I was shocked and quite disgusted that the headboard was in a dirty box and the headboard itself was not wrapped, just placed inside the box. I could see finger indentations running along the top of the headboard where it has been picked up in the warehouse, this will not come out. I spoke with Customer Services who said all head boards should be wrapped when leaving the warehouse so you must have 'seconds', which they said it would of been a headboard someone else didn't want, I couldn't believe it!!

Not able to review this product yet, so giving it an average rating, because we are still waiting for a replacement bed which we were promised but which still hasn't arrived

Beautiful headboard only one thing wrong with it is the wooden fixings on the back shoul be made of planed wood ours are a bit rough otherwise nothing wrong with it.

Great bed for storage and easy to lift, even with the mattress on. It's a bit higher compared to my last bed but it is very comfortable. I would recommend this bed.
