I bought this bed because I have a back injury , and I couldnt find one suitable that didnt contain springs, as springs cause me lots of pain and discomfort, This bed doesnt contain any springs and is far superior to sprung ones . My quality of sleep has improved significantly, the bed supports all of my body in the position I lay in , theres No rolling about due the memory foam mattress , the mattress is so good and just shapes around you giving very comfortable support. Im glad I purchased this bed and I sleep cosy and feel less pain while laying on it compared to all others Ive purchased or tried .

Overally bed is really stunning when you look at it. Thinking it is Tempur and price of 1299 we paid for an ottoman (king size) I was hoping it will be a huge upgrade to the bed(s) we had before. In fact,I am disappointed with its materials and weak finish inside (wood, fabric and the way it was made). Looks like a last minute order and made too quickly. Even staples were not attached properly where the fabric was joined with wood. I would return it if not the fact I loved the style and colour (lilac). Do not recommend unfortunately.

So pleased with this bed, the headboard looks and feels so plush and gives the bedroom an extra wow factor. We had a worrying few minutes when it seemed the delivery men wouldn't be able to get the bed upstairs but after removing it from the box, they managed it. We paid for the installation service and they put the bed up really quickly and tidied up after themselves. The under-mattress storage space is excellent and hopefully won't get as dusty as under a regular bed can.

It took me ages to find the perfect bed and mattresses. The assistant in the shop was so patient with me and matched my Mattresses so perfectly. Im so picky with what I and then I saw this bed and I fell in love. The velvet is amazingly soft the bed fits perfectly where I wanted it and goes well with the theme of my room. Ever y evening I get in to a soft safe haven that just moulds to my body and I get to sleep really quickly. So pleased with my purchase it beautiful

I like the bed and it looks good but being told that I had to dissassemble my old dreams bed myself and put it in flimsy bags before the team turned up to install the new one, was very annnoying. Luckily I am strong enough to do this but I do not know what arrangements are made for those who cannot operate a power drill and move heavy bed frames. It really detracted from the experience. The delivery team were great and installed it perfectly.

Absolutely pleased as punch with the purchase of our King Size Tempur Bed. Looks absolutely amazing, with great ottoman storage and super comfortable with the Tempur mattress. After purchasing another non Dreams bed and returning it as it had so many failts, this bed is far superior and extremely well made. Building is easy (albeit the boxes are very heavy) and better if the gas struts are not attached at the top initially so the bed can be attached whilst the base is flat and then attached afterwards (plenty of huge cardboard boxes afterwards!). I will definitely be buying this bed again for other bedrooms.

When buying the bed i thought dreams staff were excellent. Knowledgeable, easy to talk to and not at all pushy giving us loads of time to make our decision. The product is great. The delivery service was good with the lads building the bed quickly leaving no mess. Only negative i have was the phone number we gave the shop was not passed on to the delivery drivers causing them to call the wrong number. Overall very satisfied

This is a gorgeous quality ottoman bed! The under-bed storage space is huge and it's very easy to lift open. The lilac velvet fabric is beautiful. Definitely worth every penny! The sales team at the Dreams store were really friendly and helpful, and the assembly team were very punctual and efficient. Overall, I'm super happy with the customer service provided and the quality of my beautiful bed!

This bed is perfect, so comfortable my back feels better already and the bed looks so beautiful. Thank you to the shop assistant Michael who took so much care to help me find the right bed and mattress and the delivery chaps who so quickly and cleverly put it all together. Comfortable, storage space amazing. I cancelled a different bed from Dreams based on a customer's recommendation for this particular bed which they reviewed on. Paid extra for disposal of old divan & assembly, was worth it. Assembly was completed by 2 people within 25 mins on arrival.Plus purchased when it was hugely discounted, so saved loads!

I purchased a gorgeous ottoman bed from Dreams after moving into my new flat. I was worried as I didnt have any bed when I moved in but the staff at Dreams were very helpful.
