Silentnight Risborough Mirapocket Mattress

Guided by the excellent sales assistant, we did extensive tests in the shop to find the right mattress to replace our very old Hypnos mattresses, but what sealed the deal for us was Dreams' 40 night exchange deal. I'm by nature risk averse, it's a major purchase, these mattresses are not cheap by any standards, so that security meant there was no gamble. Not a problem really but we were buying 2 x singles and all we could test was a double. That said, the mattresses are pretty firm and there's no "edge roll-off" effect so you can use the whole width. (We have them on sprung slatted bases.) Also I would suggest do not overlook the value of testing with the right pillow hardness and height - it makes a huge difference. So far, sleep has improved significantly. They are very deep with the built in topper so the top of the bed is very high for getting in and out which may be an issue for some (not us). Plus you need to buy deeper fitted sheets. Longer term I'm a bit worried about them not being turnable but if there should be an issue with that, hopefully Dreams' 10 year guarantee should cover that.

We were looking for a replacement mattress - we went to dreams and were welcomed on arrival and offered a drink. I use a wheelchair and getting around the High Wycombe showroom was no problem. I tried a couple of mattresses and found one I felt was comfortable before getting onto the Sleep Match machine. The result gave half a dozen choices one being the one I had orginally felt was good. The downside of this was the bottons on the top of the cover which would have hurt my hip so we tried another very similar with no buttons which felt even better. We pruchased and were offered a delivery date the same week. It arrived and the delivery guys put on the bed and removed and took the old mattress all very easy for us. Having used the bed for nearly 3 weeks now we are delighted with the quality of sleep we are now getting and the comfort. I have to say it was easy from start to finish and would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams there staff and definately this mattress.

Firstly I must emphasize how great dreams are with their customer service as they have been really accommodating with our mattress swap. We originally chose the silentnight ashridge mattress which is a very well made mattress but unfortunately we found it a little on the hard side so decided to swap it for the silentnight chantilly. I was a little wary of this as there were a number of very negative reviews on this mattress but after trying it in the shop we decided to go ahead. The mattress is a little on the high side but this isn't a problem, I was concerned about it being too hard but it is just right. The problem with this mattress is that it definately gives you that 'roll together feeling' so i'm laying comfortably in bed but as soon as my husband gets in I feel like I'm on a slope. Unfortunately now we have had our swap theres nothing I can do about it, with hindsight I wish we'd stayed with the ashridge.

Mattress was delivered about 5 weeks ago. Delivery was on time and delivered to requested destination (bedroom). There was a bit of a smell from the mattress, this took about 2 weeks too die down. I believe the smell was due to the fire protection coating. I suffer from on/off back issues (muscular). It took me a couple of weeks to get used to the new mattress but it's now a treat. My back issues have eased up a bit over the past couple of weeks, but this could be due to a combination of new mattress and acupuncture as both were used/started simultaneously. The mattress does seem to be a lot warmer than my last one, my partner also finds this to be the case. Hopefully it doesn't make us overlay hot in the summer, although I suppose we could switch to a thinner quilt. For pet lovers. Note that my medium sized dog can no longer jump on the bed on his own due to the extra thickness of the mattress.

I initially purchased a Slumberland mattress from Dreams which sagged like crazy in the middle after only a few months; as I'd substituted a previous mattress with this one and used up my 40 Night Comfort Guarantee already, Dreams sent someone to inspect it. Thankfully, they noted a manufacturing fault and I went back a third time and purchased this Silent Night option. What can I say, I couldn't be happier now! The quilting topper applies a really pleasant layer of cushioning, while the mattress underneath remains fairly firm - a perfect balance for those who want to feel like they can luxuriate without the bed sinking down beneath them. It also doesn't get remotely hot like latex mattresses (AVOID!!!) or pure memory foam mattresses. This is the first bed I've had in years that I literally cannot get out of in the morning - it's that comfortable - and I'm not a good sleeper. Highly recommended.

I've slept in a lot of beds, lots of hotel beds and let me tell you, this bed is easily one of the best I've slept! Let's go into details: 1) It is not too soft or too hard 2) You can barely feel the person besides you moving 3) It's very very confortable 4) The handles are of good quality and quite strong 5) The extra-bedding at the top makes the mattress softer and with its memory foam you sink slightly into the bed (1cm) when you get on it 6) If you inspect and care to have a look at the outside materials and stichings, you'll find that they are well-done and of good qualit There is one downside though: - It is extremely heavy, so take that into consideration if you are putting this in a cheap bed frame (we bought the mattress and the bed frame at Dreams so it was fine). Compared to a Tempur mattress we found them very similar and not worth the price difference.

Took a very long time to decide on our mattress. Memory foam vs pocket spring. In the end we thought that go for the pocket springs for support and them the memory foam top for comfort. We read horror stories of other manufacturers with these thick memory foam tops and how they would sag (dipping) very quickly. We took a punt on this silentnight in the hope it wouldnt get any sagging. Oh dear! well within a week it sagged. When we lie on it we disappear into a crater, and it is so uncomfortable to sleep in, every time you move in your sleep you can feel yourself sliding down the slope into the dips. Dreams sent out a rep from Homeserve to measure the dipping and it was well outside the manufacturers tolerances. Had our fingers burned with this type of mattress now. We'll be getting a normal pocket spring mattress now and staying away from these memory foam toppers.

Who'd have thought a mattress could make such a difference to the amount of sleep one gets! I used to be of the opinion that if was that tired, I could sleep anywhere! This is generally true, however since having this mattress I've realised the difference between sleep and a good nights sleep! I wake up every morning feeling refreshed rather than the previous feeling of 10 rounds with Floyd Mayweather! (was going to say Ali, Tyson or Foreman but then I'd be giving my age away!) This mattress is firm yet gentle. No aches and pains for me anymore! The only negative I have about this mattress is the weight, as its a turn and not a flip, it can be a little awkward to do on your own due to the weight. Like I say, only negative and its a very small one considering the luxury and depth of this item. In summary - Best Buy ever!

Unfortunately, I was in the store and tried this mattress fell in love as I like firm mattresses and not even had the idea to read the comments first. When I got home I start to read the reviews and believe me I was so nervous and worried for few days until the delivery date to be more precise. First week the mattress felt great and it was firm as I like. Now 3 weeks down the line I must to agree with all negative reviews below. There is a massive dipping on the mattress which shouldn’t for a 3 weeks old mattress and I sleep on it on my own. I’m so disappointed it was a lot of money which a greatly paid as it was for my comfort and now it turned to be a nightmare. I will be visiting the shop today and request to be exchanged it. Hopefully this review will help you to not fell for the same trap.

I have had this mattress for well over a year, and it is honestly the best mattress I have ever slept on. It has maintained it shape and firmness over time brilliantly. I suffer with a bad back and this is the only mattress I have owned that has genuinely alleviated my back ache, and put an end to sleepless nights. The mattress provides very firm support, but it is very comfy and not at all hard. The only negatives are the size (depth) and weight of the mattress. Double bed sheets do not fit the double mattress I have, I had to buy new king size, and they just about cover the depth but slip about. The mattress is also very heavy when it comes to rotating – ideally needing two strong people. To me the advantages outweigh the negatives so very happy overall.

This is our 5th Silentnight mattress and the first one that doesn't really suit us both. It is a very firm mattress which is great for my husbands back however it is too hard on my hips & has caused me to have a lot of sleepless nights & trapped nerves in my legs. I have now had to go out and buy an additional memory foam mattress topper & also place an old duvet on top of this new mattress to allow me to get a decent nights sleep! Also it doesn't seem to be as good as some of our previous mattresses with regards to not rolling together. Overall it has been an expensive purchase, however if you like really firm mattresses then this is the mattress for you. I am hoping that as time goes on it will get less firm and be better for me.

Really struggle to understand negatives reviews left for this mattress, why don’t people do there research first. Dreams don’t just sell the beds or mattress first the spend time finding a mattress right for you (everyone one sleeping habits are different) it took me and my wife over an hour testing and trying different mattress, there was no hard sale just a big effort by sales person to ensure we got the mattress that suited us. This is our second mattress from silent night, the other was changed after 8 years. Great mattress that suited us. My top tip for you (and your partner if applicable) allow enough time to test & try different mattresses.

Took about a month for the memory foam to 'bed in' and to begin with the bed felt far too hard - nothing like the one we tested and chose in the shop. Since then it's become far more comfortable and is starting to feel more like what we were expecting, I think this will be an ongoing process until the topper part has lost the 'as new' feel. Other than that I'm very pleased with the mattress, myself and my husband have both noticed an improvement in our sleep. In particular, I suffer from chronic pain and difficulty sleeping, this mattress has actually helped enormously with these problems which was its intended purpose.

About a 2 months ago I went to a Dreams shop in London City. After an initial test of the best mattresses we decided to go with this one here. And about 3 weeks after our purchase it was delivered to our home. The service was really nice and the guys built together the new bed fairly quickly. But the best is that this mattress is really something. It reliefed me from my backpain (which I got since I am 17 years old). It is a uplifting feel if you get out of the bed in the morning and do not want to bend because you fear that your back hurts. So yes, this is a really good mattress/bed and its worth the price!

I bought this mattress just under a month ago and I couldn't recommend it more. We went for medium-firm and at first it felt too hard and it wasn't very comfortable. We were worried about whether or not we went for the right firm rating so called up to double check on the return policy. The member of staff at Dreams were great and explained that in one month's time we could still return it however this is extremely common with these type of beds and that after a couple of days it would soften up. We did this and they were completely right. It's so soft and worth all the money, it is of very good quality.

The first couple of nights were interesting. This mattress is very luxurious and big and it has taken a little getting used to. It is quite warm and after a few nights you get used to the comfort. I have never slept better. I travel for business fairly often and have stayed in some top hotels which have very comfortable beds. It is not often that you can say that your every night bed is more comfortable than one of these. The one thing people should consider is the depth of the fitted sheets needed. We had to buy new one's which were extra deep as its a pretty tall mattress.

New mattress starting to do its job already, no longer waking up in pain and getting decent sleep for first time in ages. This is a quality product. The service we received at the Mansfield branch was first class, we had an elderly relative with us during our shop and she was looked after like royalty while my wife and I were taken around the store by another member of staff and taken through all options including the Sleepmatch. Can’t really thank them enough. Delivery was on time and efficient and driver was very helpful and pleasant. Top job done by all.

I have had this mattress almost for 40 days now, and I haven't slept well for neither a night!!!after 3 days I went to the shop begging to exchange it, but obviously the body should adapt to it and it requires few days. After a week nothing changed and it is getting worst and worst. we have to take painkiller for the back pain. I feel the pressure on my hips and shoulders. I usually wake up during the night for the pain and the uncomfortable position in bed. It is weird, because in the shop where I bought it, if I try it, it is still a good mattress.

We bought the mattress after spending several hours testing loads of others in two different shops. Both my wife and I thought it was great but it is always hard to tell until you test it properly at home. We have not been disappointed, it really is comfortable. It is a thick mattress, though, so we feel as if we are almost climbing into bed now. The showroom has them on lower bases so they don't seem so high. But this is not a complaint, just an observation. Overall, after one month we have been delighted with the mattress and the service from Dreams.

I suffer with amongst other problems a crumbling spine and needed a very comfortable mattress ....this one has proved its self to be really comfortable and hasn't lost any of its shape at all and really does cushion around your shape..Only problem is as I'm short and the mattress is very thick, at first I needed a step stool to get into bed ...... We are really pleased and thanks to the salesman for his help without being pushy nor pushing us into a quick purchase ....Many thanks for a great product and also brilliant salesman with good advice ...

Only had this mattress for 8 days, so it's too short to give it an accurate review. The Chantilly mattress is resting on the wooden fixed slats and on the first impressions, I must say that the mattress is comfortable, supportive and just the right firmness. Will it last well over the next 5-8-10 years? It is too early to say, but I hope it will retain its firmness and shape, as per guarantee. The delivery took place on the arranged day, received timely call and very polite service from the delivery people. Thank you.

Our previous mattress was hurting our back and hips so we went to dreams to try out some new mattresses. The Risborough was our favourite, it was firm with out being too hard. Our backs and hips have stopped hurting which is great. The delivery drivers were lovely and even took their shoes off coming in. The only thing we have found is that the matress is so thick, that we need to buy new deeper sheets and matress protector to fit, but that isn't really a problem. Really happy with the service from Dreams and the mattress.

Following a trial of a memory foam product which I could not get on with at all, I purchased this superb Silentnight Chantilly mattress. It is the deepest mattress I have ever seen and at first I found it a little too firm. However after two weeks I had no doubt that I had made the right choice as it offers great support and real comfort and a luxury feel too. It is expensive at almost £1,000 but this is a very substantial quality product and I am extremely pleased with it. Highly recommended. Peter Winterton

We bought this matress at Dreams just before Christmas. It was delivered by two gorgeous young men who casually flipped it onto our existing base. Little did they know it was the beginning of the end for us. Within a week we had to admit to each other that we were not as exhausted as we claimed to be, but we were both so in love with the new firm mattress that we kept finding each other unexpectedly in bed.. its firm enough to hold us but soft enough to make us feel dreamy in a cloud.

I bought this item on recommendation of the store assistant and the results from the Sleepmatch system. I was a little dubious about the results but went on recommendation and I am extremely glad I did so. I have never slept so well and have had nothing but good nights sleeps since it arrived. A fantastic mattress! It feels solid and extremely well made. It moulds to the contours of your body perfectly without being too soft or too firm. When my partner moves I feel nothing, so neither of our sleep is disturbed, which was a major issue with our previous mattress. I also suffered from lower back pain for years, which now seems to have resolved itself since a month of sleeping on this. I cannot rate this mattress highly enough. You really do get what you pay for.

This mattress is incredibly comfy. My other half and I spent hours looking for the right mattress and after over 5 trips to try things we settled on the risborough. It was actually one of the first ones we tried after it was recommended by the dreams sleep position mattress simulator thing in store and after laying on it, nothing else compared. We are side, front and back sleepers and this mattress accommodates all our sleeping positions comfortably. So pleased

I bought this mattress and it was due to be delivered on 12 july. I took a day off work and was then told there was in an error with the system. It was then delivered to me on 16 july. After sleeping on it, i have woke up both mornings with a back ache. It is so hard it is like a stone. It is nowhere near like the one in their store. However the problem is i purchased it when there was a 20% sale, and now to exchange for a cheaper one i have to pay more.

We went into our local dreams store to have a look around . We were asked if we would like to go on the bed which would analyze what type of matress would be best for comfort for me and my husband. We were then shown a few options but as soon as we lay on this one we both agreed it was the one for us. We have had our new mattress over a month now and we both are sleeping much better and tge back pain we were experiencing before has improved immensley.

I bought a new bed frame and mattress from Dreams a couple of weeks ago, and oh my it is amazing, the mattress is sooo comfy! I bought one a couple of years back from Bensons and I wouldn't advise anyone to us them, the mattress was faulty and they refused to replace this, they would of gave us a credit note for another from their shop but when you buy one and it is faulty after a few months, why would you want another one from there! USE DREAMS :)

I bought this quality mattress in exchange following a trial of an expensive memory foam type which I simply could not get on with at all. It seemed a little firm for me during the first week or so but now after about 5 weeks, I would not be without it. Superb and worth the money. One minor point, I think this deeper and heavier type of mattresses needs a handle on each end as well the sides. this makes turning through 180 degrees so much easier!

We purchased this item 4th Oct 2019. We are both sleeping really well, I can be a bit restless at night so moving around used to disturb my husband, but there is no movement his side when I move around and visa versa. The mattress is really deep and excellent quality. A little bit more than we intended to spend, but so glad we did. Love the fact you can try it for 30 days and if not happy then change it. We definitely will not be doing that!

After a year I've realised this mattress is really causing me back problems. I suffered lower back pain anyway, and thought a firm mattress would help but this is so firm it doesn't allow your back to mould into the mattress in any way, and keeps the body so rigid it actually make sure back aches worse instead of better. The description says it's medium firm, but it is definitely very firm. I am now having to get a new mattress unfortunately.

I knew the criteria I was looking for and this hit all the right points. Good and firm, very supportive. I tried it in the store and nearly fell asleep. I have a slipped disc so I knew I needed a mattress that would fully support me and aid my recovery. I have had it for three weeks now and I'm definitely not disappointed. Best sleeps in years. Not for those on a strict budget but if you can afford it, it's totally worth it. Highly recommend.

We bought this bed and a frame to match about 6 weeks ago, and after a while I've realised the bed feels smaller than a double should. The reason for this is that the design features a two layer approach and the top layer begins to slope away (and infact ends) at a smaller width than a double should, whilst the base is the expected full width. This means the bed feels smaller than it should and is a design flaw really. Oh well.

I have no complaints regarding my matress and bed, love them both! However I completely regret shopping with dreams and will never ever go there again. The service from start to finish was embarrassingly atrocious and I hate the fact iv lined their pockets with my hard earned money when their sales staff in Weston-super-Mare are grossly incompetent, liars, and generally uninterested in delivering anything close to good customer service.

I never understood the importance of buying an expensive mattress until I brought my new bed and when I visited dreams and tried out the machine that analyses how you sleep I had this mattress recommended too me. I went ahead with the purchase and thought If I didn’t like it I could change it. Purchased this bed a month ago and it’s fantastic. I suffer with a spinal condition and support is very important to me. I bought a firm mattress as recommended by the amazing helpful staff at Dreams it is so comfortable . The quality of the bed is first class and made to the highest specifications. I would highly recommend this to everyone a wonderful buy and reasonably priced. Just wonderful always look forward to going to bed.

We've had this bed for three weeks and it's the best investment we've made for s long time. Having back and hip problems, both my wife and I haven't had a pain free night for several years in spite of having invested thousands of pounds in a memory foam mattress. Now we have had three weeks of pain free sleep. The best thing we've done for our backs and hips. Can't recommend it highly enough. Pain free nights and sweet dreams.

We had already bought this Chantilly mattress a couple of years ago for our spare room so were familiar with its quality. Guests who stayed with us commented on how comfortable it was! When we came to changing the mattress in the master bedroom we did look around, as you do, at other products for comparison but settled on the Chantilly again and we are glad we did. It offers very good value for money and is a quality product.

I bought this mattress 3 weeks ago and I have had amazing sleeps on it, did not realise what a bad mattres is until I sleep on my new mattress, when I laid down on my children beds I now feel they need new mattress too. I could have had a good sleep any were before but now my bed is the best, I love it , it is a heavy mattress but I don't need to left it up so that does not bothered me, as I have a good sleep on it

I bought this mattress because my partner suffered from back pain on our old one,I have had it about 3 weeks now and she hasnt complained once since we started using it. Only negative I have is that when it was delivered and unwrapped it had a strange odour but on reading the information booklet that came with it I found that it was normal and the odour went after a couple of days .I would recomend this mattress.

We bought the Matress nearly a month ago. I am so pleased we did. I have back and hip problems. But since we got the new bed I have been a lot more comfortable. I am able to get out of bed without being in to much pain. Which is such a relief. Laura in Warrington branch was such a help. I would recommend anyone to go and see her. Our new matress is wonderfully soft on top and a nice firm base. Its very heavy! And being deep we did have to buy new sheets to fit as our standard doubles wont go round. There are 'similar' mattresses for less money, from silentnight, but as theyre named differently for each store you cannot look for the same mattress elsewhere! Very pleased with it overall and the 8 year insurance cover too.

Bought a new firmer silent night mattress to replace a 2 year old one, from start to finish whole process was made easy from using the mattress analyser in Banbury store to see which mattress firmness we required to then lying on chosen mattress which I then bought through finance, all very easy even though we had two young children with us. Would recommend Dreams especially when sales time.

I bought this mattress a month ago. My wife was troubled with lower back and hip aches and I was suspicious that our double bed mattress was too soft. We tested the Silentnight Risborough Mirapocket mattress at Dreams and were amazed at its firmness for support and a little yield for comfort. Now my wife's aches have gone and we both sleep deeply. We cannot wait to get to bed each night!

If only we had bought this sooner. After testing several mattresses in store, we decided to opt for this one. A brilliant choice, as I havent slept more comfortably in a long time. No more backache. This is a firm mattress but the top layer gives you that softness and allows it to mould to your body shape. Its so relaxing, you dont want to get out of bed in the morning. Fabulous buy!!

Had this mattress for about two weeks now - it feels lovely and firm and supportive - just what my back needed. It has over double the amount of springs my last mattress had and seems to be holding its shape well. My only slight grievance is the 'new mattress smell' -it is still quite strong but in all fairness we haven't really had the weather to leave the windows open and air it.

I am still very pleased with my bed and the mattress is very comfortable. There are a couple points I'm not happy about, I feel that the mattress is already starting to sag because of the memory foam top, I don't feel that the mattress airs very well making you very hot a night. Also the mattress protector I got in store has already started to come apart and has ripped at the sides.

I bought the Super King version of this matress as my daughter has had the king size version for about a year and has been very happy with it. It has lived up to my expectations and I am getting a very good nights sleep and feeling relaxed and refreshed when i get up in the morning. The quality of construction is excellent and although not cheap you definately get what you pay for.

I bought this alongside an ottoman bed about a month ago. Bought for family member who does a large amount of manual labour and previously had difficulty sleeping. Now sleeps like a baby and feels fully restored each day. Please note this is a heavy item and was a bit of a struggle to get upstairs however once in situ perfect. So good considering a second for the master bedroom.

Bought this mattress to replace a memory foam one we loved but wanted to change. Found this mattress I store and thought it was incredibly comfortable. When it arrived and we got it on to our bed we were shocked at how much deeper it was than our old mattress - something we hadn't realised in store. If I'd lovely to all Eep on , but a lot higher from the floor than the old one!

After trying the in store machine that matches your type of bed to the sleep position, we decided to go with the Silentnight Risborough Mirapocket and it hasn't disappointed. I wanted that 5* Hotel feeling everynight and this has provided that! Top marks to Dreams on this exclusive mattress :)

We had this mattress delivered a month ago, and whilst we found it very comfortable, my husband who suffers with skin allergies found it too hot so was scratching during the night in his sleep. We have just used our 40 day comfort guarantee and purchased a normal pocket sprung, so fingers crossed. Customer services were extremely helpful however in organising the swap etc.

We've had this mattress for just under 2 months now and are very disappointed with it. The mattress that we tried in the shop was so springy and comfortable and this one feels incredibly hard and not comfortable at all. Based on the other reviews we thought we would give it a chance to break in and soften but it doesn't seem to have changed. Would definitely not recommend.

As a bed, it's the best I've bought, and also loved by my parents too, which is a bonus. Naturally, you must take your time when finding the right mattress, take a nap on each one you try for at least 10 mins. The comfort comes at a slight price, in that finding sheeting and mattress protectors etc can be harder to find as the mattress is so deep, but it's not impossible.

Buying this mattress happen to be the best investment my husband and I have ever made as far as our bedroom is concerned. So happy we listened to the store manager in Charlton London branch who advised that it would be a great money well spent and he was right. Although it was over our budget at the time, glad we went all out to pay for the comfort we are now enjoying.

I brought this mattress a few weeks ago and I have honestly never slept better before. Most mornings I would wake up with neck/shoulder ache and just thought it was the way I was sleeping but since getting this silent night mattress I have not had any pain at all. It is so supportive for the whole body even for side sleepers. So so happy with my purchase it is perfect!

We bought this a little over 8 months ago and already have a ridge in the middle where the memory foam is sagging either side. After 4 months we spent a month with the mattress upside down to try and resolve the issue which worked for about 2 weeks. The memory foam aspect is pointless and doesn't work and takes away any firmness / support the mattress should give.

I bought this mattress, because I have painful, hypermobile joints - my old bed was giving me a sore neck. Since I've been sleeping on this mattress (on a new Divan base), I've not had any more pain in my joints. I feel as though I'm floating on air when I lie on it, and there's really good air circulation underneath me, because of the 2800 springs in the mattress.

Took a few nights to get use to but now sleeping so well and experiencing less aches and pains so feeling so much healthier so please we changed our mattress and bought at Dreams as I know we have the correct mattress for us both as they assess your needs digitally and consider your height weight and if you are a back or side sleeper. We purchased the matress and two tempur pillows from Dreams, the staff were helpful and Knowledgeable about the products, we both felt that we wer under no pressure to buy. The matress itself is excellent , we both suffer from dodgy backs, but now we are able to get a good nights sleep , it made us realise that buying cheaper matresses is not the answer. Thnks

Had this for a few weeks now and I have slept a lot better. My back has definitely felt better. I no longer struggle to turn over. The quality is very noticeable. Just the look of it tells you it is high end. Wish I had got this a long time ago. No negatives but use king size fitted sheet on double bed size because my double fitted sheets didn't fit.

I bought this mattress a few weeks ago and have never had a better night of sleep! The sleep machine in store told me I needed a firm mattress and this mattress has been perfect. I would reccomend this mattress to anyone, the combination of springs and memory foam makes the bed both comfortable and supportive. Overall I'm an extremely happy customer.

We spent a lot more money than we originally intended but it is totally justified as you can tell the quality of the mattress. It's so thick and heavy! At first I thought it might be a big firm for my liking but I'm getting more used to the memory foam now and it's making a difference. The memory foam also keeps you much warmer in bed, it's amazing!

I had my bed delivered a week ago, I was worried about the change of bed, but had no need to be! my biggest problem now is I want to be in bed all the time as it's so comfortable. Having spent a few nights sleeping on this mattress it has already made my life at night better with less times waking up in the middle of the night and next to no pain in my lower back when I wake on the mornings. Great product and great choice for me. Not too hard or soft and you donr sink into it and feel like you cant roll over. Very impressed.

I bought this on the basis that I tried it in store and thought it was just what I was after. The mattress I had delivered was like a rock by comparison - it wasn't even remotely similar. I was advised to wait for it to soften but it didn't so I returned it and got a Tempur instead. Dreams were excellent in terms of their service though.

Before this I had the health bed mattress and my nack was really starting to hurt. So decided to get a new mattress. We bought this mattress 3 weeks ago and it is fantastic. We upgraded to a super king and the size is phenomenal. The mattress itself has suitable cushioning for side sleepers and my partner and I have slept so much better since we purchased it. We also upgraded our pillows to side sleeper pillows and would thoroughly recommend them also.

Kingsize Silent Night Chantilly pocket spring medium firm mattress, which is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Bought a new mattress after the previous one had been here for too many years to remember. I bought this mattress 3 weeks ago and it’s has changed my life, not only is it super comfy, I’ve suffered with bad shoulders and due to have an op soon but sleeping on this has taken away my pain, I didn’t know that is was my old mattress causing me problems until I had this and noticed the difference. Brought this mattress a little over a year ago and am now going to have to replace it. It has sagged a ridiculous amount and is giving both my partner and I a bad back every morning. Do not buy this mattress you will end up having a terrible night sleep and get a bad back and angry that you've wasted your hard earned cash on it.

I bought this mattress 2 weeks ago and already have noticed significant dipping of mattress. Also have noticed staining on the sides of the mattress almost looks like a second hand mattress, my last mattress only starting dipping after 10 yrs the reason we changed it. Not sure this mattress will last 10 months let alone 10 yrs.

I bought this product a month ago, and can say that my quality of sleep has improved immeasurably. Prior to this i had an IKEA mattress which we bought simply for convenience sake, my nephews jumped on it and ruined it and in a way I'm glad the did. I fall asleep very quickly and sleep soundly, at little too soundly at times!

I received this two weeks ago and after initial concerns that it might be too firm, the memory foam topper seems to have softened a bit and is now super comfortable and has eased my back pain. Along with the divan we bought, the mattress is so thick it makes the bed high so really easy to get in and out of. So far, I love it!

I've had this for 3 months now, and its hands down the best mattress I've ever had. The mattress is firm which gives good support for your back, however it's also so incredibly comfortable. I haven't woken up hot and bothered once since sleeping on this, which always used to happen previously. Highly recommend this mattress.

I have had this mattress for about a month now and it still feels ok! I weigh about 14 stone and feel the side I sleep on is starting to sag a little from the firmness when we 1st got it, it’s still good but I hope it doesn’t get any softer over time like our last Tempur mattress purchased from dreams did after only 1 year.

Good combination of comfort and firmness. I was very anti memory foam but the topper gives the comfort without the dense feeling which I find memory foam gives when in a full mattress. The only thing to bear in mind is that it is warm. Have now ordered a cooling mattress cover and sheet so hopefully this will sort that out.

We spent ages in dreams trying mattresses and nailed it down to two, my wife liked the softer one but i convinced her this was the one. It is a firm but soft mattress if you know what i mean? you get in to bed at night and you sit on the edge of the bed and it feels firm but as soon as you lie on it it hugs you, we love it.

After trying multiple types of mattress in the dreams showroom we decided the Risborough was the one for us. A little firmer than we've had previously but the memory foam topper helps retain the soft comfortable feeling. Weve stayed in hotels since having this mattress and found ourselves looking forward to coming home!!

I'd been suffering with lower back pains when walking up in a morning, someone suggested it.could be my mattress. We went to Dreams and the assistant showed us round the beds and advised us which one may be suitable. Within 2 weeks it's made such a difference and my lower back pain has gone. Cant recommend this enough

Notices on the 5th May there was fabric pulling at the sides of the mattress, contacted them on the online contact form, no response, contacted again 13th May, no response, apparently my job to proved poorly made, mattress is 2 years old. For what i paid it should last 8 years and you would expect a level of service!

I've slept on many different mattresses over the years and this is by far the best, most comfortable one to date. I've always had medium tension mattresses but the pillow top gives the Risborough just the right amount of 'softness' - I look forward to going to bed at night! I would highly recommend this mattress

Solid, firm support mattress but with added softness from the memoryfoam. Has taken a little while to get used to it but we're glad we purchased it. It is very heavy so rotating it as recommended is likely to be difficult, almost impossible without two people! Also, you will require extra deep fitted sheets.

we brought our mattress about a month ago because we were both aching in the mornings and we had,owned our old mattress for a number of years so it needed changing. It took a few days to get used to how firm it was in comparison to our old one but it did not take long and now we both wake up feeling refreshed.

Bought this to replace a ten year old mattress and very glad we did. Suits our sleep requirements, made by a locally based company! Definitely recommend but this is at the top end of the market. Much more comfortable than the foam based memory equivalent we found. Staff also very helpful in Loudwater branch.

We have been sleeping on this for a few weeks now.. It is a very firm mattress (although I expect it to soften a bit more).. It is very deep mattress so be prepared for that.. but I like the support of the springs, whilst having a comfortable foam 'topper' to avoid pressure points.. very happy over all..

We’ve had this mattress for 2 weeks now and are sleeping much better. It’s very comfortable and supportive. My partner tends to move position quite often in the night but I’m not aware of the bed moving as I was with the old mattress. Love it and my back feels much better. Should have bought it ages ago!

I had slept on this mattress at my parents house so knew it was lovely, and now we've got our own one it does not disappoint. Supremely comfortable, I love it. Only slight downside is that the extra height means our sheets don't fit. And that my little boy can't climb in so easily. Small price to pay tho!

Mattress gives a good comfortable nights sleep, so I am happy with the purchase so far. The real test of a mattress is whether it is still performing as expected one to two years after purchase, so I regard the jury as still out in this respect, but I am optimistic that this will prove to be a good buy.

We have had our mattress nearly a month. We could not be more disappointed. We are unable to sleep unless we both avoid one another. If we cuddle up as we prefer to we overheat. We have not slept well at all! We also feel as though we are sliding together unless we sleep at opposite sides of the bed.

We purchased this mattress after completing the sleep analysis in store at dreams and it matched perfectly! The firm mattress offers support we need however the memory foam top provides that luxurious and soft feeling. We don’t feel each other toss or turn and sleep incredibly soundly.
