Chantilly White 3 Drawer Bedside

I am pleased with the furniture set that I ordered and the service received from the delivery men. However I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received from Cotswolds. A unit and a mirror were damaged on arrival. I received an email at a later date stating they would be collecting the damaged furniture but no mention of replacement items. So I called Cotswolds and the person I spoke to said that this had been a system error and that it was showing correctly on their system that the collection abd delivery would be the same day. This however was sadly not the case. The delivery men who were very helpful were nut given replacement items, they were just told to collect the two faulty items. I explained I was very disappointed and unhappy as I had taken a days annual leave to e sure I was in fir the delivery. The delivery driver was very helpful and he apologiesed, although it wasn't his fault. He called Cotswolds flu to me and spoke to them. They promised to call me back within the hour with a resolution. This however was not the case, as no call back was received. I left it a few hours but still no call. So I called Cotswold agsin as was told I had been put through the customer service overflow department. They said I would receive a call back with 48 hours. Once again failed promises and no such call back received. So I called yet again to get their error rectified. The items were in stock so there is no reason that the replacements couldn't have been delivered the same day as the collection of the damaged furniture. I was told that I would received a gesture I found goodwill which had also still not been received. Today I received replacement unit and the mirror. The mirror is damaged. This is the second one. I have had to take one and a half days annual leave, incurred phone costs and great inconvenience all through no fault of my own. I bought the furniture in good faith. I was promised a gesture if goodwill a d a phone call from a manager. Neither have materialised. I am appalled at the customer service that I have received. I hope they call me soon to rectify the situation. I now await a replacement mirror for the third time. Not happy.

Very happy with the product but would be reluctant to buy further items owing to the terms and conditions of delivery.To explain - we live in a new house on an uncompleted development, so basically a building site. The house is carpeted throughout in light coloured carpets. We have had many deliveries since we moved in and every one, without fail, has brought either dust sheets or shoe covers. The terms and conditions for this delivery stated that we had to provide our own dust sheets. We had just moved, we didn't have dust sheets and the only ones I could see to buy were plastic, which I felt the delivery team could slip on. I emailed the company to ask about liability were this to happen and received no reply. We felt our only option was to ask the delivery team to leave all our furniture - 7 heavy items - in the hall and carry it up 2 flights of stairs ourselves. Not easy for two retired people with joint problems but we were not happy to have our carpets damaged. This is in no way a criticism of the delivery team as they were lovely and in the end removed their shoes to carry the heaviest item upstairs for us.

We bought the Chantilly white 3 drawer bedside and 3 over 4 drawer chest. A great looking piece of furniture, a very nice white paint finish and the style very modern, solid and arrived all built, (not flat pack). They both came with attractive metal knobs, also wooden knobs. The chest did not have wooden knobs but one call and I soon received the set. Customer care fantastic, buy with confidence and the two very helpful guys who delivered brought the furniture up stairs into our spare room and it has brightened up the room.

Delivery of the Bedside Tables was very professional, delivery men kept in contact & were very helpful.The packaging of the items was excellent well protected.The cabinets were as expected and are just what we were looking for, very pleased.The choice of handles is nice to have as we could change them and they would become as new again! The only thing that could of been improved was the size of the drawers. They are fine but would of been more ideal a little larger, an A4 paper size for fitting some magazines etc.

Have just purchased a range of these products for a newly decorated room - we purchased the double bed, double cupboard, 2 bedside drawers and a larger set of drawers. All of these items are absolutely beautiful - it is just unfortunate we had so many issues with the order - wrong items came, one item damaged, delivery drivers damaging our newly professionally decorated hallway with no less than 15 dirty marks. I am still awaiting an outcome to my complaint BUT the items are really lovely - delighted with them.

This is our second Cotswold purchase to date. We purchased the three drawer bedside cabinet prior to re decoration of our bedroom. The cabinet is well made and finished to a high standard. The ordering and payment process was easy. The delivery day arrived without incident and the item delivered by a pleasant driver. So impressed with the item that we immediately ordered a Merchants Chest. Their maybe more to follow !! Great service

My dressing table and stool are fab thanks so much for it. The service was great but i feel really let down by the delivery people. They were messy dropping polystrene everywhere and although I paid were reluctant to take packaging until i protested. They really appeared to be in a hurry and it was a stressful experience. Whilst i would buy furniture again I would be reluctant to have it delivered.

Totally disappointed with the quality of the production and finish, the brand gives off an impression of quality craftsmanship but this is all very cheaply manufactured in China and that is very clear by the in the internal finishing. My product came with me having to screw in my own runner rails for one of the draws and that was on the second version I revived. Wont buy from you again

I am delighted with The Chantilly range, this furniture is simply beautiful. I have now furnished three double bedrooms because of the quality. The only truth to be told? I would be careful with items that could scratch the painted surface. I slightly scratched my drawer surface with my car keys. Lesson learned, keep metal objects way from the surfaces. All in all? Stunning!

Am very pleased with my bedside table........I am so relieved to find such good quality at a reasonable price.......have now gone ahead and ordered a large Chetwynd from the range........my only bugbear is that unless you pay an extra fee you have to wait ages for delivery!!!! Oh but if you pay 9.99 you can have it immediately!!!! Other than that very pleased.

A good quality, solidly built chest of drawers, with a good paint finish, and a good size.I would give it 5 stars if it had draw stops to stop the draws from being fully extended, and if the finish on the draw runners was smoother. However, Cotswold products win on being properly assembled, not nailed and glued together as with some competitors.

Beautiful fully built bedside cabinets, terrific value with a choice of either white or grey drawer knobs both included with the order, the grey looks stunning.Very pleased with my purchases and will certainly use Cotswold again. Opted for a chosen delivery date for an extra 9.99 and this worked really well. Keep up the good work.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Chantilly bedside table, it looks very good in my bedroom and appears well made and looks attractive. I prefer the metallic knobs but white ones are also supplied. It has been mentioned about the drawers being pretty small which they are but they suit me. No negatives to report really

Quality bedside draws. Yes understood you tend to pay a little more but this is the price of outstanding furnishings that will last a lifetime. Build quality second to none and a refreshing timeless look added to our bedroom. Would like to see Cotswold build a DVD/Blu ray cabinet with doors of this or similar look. A+

This is the second one I have had it's not very impressive,the draw knobs are a nightmare to get out because they inside the draw ,some don't screw up properly and the draws do not run smoothly,not impressed by the quality of the product and I was told it would be quality checked don't think so ,not a lot more I can say

There is a disappointingly wide wooden frame (I should have seen this before ordering), which means the actual drawer space is limited to a very small capacity - I just about squeezed my things into it. I am afraid it is "style over substance" with this design. Fairly well built and neat appearance.

Extremely pleased with this furniture. Well made and lovely to look at. My only small issue is that the drawers in the bedside tables are really small and this is frustrating. Two choices of knobs - white or silver. Lovely to look at - perfect for the room

This bedside table does look like it does in the photos. It appears well made and finished well. It is good to have the choice of two different handles and I chose the grey metal ones which I think look much nicer than the white ones.

Bed side table is well constructed and a nice piece of furniture. Came made and all we had to do was add the knobs, we brought our own to add as it was for my daughters bedroom and she didn't want the plain white or metal knobs.

On closer examination found perfect round dark mark on white finish of drawer front.Disappointed with delicate finish ; drawer fit and white powder residue that comes off the underside of drawers despite cleaning.

This was our fifth purchase from the Chantilly range. All have arrived on time & undamaged. If you want to keep cottage bedrooms light & bright then this range does the job! Recommended.

Very pleased with the design and quality.FAR to much packaging. A total of 5 large rubbish bags of unrecyclable polystyrene + cardboard boxes. There should be a better solution.Thank you,

Really pleased with this cabinet. Beautifully made and so protected on delivery, excellent packaging ensured no damage whatsoever. Lovely colour and looks really nice in my bedroom.

Lovely design but a little disappointed with the size of the drawers. Inside measurements restrict what can be stored. I think it would have been better designed with only 2 drawers

The bedside cabinet is a fantastic quality & a bonus that it's not self assembly. One thing I would say as a negative is that the drawers aren't very big.

This lovely bedside cupboard was to match with my previous purchase. It is beautiful and I am really pleased with all aspects of my buying experience.

Looks beautiful, however, the drawers are so small they hardly hold anything. Im happy with them though because they set the room off beautifully.

Now I have the set, dressing table, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. They are really good value for money, very stylish and well made.

The bedside cabinate looks lovely along the chantilly bed. Bought for grandaughter, as yet not used so can't say about wear and tear.

Very disappointed with the drawers, they jam, would expect for the price that they would be supplied with glide action type runners.
