My fianc and I had recently moved into our apartment. We were very very keen to spoil ourselves on a new mattress as we are very much under the impression that you spend a third of your life sleeping. We decided to visit your Wandsworth bridge road branch in which we were welcomed in a friendly and warm manner by Riccardo. Firstly, he offered us something to drink in which we then had a chat around what we were looking for. He then advised us to give the sleep match tool a go so we could pin point the exact mattress to our specific needs. Once the process was completed he then showed us all the mattresses that the the tool advised on. Very patiently he carried around two pillows as myself and my fianc tried out all the mattresses. Having a budget in mind from the start it was due the expertise of Riccardo that we decided to go over our budget and really spoil ourselves on a top end mattress, which we purchased. With regards to the delivery, unfortunately our order was placed on the 22nd of March, a few days before the lockdown. This ultimately had a massive impact on our delivery day which was meant to be on the 15th of April but due to COVID-19 we only managed to receive our order on the 8th of June. All I can say was that Dreams did keep us up to date and we were very much aware of the issues. We are very happy with our new mattress and our sleep has never been better, well worth the wait.
