The mattress I have is the small double not a super king, I must admit I was a bit skeptical when I first got into bed as it felt like the mattress would be too hard for my hips as I have arthritis in both hips,my lower back and right pelvis so over the years I have tried all sorts of mattresses and have had to put mattress toppers and quilts underneath me to be able to get to sleep, with this marcello ortho mattress I decided to try it with nothing underneath my sheet and it was the best night's sleep I've had since I can remember, I still can't quite believe that I don't need anything underneath my sheet and yet I can get to sleep no problem at all, maybe it's to do with the dips as the mattress isn't completely flat, I really wish I had decided to go to Benson for beds alot sooner, my daughter said to me if you're going to get yet another mattress go somewhere decent like Benson for beds, so glad I listened to her

Well I do have a problem with this mattress to be honest, the thing is, once I get in it, it dosent let me back out so every morning I need someone to forcefully drag me out. Every night it just sucks me in and there's no escape. It's pointless trying to bounce over to hubby's side as when I move or bounce on my side his side dosent even move! So I try to roll myself out and no! Unlike my other mattress I can't even roll out of bed and escape to the floor! So all I can say about this mattress is be warned, it swallows you up during the night yet for some fiendish reason we love to go through the same delight every night. It Must be down to the fact that this mattress is so damn comfortable I can actually sleep now

I thought this mattress would be similar to the lyndale ortho comfort mattress I bought 8 years ago in the sale for 399 witch was so comfortable and lasted me 8 years , but I don't think the quality is as good the demask cover is not the same quality and the marcello is firmer even though it's a medium it too cost me 399 in the sale the lyndale softened quickly and became very comfortable and the quality was better it was also vented along the sides unlike the marchello which has no vents which I found strange .. the marchello is comfortable but not as comfortable as I would like and I've had it 4 wks now my partner however likes it .. I'm hoping it's will soften in time

It is difficult to rate a mattress after only a few weeks, but here we go. This mattress on top of our Ottoman divan is like a Shackleton's high seat bed. (Sadly, it wasn't bought for us by our niece, but there you go.) It is certainly one thing worth testing when you look at these in the shop, and another advantage of going to a shop rather than buying online. So far, we have found it comfortable and have enjoyed some good nights' sleep on it. We also like its fully reversible nature (i.e. you can both flip and turn it) which, we hope, will mean that human-shaped dents are lessened over time. But, so far, so good

From the moment we entered the shop in Keighley we felt welcome. The lady who took us through the whole process was excellent . We are delighted with all the products we bought. Just one slight problem. We had bought some new pillows which we discovered wouldn't fit our pillow cases, so had to buy different ones which did fit. All in all though all the other items are excellent and our new mattress is very comfortable.

I was very disappointed with the service from the delivery men who I was told would take the plastic and cardboard packaging and at the time of the sale was also told that the bed would be assembled at no extra cost when I made enquiries at the branch the salesman told me he did not say this unfortunately for him I took a friend with me who verified that he did say it. Overhall I was very disappointed to say the least.

The mattress is fine - I sleep very well on it once I'm asleep I don't wake up during the night anymore like I used too - my only complaint with it is that it doesn't quite feel the same as the one in the showroom when me and my Mum tried it and both of us have laid on my one and agree it seems harder - but maybe in time it will soften up

This is a top quality really comfortable mattress. It has no lumps, bumps or springs just an even distribution of weight that does not sag or collapse. I chose comfort level 3 which suits me and I must say it is a treat to use.

It was firmer than I expected for the first week or so but as you break into it a bit its lovely, supports my back and neck really well and haven't woken up with any neck or head pains since.
