Astounded and astonished, I have always been wary of buying anything like this on line as I like to try before I buy. I was wary because at this price how can a mattress be any good right. I bought it as a gift for a friend who liked my mattress, a good firm pocket spring type which cost significantly more than this one, still I took the gamble after all I can send it back if it is no good. When it arrived, we took off the outer wrapper and laid it on the floor, expecting the worst I lay on the new mattress, I was amazed at just how solid and comfortable it was. My partner also laid on it and was equally amazed, it really is an extremely good quality, well made product that was very comfortable. At this price you really cannot go wrong, I would rate it as firm rather than medium to firm but that if just my opinion. If you like a comfortable firm mattress give it a go you will not be disappointed.

The mattress is exactly what I needed the only slight negative which nothing to do with next day mattress is that the delivery company they used sent the mattress with just one delivery person and he had to struggle to carry the mattress on his own luckily it was not raining as the only way he could move it was to roll it along the ground end to end as I couldnt help as I had damage the nerves in my neck

I like my new mattress, however, it is taking a while to get used to the firmness of it, after sleeping on my old mattress for several years! Also, I didn't take into account the 'buttoned' appearance of the mattress; my previous one was flat and so this is another thing to get used to.Overall, I am really pleased with the comfort of it and would recommend to those that like a firmer sleeping surface.

This mattress is a god send for people with spine issues. I can honestly say that I am sleeping better since I have had my new mattress. I am disabled and a heavy lady so read other peoples reviews as I did to make up your mind. Not soft at all but not mega firm either. It has just the right balance for me and I highly recommend to everyone

Ive only had this mattress a few days, but seems comfortable so far. Its double-sides as well, unlike other pocket sprung mattresses ive had previously. There was minimal labels on the packaging, and the branding is different to that described on the website, but overall im pleased
