Great mattress and it came well packed and protected. My wife needed a new mattress to support her back and help her with second pregnancy. Good firmness but also comfortable too. Good quality mattress! We've had more nights of good sleep than we have ever before. Won't look back at all and well worth the expense. Even our baby likes it too whos found her way between us on the morning! The chaps who delivered the mattress provided some good advice on letting it breathe. Very well informed on delivery date and timings. Great service from the sales person too who went through all the options, very patient with us and showed us different options.

I am a "big chap" and normally prefer a firm mattress, my Wife is 'Lulu' sized and prefers soft. We tried and settled on this one in store. It has taken a couple of weeks for both of us to get used to it but we are so glad we picked this one(especially as it was about half price).We are both sleeping really well on it. There is no more rolling into the middle of the bed or major disturbance for either of us if the other moves during the night. Very pleased with it.

The reason I have given a low rating is because I am not finding the mattress very comfortable not quite sure how I need to go forward. The mattress seems of good quality and everything from ordering and delivery went very well. A great value mattress at half price but I'm glad I didn't pay the full 1000. It's comfortable but after only two weeks it has depressed noticeably in the areas we lie on. I know an amount of "settlement" is to be accepted but it remains to be seen how this will develop over time.

Lovely, well made mattress. It replaced a memory foam one, so had to get used to this which is firmer. After reading reviews I was worried it would be too firm, however I have not found this so and sleep well (bought a medium). I am fairly light and a side sleeper.

This mattress is marketed as being fully flippable but the non-pretty side lacks the same level of cushioning as the pretty side you see in store and so I've just had a nights sleep that was the same level of comfort that I had on my old mattress!

A well made bed frame although it did need castor cups to stop the bed from moving on the laminate flooring. The medium ortho mattress is comfortable but should not be compared with a memory foam mattress. All in all the bed is perfect for me.
