Duo Premium Mattress

From start to finish the service was excellent! From the sales enquiry to delivery. Very informative information given over the phone to any queries I had, quickly answered & great rapport and customer service. The timescale for the actual matress delivery from order date, was only two weeks! I was emailed & called several times to update me for the delivery. Staff entered our home, with shoe coverings & covid protection to view where the bed was going Firstly.... Then brought it in giving information with regard to the mattress. They too were impressed with the quality as this was also a new product to them too, one of their first to deliver of its kind. The best part was when we lay on it!! I'd previously been suffering with joint pains and dreaded lying down, however when I lay on this!!! Honestly, it was like lying down on a cloud (just like the lady I'd watched in the advert lol) my pains were not there. I slept like a baby..... Totally fantabulous! Plus I didn't roll into my partners side of the bed. The bed also has a summer & winter side to use, so obviously using the winter side at the moment. Definatly recommend this bed to everyone, go for it, it's like a Dream.... So glad we saw the TV advert!

So comfortable is said very easily these days, but this mattress is amazing. We have been looking for a new mattress as we really needed a new one and we happened to see the TV ad about the Duo Premium mattress and decided to order. Service was excellent and the delivery was perfect. They called to say 20 minutes away on the day of delivery arrived brought the mattress upstairs and took the old one away. They were only in the house for a few minutes. We are finding it hard to get out of bed now. Sweet DREAMS.

Very comfy, and very thick (over a foot). The memory foam side is quite firm. Overall build quality is very high with handles to help you flip or rotate to the latex side. The mattress is quite soft around the edges, which can make it a bit hard to sit on.

This very impressive mattress was carefully delivered on time and with the minimum of fuss. It has only been in use for a couple of weeks but has, so far, proved to be excellent and I have every reason to believe that it will continue to do so.

An extremely comfortable mattress with the ability to turn over for winter and back again for warmer times . We bought it from the warehouse direct without trying it and are over the moon with it

I brought this online so didn’t really know what to expect, but I must say I’m very happy with it. It’s so high much higher than my other one. Definitely worth buying for a great night sleep.

Really comfy… I hadn’t realised how much difference a new mattress would make. Wish we’d saved up sooner. Haven’t tried out the winter side yet! Summer side is great. Would recommend.

it is like sleeping on a cloud , great support and not too hard or too soft, the delivery guys were really nice too and i got my old mattress taken away too. Faultless

It’s quite a firm mattress considering it’s a medium but it’s a quality mattress. It’s very deep which we like. I was just expecting to sink into it a little more.

Very comfortable, much thicker than our old mattress, and a reasonable price. Have only had it 2 weeks so hoping it will be comfortable for years to come.

Perfectly comfortable mattress, firm enough to support & soft enough for comfort

The edges are to soft so when you’re on the edge you end up falling off the bed.
