This bed was good quality - it took me a few hours to put it together (TIP - use the instructions in conjunction with the Youtube film on how to assemble as it makes it much easier than the paper instructions alone). It looks so smart once assembled, and the space underneath is really big. I bought another one straight away for our spare bedroom. Both times Happy Beds have delivered on time and have phoned me beforehand to arrange delivery. I was very impressed with them and the bed!

Great bed once made! Easy enough to do for 2 people, was a bolt missing but we had one from our old ottoman bed (but would be annoying). Looks beautiful and very good value for money. Not sure about the flooring base in the storage area, not secured in any way just sits on floor and moves on wooden floor - that said it's still great value.

The main panels of this bed are of veneered chipboard, but when assembled it feels very sturdy with no movement whatsoever. Access to the storage takes a bit of muscle (but not too much - watch your fingers though!), but works well. Overall the bed looks and feels the part. I think it is very good value.

Took me three hours to assemble on my own. Ideally a two person job and you could cut that time considerably. Every part was well labelled and well packed. Possibly the best self-assembly piece of furniture I have ever seen in terms of construction. Really solid and strong. Very pleased.

storage facility flimsy construction, basically the bottom boarding just lies on the floor. We added wheels to the bed for easy movement and added wooden slats to support the storage boards, this in my opinion is a design fault.

All the pieces fitted together well, some are quite heavy so it's a two person job. Seems v solid and the amount of stuff you can fit underneath is amazing. So pleased with it I'm thinking of buying one for my daughter.

Overall product good but improvement could be made in one or two areas. Video and written instructions were at variance. Were unable to fix bed slats to centre holes and had to resort to tape to keep them in place.
