I have used my Casper pillow now for several weeks and the best thing is I dont give my pillow a second thought. No prodding or moving the pillow when I go to bed, no neck aches in the morning. Just perfect. I have to add that we subsequently got my husband one and his seems to be slightly softener than mine but this suits him.

I seem to change my pillow on an all too frequent basis, too soft, too high, too low etc. The Casper pillow seems to be a keeper, I've been using it for about 4 weeks, really comfortable, it's keeping it's support and shape, it's perfect for side sleeping and whilst firm has plenty of squidge.

This is my second Casper pillow. It gives good support and my head doesnt get hot so I find it breathable and cooling to lie on . Gives me the support I need . I tend to sleep on my side and it helps reduce neck and shoulder discomfort .

Pleasant to use. Not too firm/soft. A tad high initially but moulds to user. If using with pillow case do not totally enclose (std pillow case) as pillow needs to be allowed to 'adjust' otherwise it will feel rock hard.
