I have had this mattress for one month. I suffer with a pain condition and I had great difficulty finding the right mattress. I had tried over 20 mattresses and also purchased one that I could not use, as it was too firm and caused my pain condition to flare up.
Based on my health condition I chose this in split, soft and medium. I'm really glad I did because I have the choice of which side to use, based on my pain level.
The only downside to this mattress is the buttons. I know most quality mattresses have them, to keep the fillings in place. They make my pain worse, as they dig into me. I have put socks over the buttons, doubled over a duvet and use a mattress protector. This prevents me feeling them too much and thus having a better night sleep.
All that being said, because I have tried so many different beds, I would not change this mattress, unless it becomes faulty.
The delivery men were friendly and very helpful.
I am happy that I found the right mattress for me
