Lovely bed. I like the wood slats instead of anything else, they provide more air circulation. The bed is very low and the headboard fits under the windowsil - perfect for me, might not be the best for someone looking for a higher bed. You also won't fit anything under the bed unless it's a mirror or a sheet of plasterboard. All in all, I like the slim design, we bought this for a guest room (which is smaller), I haven't slept myself in it, but the guest said he had a very good sleep.

This bed is actually amazing, for the price. We purchased initially for the master bedroom, but decided to upgrade to a king so have moved it to a spare bedroom. In reality, I prefer this frame to our new, more expensive one! Totally silent. Easy enough to assemble. Low, but I didn't mind that at all. Would say this is the best value frame I've found, after tiring of IKEA ones collapsing for so many years. Zero regrets and have been recommending it to everyone.

Nice looking bed frame, relatively easy to assemble. Its definitely a two person job to put together. Worth noting that the bed sits quite low. Possibly not the sturdiest of beds, but very happy for the price paid. Combined with the mattress we bought to go with it, its a very comfortable sleep.

I'm sure it's a good bed for anyone; but it was the perfect solution for my young daughter's bedroom in the loft. The low height means it's easy for her to get in and out of, and doesn't take over the room. On top of that, the build quality's great for the price. And it took about 2hrs to put up.

We purchased this bed for our relatives for when they stay. Its a great option, is high-quality and looks really good. All in all, it took us around 45 minutes to assemble this bed ourselves. The instructions were really easy to follow. The bed is sturdy and silent.

Exactly as described and perfect for our 2 year old rather than a toddler bed as it is low to the floor, so even if she does wriggle off she doesnt hurt herself and just climbs back in. Really simple to build took just over an hour with two of us working on it.

solid, durable and easy to assemble. looks nice in spare bedroom and compact to ensure fit in small space. base slats take a bit of time to align and be in place after using plastic ends, as have to do one by one. but still a very nice bed

The bed was easy to build but I would point out that the overall quality of the side rail and headboard could have been better. Nice looking bed but I personally wouldn't recommend it for the master bedroom rather a guest room or kids.

is there a weight limit for this bed?

Answer: Thank you for reaching out with your question. We currently dont specify a weight limit to the bed frames, however all bed frames are tested to the British Standard EN1725 structural test for strength and stability.

Would it be possible to change the legs on this bed (if we were to buy different legs elsewhere)? If so, are you able to tell me the size of the dowel which the legs it comes with have? Thank you

Answer: We would advise against changing the legs on the bed as the bed has only been safety tested with the legs it is made with. Making any changes to the bed would also unfortunately void the 1 year guarantee.

What weight limit can this bed withstand please?

Answer: All of the bed bases are tested to BS EN 1725, then they are tested against a user of approx. 110 kg on each side. (Domestic use only). Mattress weight and user weight should be distributed evenly.

What are the dimensions for the double bed? It appears only the single bed dimensions are shown when either size is selected.

Answer: The dimensions shown are correct, it is only the width of the bed that changes, the single is 97cm and the double is 142cm.

Answer: The slats are 8.5cm apart. You would need to check the manufactures recommendations for your mattress as these vary.
