Im sure the bed is good but it was not assembled properly by the first delivery crew apparently. The crew said a part was missing so one of them notified customer service. No problem. Customer service ordered an entire new base. The second delivery crew came and said theres nothing wrong with the bed apart from the fact that a bar that goes across the base had not been assembled. They did it and off they went. Poor guys had lugged the spare base up two flights of stairs. I was moving, very, very tired and not particularly with it ( those of you who have moved home solo will know what l mean). Anyway so far bed is okay. In the past l had ordered 2 other ottoman style beds for my mum and brother and theirs were fine. Just feel a lot of time and energy was wasted with my experience because l had to wait a week for the second delivery crew to arrive and could not make use of the ottoman feature.

Me and my partner are obsessed with our new bed and mattress. After years of waking up every morning with back pain, we reached out to Dreams to advise us on which mattress would suit us best. I love that we had an opportunity at the store to use and experience some new tech sleep matching and use it never expected such life changing results too. The mattress is deliciously comfortable and yet reassuringly supportive. With my previous mattress I always felt I was lying in the wrong position, but now I get a great night sleep whether Im lying on my side or back, and I no longer need a stack of pillows to support my spine. My partner find it too exactly to what he needed for his upper part of his back. I cant put a price on that. Highly recommend! Yeah it might be more expensive but definitely worth it to have a great sleep !

Absoultely fantastic purchase and can't believe i waited this long to actually purchase a new bed and mattress. From our initial store visit to the guys building the bed, was a great experience in dealing with DREAMS and would highly recommend them to anyone, who is in the market to purchase a new bed/mattress. Sales staff in the shop were very knowledgeable and helpful and order and delivery process, we were continually kept up to date with. The bed is 10/10 for comfort and since we've had the new bed, i find myself going to bed earlier and earlier, as it's just too much comfort. All of my friends and family members asked about it and i think we've managed to secure Dreams an extra x6 new customers in the time due to friends and family wanting the same experience :)

The Grove bedframe is just what we needed. The amount of storage space in the ottoman is an absolute game changer! I've decluttered my cuboards and stored my things neatly under the bed. Way better than bed drawers in my opinion. Only slight negative is that its a little heavy to lift the bed up tp reach the storage so i wouldnt recommend this for anyone with lower back problems unless you arent planning to open the ottoman often. I love the style and the colour of the bed frame and the headboard, they feel really luxurious and expensive. Delivery was great, bed arrived half an hour early, the drivers rang to make sure this was ok. We paid for the bed assembly and there was no fuss or mess and it was all done really quickly.

I would rate the bed its self 4 stars. There is lots of great storage underneath the bed due to the ottoman style. However once you add the weight of the mattress to this the ability to lift and lower the bed frame is challenging. The service I received in store while ordering the bed and mattress was 5 stars. Great staff who were happy to help and a fantastic price. Delivery - it is a this point that the service from Dreams took a nose dive. We were delivered an ex-display mattress which was stained and mid-shaped at the height of the pandemic. A number of phone calls later and a 2 week delay then resulted in a new mattress. 1 star

Got upgraded after bed I originally ordered was not available. The velvet grove bed is amazing and Im so pleased about getting it. Put it together myself, no help, could have done with an extra pair of hands but I managed it .. all good. Very sturdy and the mattress is really comfortable Delivery not so good, the guys were early and I had not finished taking down the bed and the threatened to leave without removing my old bed (recycling service) , found this quite an ordeal and upsetting. But being upgraded to a better than expected bed, far outweighs any problems. Would recommend the bed.

I finally treated myself to a new bed. As much as I love the velvet look, I really didnt like the designs with the buttons but fell in love with the Grove. As much as I would have preferred to go to a store and see it, I took a chance. Next, I had to put it together with the help of my 13yr old and it was so easy. I couldnt be happier. I even go up to my bedroom just to look at it, I love it that much. As much as I didnt think I needed the under bed storage, I do use it and there is so much room down there. Overall, very elegant and extremely happy.

Beautiful design and well worth the money. Roomy storage underneath. Takes up a lot of room but this was all intentional as my bedroom is mostly bed and I wanted one to fill the space. The dimensions were freely available. Definitely pay to have them assemble it for you as the Ottoman design isnt straight forward. Its also super heavy so you wont be able to move it once built and you cant push it as itll pull the carpet. Definitely plan exactly where you want it in the room down to the last inch.

The bed is wonderful and has so many brilliant functions. Weve attached our sky q mini box to it and have made it into a bedroom theatre system. Topped with a tempur mattress it is extremely comfortable and the sleep motion allows us to adjust our posture which can help with snoring too. I plan on attaching an Xbox/ PlayStation to it in the future. There were some issues with the assembly but the customer care team have kindly rescheduled another visit by the assembly team to help us with it.

The bed frame is as advertised, plenty of storage space which is easy to access and safe to use with the safety metal device that keeps it supported for that peace of mind when packing your clothes.Very convenient if you need that extra space for you clothes. The head board is comfortable all round allowing you to adopt any sitting position while leaning on it.To complete this masterpiece, I would advise one gets the complete set to include the mattress and bedside table. The result is amazing.

Beautiful bed. Looks great in our bedroom. Mostly good quality however the base of the ottoman would benefit from being made of a stronger material. I think it's plywood covered in material. About an hour after our bed was delivered and assembled, I started to place items in the storage part. I was sat on the floor and leant across (still sat on floor) to push items further back. I put my hand on the base to support myself and the board cracked. Not sure if these boards can be replaced?

Love the bed and we went for the revive mattress that is made from old plastic bottles to go with it. Ottoman storage is amazing as we went for superking. Only reason i'm giving 4 stars is due to one of the wooden slats on the bed being broken upon arrival. Dreams agreed to send a replacement 9 days later which meant we had to make do and build the bed due to us getting rid of our old one and then dismantle to send back. Overall fine now its done but was a bit of a hassle.

Would the bed fit up stairs with a bend? In a 3 storey house? (I believe the only issue would be the size of the head board)
Answer: This would be difficult for us to answer without knowing the dimensions of your stairs. On the product page, there is a section called Delivery which shows you the dimensions of the packages. We would recommend using the measurements to check if the packages would fit up your stairs.
