I was very impressed to have my bed delivered. I was given a 14:15- 16:15 time slot. I received a call from John to say it's ready. They were extremely early and very polite. John was very helpful and was very professional with taking off his shoes and knows how to speak with customers. They informed me off the mattress and the comfort and 40days sleeping and if uncomfortable and is clean it will be replaced. I spent my first night in my new bed and it's extremely comfortable; so worth the money. I would recommend dreams to all my friends as the whole experience from purchasing the bed from a wonderful woman called Bobby to delivery and assembly.

I bought this product to accompany my new bed and set up roughly one month ago and i am extremely happy with the duvet. The duvet itself is soft and springy and is made to a high quality. The duvet is not too heavy and has proved a perfect addition in improving my overall sleep quality. Although the duvet is only 10.5tog, i have found this to be warm enough on the cooler nights and easy enough to move, on the warmer nights. The only bad point i have found with this duvet, especially the super kingsize which i have, there is no labels to tell you which way round it goes, therefore, it was abit of trial and error when first setting up.

I purchased a sofa bed, duvets and a king size air bed. Everything has been brilliant. We ordered everything to be deleivered between Xmas and New Year. The sofa bed arrived no problem and the men were friendly and swiftly assembled the sofa bed. There was an issue with the delivery provider for our other products. A quick chat with the customer service team and within one hour all of my other missing items were ready for me at my local branch. Brilliant recovery. Would use again based on feeling confident I would be looked after.

Bought this nearly a month ago now as part of a deal with a new bed. Wasn't too bothered about the purchase as I thought my old duck feather duvet was good but this is soooo much nicer. It is sufficiently warm enough to keep you toasty when it's cool but even when it's hot at night (currently around 25 degrees where I am) the lightness of the duvet means that it doesn't smother you so it's still comfy even when it's hot. The old duvet is well and truly resigned to the spare room and I am really happy with this duvet.

In the first instance, store staff were extremely polite and helpful without adopting unwarranted sales pressure techniques. The 10.5 Tog Duvet was supplementary to the purchase of a standard double mattress, as well as the purchase of a small divan base with drawers complete with matching mattress. The whole package including prior notification and delivery service was exceptional professional and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to friends and family.

I've been using a 4.5 tog duvet for years, thinking that I just enjoyed being wrapped up tightly in a duvet cocoon, but how wrong I was. There's something special about having a thick, weighty duvet laying on top of you while you sleep that gives a special kind of comfort. This duvet is a must-have for cold sleepers and winter months. Doubt I'll be needing it much as the weather turns warm, but I'm positive it'll be a godsend in my loft-conversion room in the Winter.

I was purchasing a ottoman style double bed for my incredibly fussy teenage daughter, also throwing in to the mix the fact I'm very indecisive. The staff at the Bridgend branch were beyond helpful Cerys & the Store Manager). They were patient and helpful and offered lots of tips and ideas in order to help me make up my mind. In addition, I didn't feel at all that they were only looking to make a sale. It was a relaxed, patient and friendly experience.

I bought my new bed a couple of months ago and have no regrets. The service was great, very helpful and the store listened to what I wanted before taking me on the bed 'tour". I opted for the home build as I wanted to sure my bed, an automan bed was securely put together. The men who delivered and built it were great and clearly knew what they were doing. I would 100% recommend their beds and service!

I have had this duvet before and it lasted a long time so I replaced it with the same. The light fluffy consistency of the duvet makes it possible to sleep if you get too hot at night but the 10.5 tog makes it warm when you are cold. A great quality product at an excellent price! Word of warning, the pillows that are sold in this range are terrible, the definitely don't bounce back!

I purchased this duvet a couple of months ago in addition to several other items from my local Dreams store, this duvet was bought off the recommendation of one of the store assistants and at half the price of the RRP!
