Since moving into my first house, although I have an extra bedroom, it doesnt feel like I have enough storage (female issues)... with that said-dreams had a sale and were doing a buy 2 get 1 free on furniture so I decided to purchase the bedside tables and this storage chest. I have a lot of duvet sets, pillow cases, towels etc and had previously been storing them in clear recycle bags which were stashed in my wardrobe or on the bed in the spare room which isnt ideal. When this arrived, I was completely shocked with how big it is in real life. I couldnt not believe it was the length in size of my double bed. I didnt have space for it in the master bedroom and putting it somewhere random would have made my room look out of proportion so I have put it in my back bedroom which is a fairly decent size. So far-I havent filled it with anything as Im still slowly sorting through my belongings but its fantastic.

This is a beautiful, stylish, well made and very practical piece of furniture which compliments my new bed and finishes off my bedroom perfectly. We bought this item about a month ago and it really fits perfectly into our bedroom and compliments the sleigh bed we bought from dreams just over a year ago and the great thing was there was no colour difference between them even though they are a year apart both items are fantastic and elevate any bedroom to a touch of classs

We wanted a larger storage chest for the bottom of our Kingsize bed and this is perfect. Loads of space for storage, sturdily made enough to use a seat. Like that you can hold the top secure rather than having to hold it whilst putting by things in or out. Love the colour, the buttons in the top a definite asset to the room.

I bought this from dreams few weeks ago and it's brilliant my kids sit on it instead of sitting on the bed and it's a brilliant storage unit for the extra duvets and pillows. I fell in love with this in store and although I knew I didn't have the room to keep it at the end of the bed in my house, I knew it would go elsewhere in our room. It's a fabulous addition and fits everything we had our previous bed (ottoman lift-up). It also looks amazing!

Will this one or the storage chest dark grey be better suited to the Lucia dark grey bed as you never did make a matching storage chest for this?

Answer: The Luxury storage chest in dark grey would be better suited, however the material is different so the colour wont be an exact match.We are planning to bring the Lucia storage chest in dark grey in to the range eventually, but at the moment we do not have a set time for this.
