If you are of average build without back or neck problems, this should be a suitable product. If you are of lower BMI and a side sleeper, consider a softer mattress, whereas if you are of a higher BMI and suffer neck and back pain, consider a firmer tension.

Individual Pocket Springs

The ideal choice in construction when choosing a mattress, pocket sprung mattresses offer, in our opinion, the best combination of support and comfort. The number of pocket springs can be equally important however

Memory Foam

memory foam is one of the most well known materials used in the upper layer of mattresses. Memory foam basically contours to your entire body with moulding properties. Designed by NASA, this material rebounds to your touch and feels like you are floating on a cloud. Memory foam does not necesserily mean soft either, you can still have firm mattresses for those that want them with a bit of memory foam.

Fire Resistant - Low Hazard

This product has a low fire hazard marker against it, ideal considering you"re unconscious while on it. Not to be confused with a source 5 rating

NBF Approved Product

NBF stands for the National Bed Federation and is at the forefront of standards and legislation in the UK bed industry, these guys oversee the entire bedding industry with their mark and brand only being associated to those that follow a certain criteria of care and standards.

24cm deep

A depth of 24cm is about right for a good quality mattress. While the depth of a mattress is not necessarily a guarantee of quality, you typically cannot get the best comfort and suport out of a thin mattress

Pocket springs

Pocket springs are like natures own springy piece of comfort, except they are not from nature. Alas, pocket springs are a very good part of a mattress and often found in the more premium models. Lower quality products will frequently use open coil spring setups, where pocket springs house each spring in a tiny pocket for additional stability and continued support. Pocket spring typically lasts longer than open coil due to this.

Medium Support (3)

Medium support suits the vast majority of people so unless your BMI is too low or too high, you are unlikely to need a mattress with a different firmness grade.

Pressure Relieving

Due to the support structure in place within this mattress it advertises as benefiting from pressure relieving properties. The way a mattress can achieve this is through the use of a good quality spring system that can contour to the body, providing tension equally across all areas of the body dependant on sleeping position and pressure

Responsive Memory Foam

Memory foam is the most popular and most requested top layer for a mattress. After all, develped by NASA, this product has supreme bounce-back comfort that very few other products on the market can immitate. The pro of memory foam is surely in the comfort, the downsides are that it may get a little sweaty and hot in the summer months depending on the depth of the foam

5 Year Warranty Included

A mattress warranty covers physical defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty covers 5 years, giving you extra peace of mind over a standard 1-year warranty. Most mattress warranties last between 5-20 years.

Vacuum Packed & Rolled

Vacuum packing and rolled mattresses now account for 26% of all consumer mattress purchases. Growing in popularity due to their almost identical performance to that of a normal mattress, these mattresses are able to be carried up tight stairways, picked up from the store and delivered much cheaper meaning those cost savings often get passed to the consumer. Well worth consideration, the idea that a rolled mattress is inferior has long been disproven, especially with the rise of bed-in-the-box retailers like Eve and Simba

Warranty / Guarantee

This product comes with a warranty / guarantee on purchase. This is standard EU legislation. You will also get a standard 14day distance selling period whereby you will be able to return the product provided you abide to the retailers guidelines and return policy

Customer Reviews For The Kayflex Pocket Plush Ultra 3000 Series Mattress

Based on 24 review
5

I had waited way too long to replace an ancient mattress and I read the reviews and pricing for dozens of mattresses. I'm more than happy with my choice. It wasn't the most expensive, but for what I have paid I am delighted. I find it really comfortable.

5

Really comfortable! A bit of a hassle to unwrap from the plastic (especially as you cant use a knife), but well worth it. Unwrap on the bed though, as it comes out like an inflatable dinghy and has no grab handles on the side! Very happy.

5

Bought for guest room. Compared with other mattresses from high street stores, value for money excellent and seems really comfortable. This is the second mattress we bought from this company and would definitely buy again.

5

Just like the paint it does what it says on the tin. A very good product for the price. It comes vacuum packed in a roll and is easy enough for one person to handle, until unwrapped.

5

So comfortable and amazing value for money. Not too firm and not too soft but so supportive, best nights sleep i've had in ages. Highly recommend this mattress and this company.

5

4

Not a bad mattress - firm but it does sink a little on the sides when getting on and off the bed. Overall though, quite happy with this mattress for my guests.

4

So far so good- quite a firm mattress, if a little scrunchy. Only criticism is that the edges of the mattress are soft, so they collapse when you sit on them.
