Onto the support layer and the Tempur Cooltouch Hybrid Elite Mattress contains micro coils that are made from modern cold drawn steel. These coils are then pocketed, helping to ensure even placement throughout the product while providing even and measured support across the entire body.

Customers have a lot to talk about but the vast majority are talking about the extreme comfort and coolness they receive from the product. Others talk about their satisfaction and great nights sleep.
Negative reviews are rare with only 2 at time of writing. One believes it to be too firm and another believes it to be too soft. This is a given with online mattress purchases as there is a huge degree of personal preference within a mattress. What is firm to me might be soft to you as even your weight and how you sleep can determine the perceived tension of a product. I don't personally believe these reasons alone are valid in terms of reasons not to buy.
