I Bought this mattress for a vintage bed with oak wooden head and foot. I never thought about the depth of the mattress when I chose it. When it was delivered it was taken upstairs and put on the bed. I was surprised to see that it had come right to the top of the foot board. I removed the plastic covering and made the bed up with sheets and duvet etc, which of course made it even higher. To get into bed I have to take a little leap. But the mattress is very comfy - firm but comfy that was just what I wanted. It has a gorgeous rich fabric cover on it and I would highly recommend. I just wish it had been a little less deep for my bed.

It is firm therefore it gives me support where I lacked it before. I like the ride height as it makes it easy to dismount, so to speak. The interior sings to me when I turn over (occasionally only at the moment).If it becomes regular I would have to contact you, bearing in mind it is almost new, and I am the sole user. Thank you. Amazing customer service from the Milton keynes branch. I forgot the name of the sales representative, not sure if it was vasin? But he really went above and beyond to help. The main quality you want in a mattress is comfort and as we haven't slept on it for a night yet (just did a brief test) I can't honestly rate it for comfort but it seems very well-made and of good quality. It's a firm mattress which is what we wanted but it's in the spare bedroom so our guests will be the judges.

Mattress is fine, provides even support to all of the body, especially good edge support which lifts you as you stand up! Not sure which side is cool and which warm though as had little chance to be on it due to in hospital for dual knee replacement,
