Becky's Thoughts On The Mlily Dream 3000 Pocket Gel Memory Mattress

The Mlily DREAM 3000 Pocket Gel Memory Mattress was designed in response to the growing market for memory foam mattresses. It is a very comfortable mattress that has pocket springs and gel foam technology which is highly supportive.

This Pocket Gel Memory Mattress gives you the luxury of a high-end mattress at an incredible value. Featuring pocket springs, gel foam and memory foam topper, it's an excellent choice for those who are looking for a medium-tension mattress with 5 year guarantee.

This product is rolled and compressed into a box, making it easier for you to move into your new home or apartment. Unroll the mattress and let it expand to its full size within two hours - no need to wait days or weeks for your new mattress to take shape.

The pocket springs in this mattress provide excellent support and stability while giving you the plush comfort you want from a high-end mattress. The layers of foam add additional support to keep the mattress structured and prevent sagging over time.

This hypoallergenic mattress is great for those with allergies since it's dust mite resistant.

What Makes The Mlily Dream 3000 Pocket Gel Memory Mattress Great?

Hypoallergenic

This product is unlikely to cause any sort of allergic reaction. Ideal if you suffer from any sort of allergy problems

5 year guarantee

A 5 year guarantee is quite rare in the industry and is a great indicator of the retailer beleiving in their product. Anything go wrong in the next 5 years, no drama, get it replaced.

Pressure Relief

One of the big complaints when settling into a new mattress is that it does not feel as comfortable as they hoped, where this mattress shines is in the enhanced pressure relief that it offers. Each part of your body exerts different amounts of pressure against the mattress and through the use of springs and foams, these products are able to offer significant pressure relief as a result across the entire body.

Memory Foam

memory foam is one of the most well known materials used in the upper layer of mattresses. Memory foam basically contours to your entire body with moulding properties. Designed by NASA, this material rebounds to your touch and feels like you are floating on a cloud. Memory foam does not necesserily mean soft either, you can still have firm mattresses for those that want them with a bit of memory foam.

Knitted Cover

It is common in the industry to have a knitted cover, these covers can come in a variety of patterns but are typically hard wearing and do not present problems for consumers.

Medium

A Medium firmness mattress is the most common build offered due to the range of suitability offered in such a mattress. This type of mattress will be better suited toward averagely weighted people, while lighter people should opt for a medium-light, and heavier people considering a medium-firm.

Depth: 25cm

Most experts recommend a minimum 10 inches, 4 inches on the top layer and 6 inches for the core so this size is an ideal balance of size and performance. Generally, the heavier the load the deeper the mattress should be.

25cm deep

A 25cm mattress is a good depth for a product of quality. Plenty of room for some good quality springs and enough space for a good top layer of comfort. This side of product should just about fit a standard sheet but do not be surprised if you find you do need to upgrade to a deeper fill sheet to fit over the mattress.

Reflex foam

Reflex foam is basically like memory foam without the memory part. Reflex foam is used more as a supportive layer than a comfort layer and is often used as an alternative to conventional spring systems.

Single-sided

Single sided means only one side is comfy. Positives are you only need to rotate the mattress occassionaly rather than the more cumbersome rotate and flip. Downside is the lifespan of the product may suffer as a result, only marginal, but worth mentioning.

Rated medium for balanced comfort and support

A medium tension mattress like this is the goldilocks of mattress tensions. Not too soft, nor too firm, medium is typically suitable for the vast majority of people that are looking for a good nights sleep. If you are of average build without back or neck problems, this should be a suitable product. If you are of lower BMI and a side sleeper, consider a softer mattress, whereas if you are of a higher BMI and suffer neck and back pain, consider a firmer tension.

Gel foam

Gel foam is used as a top layer and offers much of the same sort of comfort as memory foam but without the heat build up normally associated with it. All the pros and non of the cons. It's a great choice for those looking for something a bit better than traditional memory foam.

Enjoy a refreshing sleep

Breathable 5cm layer of gel memory foam

Sturdy 5cm layer of support foam

Personalised support from 1000 pocket springs

Pocket springs are a great support layer. Available in a variety of firmness's, the quality of a spring system is generally determined by the spring count. With 1000 springs this mattress represents a good quality to cost ratio, providing enough springs to successfully contour to your body and provide you with a great nights sleep.

Pocket springs

Pocket springs are like natures own springy piece of comfort, except they are not from nature. Alas, pocket springs are a very good part of a mattress and often found in the more premium models. Lower quality products will frequently use open coil spring setups, where pocket springs house each spring in a tiny pocket for additional stability and continued support. Pocket spring typically lasts longer than open coil due to this.

Reinforced mattress edge

One of the most common complaints in the industry is against mattresses with a weak mattress edge. It can often result in the user feeling like they are going to fall off the side of the bed and bed avoided. This mattress has a reinforced edge, something that helps ensure that particular scenario is avoided when you get close to a mattress edge while sleeping.

Rolled-up

Rolled up mattresses are ideal for anyone looking at trying to get a mattress up a tight staircase or in a car to bring home from the shops. Do not missunderstand just how troublesome getting a mattress up stairs can be. Heavy and cumbersome, sometimes a rolled up mattress that expands to the side of a full mattress anyway, may be the better option

Fire Resistant

Fire resistant does not mean the product will never catch fire, rather, it will not go up in flames quite so quickly. Resistant to fire in the same way that I am resistant to kisses, sooner or later you end up giving in.

Single-sided for easy care

As the comfort layer is just on one side save money and time on turning. Continue to rotate the mattress to spread any wear that develops over time. Increasing the life span of the mattress, this prevents indentations which could otherwise cause discomfort, back pain or poor-quality sleep.

Hypoallergenic for a fresher sleep
