I ordered the Marley upholstered bed in grey from Dreams and paid extra to have it assembled. It took the delivery men 10 minutes to assembly it. Unfortunately my son sat on it and several of the slats broke and/or split. I contacted Dreams who arranged for some inspectors to come to look at the bed. Unfortunately this took a week and my son had to sleep on his mattress. They agreed it not been assembled properly and did a temporary fix. They contacted customer sevices who arranged for a new bed to be delivered a few days later. This was assembled properly by the new delivery men. Me and my son are really pleased with his new bed. Yes there were a few problems but the customer service from Dreams has been excellent and all issues have been fully resolved. I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

I have to admit the experience I had with Dreams with my purchase has been excellent. The ordering process was quick and easy. I was communicated via email clearly, and the text process regarding my delivery was frequent and clear. On the day of delivery, the driver called me twice before hand which was a breath of fresh air, as rarely drivers call before arriving despite companies saying they should. Friendly crew, and they put covers over their shoes in the house. I have to admit, the whole experience was excellent, and I will definitely look to Dreams for future purchases. The bed quality seems to be good, although I have not used the beds yet. Great job.

The bed frame and mattress were both delivered well wrapped and in good order. Both are extremely good value and look much more expensive than they actually were. The items were delivered within a week of ordering and at a convenient time. We received a 'heads up' phone call so that we were ready. The guys delivering the bed were pleasant and efficient and the whole delivery took only minutes from the van arriving outside and the bed frame and mattress being put into the room where we wanted them.

Attracted by the colour and velvety upholstery, I wasn't disappointed. Very happy do far with our purchase. Fairly easy to assemble; some fiddly bits but the instructions were easy enough to follow. The price is very reasonable indeed. It looks more expensive and seems very solid. The bed is lower than our old bed but I actually prefer it. It would be a good choice for a smaller double room as it doesn't dominate the room and makes it feel the room feel very spacious.

The quality of the Marley Low Rise bed frame is good and I would recommend buying it especially if you have limited head height in your space. Assembly requires two people and the delivery staff helpfully advised that there's a how-to online video if we get stuck. We didn't need it but it's handy to know. This bed frame looks modern, with clean lines and good quality wood has been used for the slats. A very good purchase

Communication was brilliant right up until delivery. The bed is lovely. Its very low. My only criticism is that the sides are made up of 2 pieces instead of 1 continuous length. So when you move the bed, the middle points are weak and I think I would prefer 1 continuous piece. Its been done to presumably be easier to package but the time spent connecting and strengthening this would have been easier to have 1 long piece.

Although the Bed is nice some of the components that came with the bed were not up to the same quality. Some of the wooden bed bars that hold the slats didn't have the holes to insert the slat caps. In addition some of the central caps to hold bed slats were missing. I'm still waiting for the caps to be delivered after several months!

It was a little bit of a nightmare putting the bed together, but then it's never going to be terribly easy! Once it was assembled it's very sturdy & great looking. It's more of a pale teal velvet but seems great quality. It's for our guest room & we bought the dream team conroy combination mattress so all in all it was good value!

The bed is very comfortable. Its goes together easily and is well made. I even managed to put it up on my own. Its a good height and best of all soflty upholstered so no more knocking shins on the end of the bed! Its a good neutral colour so it blends in well, almost blue grey in my navy bedroom so looks lovely.

Picture doesn't do the bed justice. It's absolutely beautiful a bit lower than I was expecting but mor than manageable to get into it. Matress is very firm very impressed with it. The best bit I love is the headboard finally have one attached to the frame so it doesn't and won't move.would highly recommend

OMG I just love my new bed and mattress. Its years since I had such a comfy bed. It was reasonably easy to put together if you can understand just pictures and are good at putting IKEA furniture together. Definitely takes 2 people to build.

May be the simplest bed I've ever put together, the leaves seem robust enough, although the fixtures may seem a bit brittle. Not a problem if you intend to build it once and never think about it again.

Would this bed be suitable for children? And if so what age?

Answer: Thank you for getting in touch with your question. We do not have age restrictions on the core bedframe range, however we wouldnt advise a child under the age of 4 use without any type of additional sleep guard.

Can you please tell me how high it is from the floor to the top of a standard mattress.

Answer: The floor to the top of the side rail is 27cm. Unfortunately there is no standard depth for a match, so you would need to measure you mattress depth and this this on.

What is the weight limit

Answer: Good AfternoonWe currently dont specify weight limits on the bed frames however all are tested for the British Standard EN1725 on strength and stability.
