I was very impressed to have my bed delivered. I was given a 14:15- 16:15 time slot. I received a call from John to say it's ready. They were extremely early and very polite. John was very helpful and was very professional with taking off his shoes and knows how to speak with customers. They informed me off the mattress and the comfort and 40days sleeping and if uncomfortable and is clean it will be replaced. I spent my first night in my new bed and it's extremely comfortable; so worth the money. I would recommend dreams to all my friends as the whole experience from purchasing the bed from a wonderful woman called Bobby to delivery and assembly.

I bought this product to accompany my new bed and set up roughly one month ago and i am extremely happy with the duvet. The duvet itself is soft and springy and is made to a high quality. The duvet is not too heavy and has proved a perfect addition in improving my overall sleep quality. Although the duvet is only 10.5tog, i have found this to be warm enough on the cooler nights and easy enough to move, on the warmer nights. The only bad point i have found with this duvet, especially the super kingsize which i have, there is no labels to tell you which way round it goes, therefore, it was abit of trial and error when first setting up.

I purchased a sofa bed, duvets and a king size air bed. Everything has been brilliant. We ordered everything to be deleivered between Xmas and New Year. The sofa bed arrived no problem and the men were friendly and swiftly assembled the sofa bed. There was an issue with the delivery provider for our other products. A quick chat with the customer service team and within one hour all of my other missing items were ready for me at my local branch. Brilliant recovery. Bought this nearly a month ago now as part of a deal with a new bed. Wasn't too bothered about the purchase as I thought my old duck feather duvet was good but this is soooo much nicer. It is sufficiently warm enough to keep you toasty when it's cool but even when it's hot at night (currently around 25 degrees where I am) the lightness of the duvet means that it doesn't smother you so it's still comfy even when it's hot. The old duvet is well and truly resigned to the spare room and I am really happy with this duvet.

I've been using a 4.5 tog duvet for years, thinking that I just enjoyed being wrapped up tightly in a duvet cocoon, but how wrong I was. There's something special about having a thick, weighty duvet laying on top of you while you sleep that gives a special kind of comfort. This duvet is a must-have for cold sleepers and winter months. I have had this duvet before and it lasted a long time so I replaced it with the same. The light fluffy consistency of the duvet makes it possible to sleep if you get too hot at night but the 10.5 tog makes it warm when you are cold. A great quality product at an excellent price! Word of warning, the pillows that are sold in this range are terrible, the definitely don't bounce back!

I have this lumbar scoliosis that somehow very choosy to kind of bed I lay because it hurts when I am not comfortable and gives me back pain but with this bed I purchased its not so soft but not to hard as well and it soothes my back that gives me a good sleep at night. The mattress topper is great for protecting the new mattress I purchased from dreams. It also a actigel mattress topper which help regulate my body temperature and stops me waking up in the night with sweats. i would recommend this mattress topper if you are wanting the extra comfort but also less sweats at night.

Just as it is labelled it has that springy feel, when you put pressure on it as soon as you take the pressure off it springs back up to its normal shape. It is so warm and comfortable when you wrap it around you. I would recommend it for others to buy.
